N. C.I have been with this practice for quite a few decades now as a patient and have to say all the staff are very professional caring and polite. I attended this practice regularly for check ups and dental work carried out by a brilliant dentist called Jarrad Rose until covid hit and the fear of the unknown and my fear of dentists and I admit I stayed away for a bit until recently. I had been experiencing horrendous toothache for 5 days was lucky to get a cancellation appointment with Jarrad Rose and was met with total professionalism and a caring attitude from all the team at Bupa Deyesbrook. They know I am petrified of dentists and after being in so much pain they accommodated for me to have the tooth extracted at short notice. So I just wanted to say thank you to the brilliant dentist Jarrad Rose for being so caring, patient and always professional and not forgetting the brilliant dental nurses and admin team for their caring and professionalism. P. L.Ive been a patient at this dentist for the past few years. I visited this practice about a month ago for my routine check up and I was so happy with the service provided. Very professional but also caring at the same time. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly and eager to help. And as for the the clinical staff, I feel have built a good rapport with me over the years and make me feel at ease each visit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
L. S.I needed an implant and my dentist referred me to this practice at Deysbrook. Being dental phobic, I wasn't sure if I could go through with it. However, The receptionists were friendly and put me at my ease and the dental nurse helped at every step along the way. Mr Rose who did my implant was just fabulous...very relaxed, explained everything as he went along and it was pain free..absolutely delighted with the end result and if I ever need another one, I will be going back. Can't rcommend highly enough.

However they have a new dentist on the ground floor. Her and the dental nurse made me feel at ease. Very professional and lovely. I was not frightened at all when i was there .
