I have been a patient of the BDS dental surgery for decades and throughout that time all of the dentist are clearly supremely able professionals as are the hygienists and dental assistants and administrative staff. Everyone is friendly and understanding and extremely efficient. None of this is a secret as clearly all patients appreciate the team as the practice is always fully booked but will cater for emergencies.

I visited Bergin Davis Sidelsky recently for some emergency treatment on my teeth. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. The procedures and safety that they have in place for COVID made me feel very safe, you can see the amount of work and pride that the surgery have taken to make their patients feel safe. Fantastic dental practice, have used them for many years. Wonderful staff who really care, they know their stuff and are competitively priced. I’ve had a few complex requirements due to historic issues when I was young which Dr Bergin has corrected with excellent results including extraction, root canal and composite fillings. Great bunch of people who put you totally at ease.

I would def recommend this practice. I am really nervous of dentists but the staff are so friendly, they make you feel so comfortable. My dentist is Ian Davis and I also see Caroline the hygienist. This is an outstanding practice. 27 years ago I had serious problems with my teeth and Harris Sidelsky undertook an extensive "reconstruction" job, including some very tricky bridge work. It has lasted superbly since then, with only minor maintenance. Everyone I have been treated by in the practice, including periodontists and hygienists, has done excellent work and given me clear explanations of what they are doing. And the receptionists are always helpful and cheerful too (I don't know how they do it!).

Absolutely first class dental practice. I and several family members have benefitted from this practice's expertise for around two decades and every visit has been professional, courteous and a pleasure. This setting ranks among the best in the country and they treat you as a whole person with dignity, respect and concern. All staff including receptionists, hygienists (special thanks to Elisheva & Batsheva!), dentists are unfailingly kind, friendly and experts in their respective speciality. Nothing is too much trouble regarding help with insurance paperwork, booking appointments, advice regarding best hygiene methods and dental procedures. Dr Bergin recently surpassed his usual success by removing all pain extremely quickly from a root canal procedure and saved my tooth in the process. The crown fitting was swift, smooth and comfortable. I was kept informed throughout and charged very reasonably. Prior to that my hygienist performed an incredibly thorough clean and offered excellent advice which was easy to follow. I am never nervous coming here because I know I am in the most capable hands. All the staff embody the highest ethical and professional standards. They are lovely people who go out of their way to build lasting relationships with their patients, vital when it's a question of something so important as oral health. Anyone lucky to be on the books of BDS will have peace of mind knowing they are very well supported by an outstanding team.

So pleased that I was introduced to this dental practice. I started with the hygienist and was so impressed that I left my old dentist and moved over also for dental. The service has been fantastic. Everybody is so helpful and absolutely lovely to deal with. Most importantly they are all really good at their jobs. I really have the impression, but they have the latest knowledge and understanding within the dental world; and they put that to good use on their patients. Perfectionism, clarity, an excellent bedside manner and great value!!!! My Mom and I have been going to this practise for 17 years now and it is always not only a wonderful dental experience, but also a social one. The reception, many of the nursing staff and dentists have been there for all of that time and that low staff turnover epitomises the commitment everyone shares and the team spirit. I have had my wisdom teeth out painlessly and my Mom has had several challenging fillings and tooth restorations expertly and meticulously done by Dr Sidelsky who is not only a dentist but an artists who can mould a whole new pearly white tooth from a relic tooth. Excellence! I was impressed from my very first consultation with Dr Sidelsky as he is so compassionate and also informative. He puts you at ease and you go forward with a clear idea of what has to be done, the problems, the options and the costs. He makes sure you understand the biology of your issue and he gives you great confidence in the work you will have undertaken. I feel totally safe and reassured and I always ring the practise with great optimism that all will get sorted fast and painlessly. Alisheva on reception has an excellent attitude and is well informed on dental matters, she always puts my mind at ease.

The practice can be found next to Finchely road with easy parking and access to public transport. The staff know each patient by name. And one gets a warm welcome as you walk into the reception area. The reception area is clean and bright with a lovely selection of magazines whilst you wait, Including books and colouring things for kids to enjoy. Appointments run to time and it is rare to be kept waiting. My dentist Ian, has known me since I was a little boy. And I look forward with my twice yearly appointment with the dentist and one of the hygienists Rachie. I am delighted to have left this review and even more delighted that BERGIN DAVIS SIDELSKY have helped me maintain clean healthy teeth. Proof is in my smile!
