Always a very nice welcoming by the front of house staff, perlite friendly and helpful. The dental team are always careful an caring full of reassurances when not feeling so good about going to the dentist in the first place. Highly recommended great team all round 👏 👍 👌

By far the best dental practice I have ever been to. The main receptionist Jasmine is really friendly and approachable and goes above and beyond to help out. The dentist A.Cillian was very friendly and reassuring, as someone who has had bad experiences in the past this was very much needed from myself. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything he was going to do and made sure he had my full consent before doing anything. Highly recommend this dental practice. Fantastic experience, and nothing but honest, friendly staff working here.

Best dentists in the city! All staff are knowledgeable, skilled, and empathetic best of all. I had a tooth break exposing the nerve and I couldn't get through to any other practice but the receptionist over the weekend, Katherine, was super helpful and empathetic and just made me feel calm and valued. Got in today to see the dentist and he was super kind and gentle, which is a must for someone dealing with dental pain. Highly recommended as emergency dentists and going to make them my regular dentist as soon as I can!

Excellent practice. Accommodating, professional and above all having a caring, patient focused way of working. They have restored my faith in dentists. I've noticed some negative comments here, I think a little context is essential; many complain about not receiving assistance as an urgent non patient when they want it. Please remember, the practice is under a lot of pressure to do everything for everyone... sometimes, that's simply impossible. They are a super team working hard and doing their upmost to help people. Highly recommended, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband was unable to get in to my dentist, however Lincoln Dental Care went above and beyond to get him registered. He now visits regularly and is extremely happy with the service, all staff are helpful, polite and professional. Jasmine on reception was particularly helpful, we would recommended the practice.

Rang up to see if they were taking on any NHS patients as I wanted to get my son's names down spoke to a lovely lady called Jasmine which was so helpful took all details efficiently and booked them in for a check up a couple of days later. She was very polite and attentive on the phone.

My experience here was extremely pleasant. I spoke to Jasmine who got me 2 appointments really quickly, she was lovely and friendly! The dentist and hygenist who I usually see are amazing, and they both put you at ease. I would highly reccomend this practice.

I came across this dental center as a referral from the hospital due to my broken tooth at the time. I have been nervous of dentists for years and have not been in over 19 years. My partner helps me a lot as I struggle due to my Autism. But my concerns and worries where put to rest. The staff here are fantastic, the dentist, nurse and receptionist who where on with my first visit where Inna, Natalie and Jasmin. What a wonderful team, so supportive and caring, walking me through each step of what was going on, and keeping me reassured, and also explaining it all to my partner as my mind was pretty much on the ceiling in how I was. I found after this I was happy with how helpful and supportive they all where. I have been back twice, and in one the Heigenist was fantastic too, very reassuring and also made the experience really enjoyable and very educating, helping me be comfortable and asking my I am through out, along with making sure any adjustments I needed because of my autism where made. Thank you, very happy to be registered with yourselves going forwards, and feel a lot of the negative reviews, might be a missunderstanding, miss communication, or even a bad day has occured.. Everyone is alowed a bad day, so they shouldnt be chastised for having the odd one.

I used this practice on the 7th of June for deep root canal treatment. I am a very nervous about dentists due to a bad experience in my past. I can honestly say that Salma and her nurse tilly put me at such ease. The girls on reception are very helpfulness with me and and professorial I highly recommend this practice .

I got an emergency appointment with this Dentist, the young guy was so caring and gentle, I have a massive phobia of Dentists, I have infection so was straight to antibiotics but back to have tooth out soon, I believe A Cillan has probably made me less afraid of Dentists maybe fingers crossed cured me of my phobia, if So he will be then first. Thank you so much for your care and compassion as you could see I was scared and you made me feel Able to get through it, and although I need an Exstraction I am feeling confident in your hands I can do This, nurse and receptionist great to.

Fantastic dentist, amazing with my autistic son who had had a previous bad experience with another dental care provider. The dentists approach and her patience meant after a year of meltdowns and fear of a dental chair, my son was able to receive the treatment he needed! I’m so grateful for the service and the amazing dentist who treated my son and would highly recommend!

I joined this clinic soon after it opened as it accepted NHS patients- I have yet to see the same dentist on each 6 monthly review - they have all moved on or abroad. It would be nice to have the same dentist that follows their patients needs. Every 6 months I have to explain the same thing and in some cases didn't even get a tooth clean. I am sorry to say it doesn't give me much confidence in the clinic. Lets hope that next time I will see the same dentist
