Everyone at the practice were professional and helpful. I'd been very overdue for an appointment and they got me in for a checkup and follow-up. On both occasions I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The only thing I would change is if they could've got me in quicker (~2 week wait for each appointment) but I suppose the practice being busy is a good sign.

The appointment went well. My dentist is always welcoming and professional. I had a check-up, and since I was concerned about a particular tooth, she showed me the x-ray of that tooth taken 10 months ago and all was well then. I didn't ask for another x-ray. She counseled me about keeping my mouth clean by using a particular mouthwash after brushing. There was no waiting.

I've just moved to the area and needed a dentist urgently as I cracked my back molar. I'm a bit nervous when it comes to dentists but was able to get a private appointment at Lincoln Dental Practice really quickly. Staff were so lovely, and I was seen by Kat. She was such a nice dental surgeon, we discussed other treatment I wanted and we formed a long term plan. I'm very happy to recommend this dental practice.

This dental practice gives the best service ever. From the minute you walk in to when you leave you would not find better service anywhere. Everyone is working under great pressure but it does not stop them from giving great quality service in all areas. My dentist, Dr Ayaz Ashraff is the best dentist I have ever been to. He also has an excellent personality and is very professional. His dental nurse, Becks, is wonderful too Thank you to everyone there and keep up the good work.

I attended an emergency appointment today and the dentist was absolutely brilliant! She carried out the first stage of root canal treatment to get me out of pain and reassured me throughout the whole procedure. I have been with this dentist for some time now and cannot praise them enough.

I went there as an emergency patient as half of my big back molar broke off, just below the gum line. Thank you so much for my emergency treatment. I an waitibg to see a specialist from Bupa. These proffessional people are always very busy. Means i will have to have syrgery and another tooth, back molar again, in my upper jawline. I an havubg to wait till July this year But at least i dont have to travel far, this specialist BUPA specialist Dental team, will certainl y have their work cut out sorting my x2 exstractions out. I will be going with my daughter for moral support. As i will be scared as it may mean stitches. My big bad broken molar has both the roots fused to my jaw. My dental emergency appointment the dentist took an xray of my jaw & showed me when the naughty tooth had fused together. I just hope that my jaw isn't going to break, through all of this coming surgery. These people at BUPA must be very special indeed to sort my dental problems out. Please wish me luck. Oh i am a pensioner on my goverment pension & on pension credit, so all this is free. How fantastic, as i was worried sick, as i didn't know how i was going to afford it all. Thank you NHS and my dentists. So don't suffer in silence as i was doing to start with.

Excellent, efficient and friendly help, as always, from all the reception and other staff. It's nearly 15 years now since the family registered with this practice, and in the whole of that time we've all had excellent service from everyone. Monika has provided my dental care over most of that time, and she's been absolutely exceptional for my wife and me throughout. My teeth owe her a lot!

Went in got called within 5 mins in and out in less than 2 mins 24 pound lighter quick check up and down bite together yes everything okay whilst I was waiting one of the receptionist was on the phone twice to a couple of people she was quite abrupt and in my opinion rude and even put the phone down on one person not very customer service if you ask me.

Convenient and efficient dental practice. I had booked in as a new patient and was very happy with the pre appointment service and excellent use of technology. The dentist I saw was very professional but the appointment seemed very rushed. I was surprised that they weren't going to take x-rays that day which has been standard as a new patient with every other dentist I have used. Also, I knew in advance that I needed to see the hygenist and had mentioned this at first contact so it was dissapointing to be told I have to wait another month to get an appointment for this. Overall this was a good experience but seemed very rushed for the price paid.

I’ve never had any issue at all with this dentist. I had to see an emergency dentist and she was fantastic. Monika is always lovely and friendly, explains what she’s doing etc. I’m petrified of dentists but have even had the dental nurses hold my hand at times. Nothing is too much trouble.

This is a very good dental practice at which I've been a member/patient for many years. I've had no issues at all with any of the treatment I've had, and the dentists and technicians are polite, friendly and professional. My only criticism of the practice is the reception service. Not the staff, who are are as I've described the other staff above, but they really need an automated check-in terminal, or a member of staff who only handles check-ins. The reason being that I missed my appoappoint last week because two old ladies were faffing about with their paper diaries arranging their next appointments, and by the time the receptionist was able to talk to me, the time window had closed and the dentist couldn't see me, so I had to book another appointment. The other receptionist present was on the phone to a customer the entire time. An automated terminal would speed up check-ins and leave the receptionists free to do all the other admin tasks. On the whole though, a brilliant practice that I would happily recommend to anyone.

Emailed Genesis after finding a lump in my tongue. Within minutes they rang me and got me in the earliest appointment. Monika did a thorough check and she and her assistant were so lovely and reassuring. She requested urgent referral to the hospital for further tests. Can’t fault the service I have received. I booked a last minute emergency on Saturday and was fitted in that day with tooth ache. The tooth had to be extracted in the end although all was done prior to see if it could be saved. Everything was shown and explained step by step what had been done and what had to be done. I felt comfortable and at ease thought the treatment. Now the pain has gone, cannot ask for more!

Good to be treated by a dentist with excellent knowledge and understanding. Was seriously thinking a out leaving this practice as the quality of treatment had dropped very rapidly, this may still be the case with the exception of the dentist who treated me purely by chance. Reception and waiting areas could do with a facelift and toilet is awful

The practice is extremely clean, friendly and professional. Reception staff are welcoming. The only negative I have for the reception area is the radio. It’s too loud and the choice of radio station I am sure is not to everyone’s cup of tea. The dental nurses and dentist make you feel very relaxed and they again are very professional.

Genisis dental care Lincoln has been my all time favourite dentist over the years, the receptionist ladies are so kind and caring and do a job above and beyond there duties.The Dentists are really friendly and seen to care that little bit more.The rooms are extremely clean and are all on one level with disabled friendly toilet facility's.Parking is available in the Carlton Centre its self with a thirty second walk to the door.They provide dental items you can purchase, and they also have a help full notice board which includes local events taking place within the area. I personally like the reminder service provided by phone of your next appointment.Overall I would definitely give this gem of a surgery a five star review. June Lander.

Recently joined Genesis dental care. From the onset I can't complement all the staff enough. You are made welcome by the receptionist and when you go through for your treatment the dentist and their assistant make you relaxed. When having your treatment everything is expertly explained even to the point of showing you x-ray results. 10 out of 10. For the service they provide.

I have always found going to the dentist a fairly traumatic experience, I get incredibly nervous and have a very embarrassing gag reflex. Having had to find a new dentist my nerves were even worse but all the staff at this dental surgery are really friendly and understanding. My new dentist Monica and her dental nurse are fantastic, had a filling this morning and it was a breeze, can't believe I'm saying anything positive about dental work. I can`t praise Genesis Lincoln enough. As a very nervous patient with a strong gag reflex, the treatment I received was excellent. Prior to going the Genesis Lincoln, it was over twenty years since I last went to a dentist. Both Monika who did my fillings on the first visit, and especially Dr Siew Leng Tan, who did a very difficult extraction on my second visit, were friendly, understanding of my nerves, and kept me informed throughout my treatment. Their work was carried out professionally and painlessly. Their dental assistants were also great at putting me at ease. All in all, my visits have been as good as a visit to a dentist can be.
