Ross and Puja were brilliant at calming me down as I was scared about my wisdom tooth removal. They explained everything really clearly and made a huge effort to make sure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Anna Ginty is simply amazing. Never felt so comfortable, nicely looked after like this by anyone before. It feels like to be with a friend timore than having an hygienist cleaning your teeth. Always looking for the time that comes for my next appointment!!! I must admit also that when I met the dentist, I felt straight away relaxed. Since then I had very low expectation of dental practitioner. She has been so caring and friendly with me. Explained everything in details and with a positive manner, which made me feel great. Until then I had bad experiences, one after another one. Receptionist always great, even when, I do understand that they might feel overwhelmed, are keeping their attitude professional and friendly. No looking back, the best decision I ever made regarding a dental practice.

I would have given them a 5 star but a miserable nurse who was was at the reception desk training to be a receptionist spoilt it by being rude, cynical and unprofessional. But the Dentist Lavinia and her assistant were super nice, great sense of humour which helped me to relax due to my phobia of Dentists and very professional and knows how to communicate effectively with her patients. I won't let one stuck up grumpy nurse put me off but I will not allow her to assist me when I return for treatment.

Ross and pooja were amazing today, I am petrified of dentists and avoid unless absolutely have to, I had an abscess and actually let Ross remove my tooth when previously I had to be put to sleep for any dental work, and I must admit it really was not as bad as expected Ross was so reassuring and patient with me despite the tears and panic, and pooja even held my hand the whole time, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease as much as I could be.I will definitely return and can’t thank them both enough.

I have been a patient at your centre for over 10 years and most generally my experience has been good. That said I have never actually taken the time to communicate my thanks and commendation to your team for the work done. Last year I had an experience with your practice manager Nicola that left me feeling incredibly impressed and I had made up my mind to write to the practice owner. Please forgive me that it’s taken me almost a year to do so. I was booked in to see one of the hygienist but I missed the appointment as I had the head of state from Jamaica whose lateness torpedoed my schedule. This meant I was liable for the relevant fine as I had missed another appointment in the past which I had conveniently forgotten about. In my process of protesting the fine I asked to speak to the practice manager, by the time I had finished the call I embraced the fact that I was in the wrong. What was most impressive for me was the manner, tone and professionalism with which Nicola the practice manager handled me. She was firm, fair and incredibly consistent in our conversation. I have worked in many areas with people and I know that many would have become quite irritated by my questions and challenge. I’m sure you already know how good your staff are and I’m sure you’re happy with their work but I thought it was worth bringing Nicola’s first class customer service to your attention. She was an absolute star and even though I was paying a fine I didn’t want to pay I was left feeling like a valued patient. Please extend my warmest regards to Nicola

Everyone in the centre is excellent: professional, approachable and efficient. I had complications following surgery to remove a wisdom tooth (through no fault of the surgery by Ross Lewis), and the team responded quickly, giving me two emergency appointments on each day I reported problems and listening to my concerns on the phone. I can rue my bad fortune and detest the taste of Alvogyl, but I can't fault the service!

I've always felt best at this practice, and following a horrible experience at my old practice, I lost all trust in dentists. I chose to register here after reading exceptional reviews and I always receive a great service! The only issue is that you no longer provide NHS surgical procedures such as wisdom tooth removal, and only provide these procedures privately- making it out of the average persons price range which is a little upsetting.

I had to visit numerous times in 4 months due to unexpected complications and not only was every effort made to save my teeth, I was not charged for the additional visits which was a great relief. She also let me know some advice and some tips for my teeth and issues I wanted to enquire months ago but never got around doing it! I don't normally post reviews but I feel the need to write this one. I usually hate going to the Dentist for various reasons such as showing up on time but waiting a long time to actually see a dentist. I was surprised at the efficiency of the staff and I wasn't waiting long before the dentist saw me. I liked how the dentist explained exactly what they were going to do and why. This was a nice touch as it doesn't normally happen. It seems that the facilities are up to date, very clean and more importantly parking is not an issue. ... Such a lovely place! Everybody there was so understanding of me being nervous about being there. The dentist listen to all my concerns and also tried to work out why I was nervous to see how they could change that for me so in future I wouldn't be so nervous. Then when I was told I needed to come back for some fillings they explained everything so clearly and gave me a treatment plan printed off to take home with me with prices. Then when I came back for my fillings the dentist and nurse was so patient with me and stopped when I wanted a breather. A breath of fresh air! Having lived in Dubai for the past few years with a general high standard of professional service, I was dreading coming back to the UK. Having had several bad experiences when I lived in south east London previously I was delighted to have come across Belmont Park Dental Care; somewhere I could get all of my general dental needs taken care of through the NHS but with the added benefit of having a team of specialists at hand to provide private treatment at a reasonable price. Personally I am always happy to pay for treatment when I know I am getting the right level of service from someone who is highly qualified and experienced - Dr. Desai I honestly thought my upper right molar was a lost cause, thank you to you and your team for saving it. A thoroughly well-deserved 5-star rating from me!

I go to Dharka regularly with my twin toddlers and she is great with kids and gives great advice about my teeth which always have problems. When a tooth broke and the root was gone she talked through all my options and pros and cons. I ended up seeing Rumit for an implant and he was fantastic. An implant is a drawn out process but he did a great job of setting my expectations and seeing me whenever I had concerns. Now I have a new tooth and it looks fabulous. Can't recommend this practice enough! Also, the receptionist are lovely and so pleasant.
