A. P.I love this practice! I have been coming to Albany for 20 years and their service has always been exceptional even the emergency cover over lockdown couldn't be faulted. regular information updates during lockdown about what services were being offered and when I had a toothache during this time my dentist was on the other end of the phone to provide advice.
The staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions I have.

Any time I have had an issue (only once in several years of attendance - I complained about the brusque manner of a hygienist) it was dealt with quickly and to a high standard. I would unreservedly recommend Albany Dental Centre. It feels like a proper community dentist with a loyal long-term clientele as well as room for new patients.
C.Best dentist practice in London, Bookey is by far one of the best dentist that I have encountered. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs there teeth sorting don't hesitate to book an appointment with them. They arrange for you an appointment incredibly fast. The staff are alwsys friendly and polite. easy access from the tube. I only have good things to say about this practice.

L. B.I’d say that the dentist office and dentist themselves are just fine. They could be better though in that further explanations regarding the current state of my teeth would have been appreciated. It’s more like they just assume you don’t need to know. I have a cavity and instead of filling it, I was given fluoride toothpaste. This is the opposite of what I had experienced elsewhere where a cavity is usually filled. No explanation was given other then “well we don’t want that and want to avoid it”... this was new for me. But further questions resulted in being ignored.
When I asked about braces, I was told, “we don’t do that”. No recommendations were made as to whom I could speak with about it. And no advice was give as to whether or not they might be necessary for the overall health of my teeth.
The lady at the front desk, the one on the right, is horrid. She obviously could care less about helping anyone. Speaking to her or asking for help is like pulling teeth. You have to actually force her to help you schedule appointments. I have to force her to answer my questions. I have to force her to allow me to speak to my dentist with a simple question. She has a “I don’t care and don’t bother me with that” attitude.
If I could find another dentist today, I would change mostly because of how difficult it is to speak to the front desk lady.
