So I’ve had my dental treatment from align and smile for over 2 years now . They have always been so helpful and friendly each appointment and provided me with essential information needed. Even throughout the covid lockdown they continued to update me about how my treatment will continue afterwards and made sure I was comfortable. After removing my braces I am super happy with my teeth and my checkups have been excellent since ! Will always recommend this dental place to my friends & family ;)

So I've had my treatments with align and smile now for maybe 4 years now. They are excellent, they've been so patient and friendly with me. Their practice is amazing. At first everything was going fine until a different dentist saw me and advised me to wear my elastics a certain way for a certain amount of time. When I came to my next appointment, my dentist was someone else and they said that I had worn my elastics "too well" which does not make sense as I did what I was told. I then had to wear the elastics the complete opposite way and move my teeth back. The same thing happened again. I came to my follow up appointment and the dentist changed again and I was told once more that I had worn them "too well". I had to wear them for another extra amount of time. My then dentist gave me more regular appointments which allowed me to take my braces off. I was meant to take my braces off in February but instead due to all this I had them taken off in July once my dentist gave me the regular check ups.

Everything about this place is amazing. The team are enthusiastic, caring and offer great service. I had my braces put on here, and whenever i had a problem, they would immediately book me an appointment ASAP. I honestly cannot recall any bad moments, because every single visit for the past 3 years was a pleasant experience. Id for sure 100% recommend honestly, because all the previous practises I have been to before are not as great as this one! I can assure you, you will be looked after because the team are genuine, and take pride in their work. Thank you for the great service over these past years, wishing you guys the best!

There was some confusion on their part but we got to the bottom of it. Many dentists don't really care about their patients but this one does (meaning they will look after you). If you have any issues with them best to speak to the manager, she will listen and sort it out for you the best way as possible. They genuinely want to do well! Thanks to the manager for listening and making this a smooth experience! Hygienist was great, reached my expectations. I will go there again. I 100% would recommend. 👍🏼

I was just seen by the hygienist at Align & Smile and am glad to say that this has probably been the best scale and polish treatment I've ever received. Kamrun initially examined my teeth and noticed that my teeth at the back, on the upper and bottom segments of my mouth, needed a good clean. He thoroughly cleaned those sections and provided advice on how to maintain healthy gums and teeth. It was definitely worth my money and time.

I had an amazing experience at Align&Smile! Everyone at the clinic is welcoming and accommodating. I received an orthodontic treatment for one year. The end result for me is 100% what i wanted. I was referred as a private patient to the practice by my dentist so I could see a specialist, when I had a large infection and required an extraction. I arrived, in severe pain and looking like my face had been smashed in with a bag of spanners. The reception staff looked after me, provided me with some reassuring words and advice, and made me an appointment to see the maxillofacial specialist once the infection had gone down. Fast forward a couple of weeks when I was feeling and looking almost normal again, and once again I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely reception team. I had an equally efficient and pleasant experience with the specialist. I was listened to, had a thorough history taken and the extraction plan explained to me. The dentist had amazing, and two days later (after 2 extractions of problematic teeth) I’m very comfortable, which I put down to the expert extraction. Highly recommend this dental practice. Thanks team, probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Completed all my dental care here, braces and regular treatment and all I can comment on is the service being impeccable; all staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to all needs making the treatment even enjoyable and not tedious. I came back here again to take out a complicated wisdom tooth! Came in and was welcomed by friendly staff. They were so polite! Ciro Gilvetti is the best!!! Just like last time he made sure I was OK throughout the procedure and kept me briefly informed of what he was doing, so I wouldn't get the anxiety of not knowing when it was almost over. Very pleasant experience. Staff were nice and friendly. Was seen on time. Due to the current social distancing measures there is very limited space inside and patients are asked to wait outside until called. So don't arrive too early! Location is easy to get to by car and bus and a short walk from the DLR. If travelling by car there are some on street parking in permit bays if you're lucky to find one free.

