J. S.I have had nothing but excellent service, from reception to the manager, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ana has just repaired my sons front tooth and she and the all the nurses always make it a relaxed and we are usually laughing! I wanted to put names on this review but it's every single person at the practice. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
D. o.Having been to this dental practice today and being petrified at the thought of having a Wisdom tooth removed I had the best possible experience with the support of the dentist and his assistant.
They gladly numbed the area before injection and talked me through the experience. I held the assistants hand throughout removal which really helped.
The removal took seconds with no further work needed, it was fantastic.
I would very highly recommend to anyone as I am petrified of the dentist due to several very bad experiences previously. Thankyou so much.
B.I was referred to this dentist for a root extraction as I am afraid of dentist. I had the most amazing and caring team care for me today. The dentist was so patient and his dental nurse was an absolute gem. She was chatting away to me to keep me calm while the novocaine kicked in. The whole process took 30 seconds and NO PAIN!!! I would happily use this dentist again, he earned my trust and restored my faith. Not all heroes wear capes and this chap was my hero today. I would like to say that the reception staff were so friendly and polite and such hard working ladies. As soon as they hang up they take another call immediately. I am a motability scooter user and I found the place easy to visit and navigate with a ramp to allow access down the inside corridor. A huge thanks to the whole team, I am 100% happy with my visit with you today xx
G. F.The staff at The Strait are very efficient and friendly, it's rarely a pleasant experience a visit to the Dentist but they put you at ease and make the visit as comfortable as possible. The Dentist Ana is absolutely wonderful her attention to detail is first rate and I defy anybody to feel poorly after one of Ana's smiles, Thank you Ana.
T. M.If I could, I would give 12 stars. I’m a child of the 60/70’s when dentists were paid by the filling. So my childhood dentist took out and refilled my teeth for years. As an adult, I have crumbling back teeth and have had quite a few removed. Anas Nashawi removed this tooth in the quickest, least painful, least distressing way I’ve EVER had. I couldn’t believe it! So fast, so kindly, so competently that I have ever known. The dentist nurses were also brilliant- chatted to keep my nerves at bay, gave concise post removal advice and were just generally lovely. I would recommend this team whole heartedly. Absolutely brilliant!

J. J.I’ve been with a lot of dentists over the years and I’ve stayed with this one the longest as the service and staff are exceptional. I am a very nervous patient but they are always considerate of that. I damaged a tooth early this week. They got me a quick appointment and even though it wasn’t my regular Dentist I had Samira and Darcy who really helped me and I can’t thank them enough. Excellent service and a repaired tooth. Also all of the staff are happy to help and I’m thankful to Kate for talking to me when she realised I was nervous. Fantastic service from the team as always.

I saw Samira and I’m a little nervous of dentist but she was so friendly and chatty and put me completely at ease! The staff were so friendly and chatty couldn’t ask for better customer service. There phone was ringing off the hook while I was there and I noticed how efficient they were answering call after call! Especially with the cornovirus situation it was very safe and extremely clean. W.No pain or problems with my extraction of 5 teeth and gums stitched , this was due to my dentist not be able to remove them and I would like to thank all staff from receptionist, dental nurse to the dentist who at this difficult time all went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found them all to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health. Thank you for making the experience in covid and while I was in pain, I have to say a relaxing experience ( never thought I’d say that about a dentist)

s. p.This is my usual surgery but was referred to the MOS team to have a tooth out. Anis and Steph were great. Put me at ease and it was over and done with so quick after me being in Agony. So grateful and thankful for their kindness. Sophie helped me on the phone too as I was in so much pain, showed empathy and gave additional tips.
Also lovely ladies on reception also have helped me on the phone or given me triage, Sarah, Samira, Sue, Alicia and Julie. All very friendly and helpful.
