I first contacted Ace Dental to enquire about the Invisalign process and Francesca was on hand to explain everything I needed to know. I then started treatment around 7 months ago with Dr Millie and I’ve just come to the end - I’m so pleased with the result! Millie has been fantastic throughout the whole process, clearly explaining what I should expect during my treatment and exactly what my plan would look like. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Invisalign with Millie - she’s been fantastic.

This place is beautiful and clean. I have gone ahead with an orthodontic treatment with Dr Millie, her and her team have been absolutely spectacular. Some of my friends still don't know that I'm wearing braces! My teeth have started to move pretty quickly and results have been visible from a couple of visits into the treatment. I cannot recommend the practice enough, I smile so much more these days!

First time visiting. Warm and professional welcome. Very pleasant and made me feel relaxed. The procedure wasn’t pleasant but she explained what she was doing, why and the injection was relatively painless. The assistants were great too and explained the prescription process. All in all a great experience, which is not something one says often when visiting the dentist. Thank you for the great service.

Had a very nice experience today. Had a lunch time appointment and only had an hour. They were running just a few minutes behind but they were very accommodating and had me in and out in time. During the appointment the Dr. really listened to my concerns. at times I even noticed they could pick up on my body language to understand what I was and was not comfortable with. I was super impressed by this level of professionalism. Made sure to listen to my prior experiences and did not try to push anything on me, as some other dentists have done in the past. The rest of the team was also super professional and accommodating. I felt comfortable the whole time. Thank you for a great experience!

Several bad experiences with 70's dentistry as a child left me with very wonky teeth and a life-long phobia of dentists. As an adult I avoided appointments for many years and would literally burst into tears in the chair. Meeting Millie at Ace Dental and eventually going through the Invisalign process has been a revelation. She listened to my concerns, took my anxiety into account and was able to work around my fears, at my pace. She is so upbeat , warm and professional, with a 'can-do' approach, and the staff team are too. I was relieved to discover that the technology has moved on considerably since my youth, and was much less invasive than I remember. I now have a straight and whitened set of upper and lower teeth, that I never dreamed was possible. I feel more confident and much happier with my appearance as a result. I would wholeheartedly recommend Millie as a dentist to anyone, but particularly those with dental phobias. I know what a difference having a patient and attentive dentist can make.

United Smile Centres..... Being afraid of dentists for so many years of my life, I had let go of my teeth to the point I was so embarressed to go out and socialise with friends, family and my work started to get affected due to my confidence issues. I then plucked up the courage to ring United Smile Centres and spoke to a lovely girl who put me at ease immediately on the phone...... The day of my FREE consultation I was so nervous and scared that I almost didnt attend my appointment, but found the confidence to come in as I wanted to be ME again. Can I say what a fantastic team United Smile Centres have, they held my hand every step of the way. Having met the team a few times before the surgery I had built up enough trust to go ahead with this life changing procedure. I felt very safe throughout the treatment. My teeth are fantastic, my confidence is SKY HIGH and the best bit is I can laugh, giggle and smile without a care in the WORLD!!