I’m am absolutely terrified of dentists so bad that usually if I’ve needed anything done to my teeth I’ve always been put to sleep! As I just can not bare the thought of being awake having treatment! But I had an emergency just recently and had to call 111 it was my wisdom tooth really painful after nights of lost sleep I was referred to this dentist, i cannot express fully just how happy I was to have had the opportunity to have treatment in this dentist by Ciro and Diana seriously wonderful team evan the reception were so friendly, But the best news ever is I didn’t have to be put asleep and I had the wisdom tooth removed without any cutting / stitches!! I came to Align and Smile with severe toothache on a referral from my normal dentist. Paula on reception was brilliant - the emergency appointment I called about that same morning was not booked for enough time but seeing how much pain I was in both she and the consultant managed to fit me in to a very busy afternoon. The consultant was calm and changed the procedure I initially went in for, finding different symptoms which I appreciated as although not asked for another opinion (2 dentists had already reviewed my condition) he saw something wrong and rightly questioned the referral. He then gave me clear options and he, the assistant and Paula had a professional and amusing manner that kept me calm when I found the situation overwhelming. The procedure itself was quick, painless and very much appreciated as my pain has almost completely subsided hours later. You are in good hands at Align and Smile with professional, experienced and friendly dental practitioners.

Went private to remove wisdom tooth (curved roots+horizontal) after waiting for NHS referral. Anyone looking to get tooth extracted, however complicated it may be, this is the best place to do it!!!! Did not feel any pain during the procedure!!! I was seen by Dentist Ciro Gilverti who did a brilliant job! I was so anxious and scared about the procedure however he was so calm and kind, it made me feel better and less stressed. He also was making sure I was ok throughout the whole thing, being aware whether I was in pain or not. I had a positive experience because of him. Honeslty did not feel a thing when he took it out. It was done very smoothly, efficiently and quickly. The dental nurse Diana was also fantastic! She was very sweet and kind, making sure I was comfortable. She was answering all my queries and providing a lot of information to help reduce my stress. All I can say is that I felt safe in their hands!!! Lastly, the dental practice itself had a good vibe and atmosphere. Staff, especially the receptionists were super friendly and welcoming. Would 100% come back and would recommend to friends and family. So glad I found this practice!!! Thank you Align and Smile!

Treatment was fine although expensive. But they must help patients in understanding the nuances of the dental claims like the IOTN number of the treatment. Paid £450 for my treatment and got just £75 for consultation only from Bupa Dental cover. They must inform such things in the beginning before taking the treatment. I was clueless about this IOTN number of the treatment until Bupa dental asked me during the claim.

I went through a couple of visits here recently to get my first filling, and to have one of my wisdom teeth extracted. Every visit was pleasant and I never had to wait too long. Dr Shihab Hussein did an excellent job with the filling and was very friendly and professional the whole time. He even remembered me on my follow up visits and offered a nice quick chat. The extraction was done by Ciro Gilvetti and it was completely painless and done before I even realised it was happening. I was prepared to sit in the chair for half an hour but Ciro took the tooth out in 10 seconds. So really, an amazing job from everyone! They reduced my anxiety about visiting a dentist! I have been going to Align and Smile for 4 years now, this is the best dental practice I have ever gone to in London! The practice is always very clean, the staff members are nice and professional. The treatment I always receive from my dentist Navi is 1st class, he is a exceptional dentist; who always answers any questions I have about my treatment/ dental issue. Navi is a thorough and empathetic dentist, these are great qualities to have ( especially for nervous patient's). The receptionist Paula is always extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Paula puts the patient's 1st, by being a thoughtful, informative and humanistic person/ receptionist. Her great personality and fantastic sense of humour, always puts me at ease. Manuel the hygienist is absolutely remarkable, he has such a warm but professional personality. He is the only hygienist I will see, as he does a excellent job at cleaning my teeth. He is always willing to give dental hygiene advice and takes the time to listen too me as a patient. I have recommended this practice to my mother and brother, they are both highly impressed with Align and Smile too.

Very friendly, professional and flexible. Helpful that they have various specialists on site. I only came for a mouth guard, but on the occasion mentioned some other issues. They managed to fit me in to see a relevant specialist with hardly any wait, who offered me immediate treatment but didn't pressurise me if I wanted to sleep the decision over. In the end I went for the treatment (extraction) on the day. Procedure itself was professional and calm. Now very happy everything is sorted :)

Receptionists are very nice and accomodating! Anne got me an emergency appointment right away. I was seen by Shihab. He's very good and knowledgeable at what he does. He's also very accomodating, answering all my questions and patiently èxplaining everything. His assistant was also very caring (offered her hand for me to squeeze/hold on to as I was in pain from the aneasthesia injections). Shahib did a thorough job cleaning and filling. He even sought second opinion from a colleague to ensure his prognosis is correct and that shows how he values the welfare of his patients.
