Very professional, clean and friendly. Full examination and X-rays then two itemised quotes for the treatment. Treatment spread out to accommodate my Husbands needs. Very patient and understanding and first class service. Delighted with the work they have done.

My implant process was perhaps slightly prolonged when Covid intervened but always progressed with calm professionalism shown (towards a somewhat anxious patient) and a full understanding of what each part procedure entailed. I am happy to receive any appropriate aftercare and more routine dental services at this 'practice'.

Very friendly welcoming staff. I felt very anxious before treatment, but with Dr Smitha I felt in ease and relaxed. All choices explained and treatments received well. Dr Smitha is very professional and passionate about her work in every way. Thank you so much for my treatments and choices. By the way, I loved beautiful violet orchids at the reception, and clinic location is right in the Lincoln centre, very convenient for me. Additional 2nd review: Hi, just wanted to share my experience with hygienist Zana. I usually afraid hygienist appointments because of my sensitive teeth, but after Zana was no pain and my teeth clean and so nice feeling after, at the same time all explained and helpful advises given as well. Well done Zana and thank you. P.S: Just wanted (in general) to add/say that Zana having only limited 20 minutes for an appointment time (as another nurse assistant confirmed), usually this treatment supposed to be 30-45 minutes done properly. (I am on plan £17,73 monthly) Hope clinic can give hygienist more time for private clients as they do pay, and need time without rushing… thank you in advance for your understanding and best wishes for wonderful service.

5 stars from us! Myself and my two children had a check up with Dr Manu Cherian and it was the most thorough check up I have ever had! It was my children’s first ever dental check up and everyone was brilliant and patient with them and we all left happy with stickers haha! Thank you!

I visited this new practice in Lincoln after being recommended by a friend .I had 2 discoloured front teeth fillings replaced by Dr.Smitha and is very happy with the results. Dr.Smitha was very gentle, transparent, friendly and professional, and my dental treatment with her was a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this dentist enough! Having been unable to access NHS dental care for 5 years family have helped me to seek private treatment. My first appointment put me at complete ease. I was going to have to have three teeth out and a second appointment was booked at a time that suited me. The team couldn't have been more helpful, I've a broken ankle so could not make it up the stairs. The team moved downstairs to accommodate me! The lovely receptionist explained the option of paying a small monthly fee so I would have access to dental care in the future. I could not be happier. A great service.

After trying to get an emergency appointment at several dentists in Lincoln, I was very relieved to be offered an appointment just a couple of hours later. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and my dental problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently by Manu. I was given good aftercare advice, but unfortunately then had a further unexpected problem with a slight infection. When I contacted them, I was given an appointment as soon as possible and seen by Smitha, the loveliest dentist I’ve ever been treated by. She immediately made me feel at ease and quickly cleaned and treated the problem area. I’ll have no hesitation in going back. Can’t praise them highly enough.

I got booked in first thing for an emergency appointment, and was actually given one. Receptionist was extremely friendly and explained the pricing, which I was also suprised at for being very reasonable. Met Dr Manu and his assistant who were both very kind and friendly explained everything that was going to happen, was constantly asking if I was OK, as had to have a tooth removed. They did it there and then which I was super shocked by unlike having to wait years for the NHS, explained all options I could go down. Couldn't have been more impressed by this practice I've already recommended them to family members. Will be going back for more work.
