A. f.I couldn’t recommend Bishopsgate Dental enough. From start to finish the whole team were brilliant to deal with. I used them for Invisalign and whitening, the results exceeded all expectations and anyone thinking twice about doing it, I now recommend to Gina without hesitation. For the skill and expertise involved it is also great value for money.
B. B.I have been going here for years and would not go anywhere else. The dentists, hygienists and support team are all fantastic. They are really thorough and ensure you have the best treatment you need. They go above and beyond to support their customers. The set-up (appointments) are easy to navigate and the practice is extremely clean. I highly recommend the team. I usually see Gina (dentist) and Amy (Hygienist) and always professional with an excellent service.
P. S. O.Yesterday I had my first appointment at Bishopsgate Dental Care and it was perfect! No wonder why all the awards displayed in the waiting room! Dr Gina is great and she inspires confidence. The practice is just a two minute walk from Liverpool street station literally next to Spitalfields market. 5 stars

Gina took the time to get to both know and understand me and my concerns/fears, then upon every return visit the team made sure I was at ease, gave me advice and then supported me through my treatment. G.Before arranging my first meeting with Gina @ Bishopsgate I had been meaning to undergo an orthodontic treatment for a long time but wasn’t ready to decide where and was slightly overwhelmed by the choice and many different treatments available as each one of them had its pros and cons. It was only when I went to see Gina that I felt that this specific course of action was appropriate for me, she proposed a full Invisalign treatment by being very open and informative about what it would entail. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and continuous feedback that I received all through the treatment which lasted a little bit more than originally planned due to the fact that they were concerned about getting it right.
I have had other dental treatments (crown + filling) here and they were done to a high quality standard.

I visited 3 dentists before deciding on who to go with for my Invisalign treatment, and from the start the quality and professionalism from Gina shone through. A couple of dentists and orthodontists told me it wouldn’t be possible to fix my bite without surgery, Gina persevered and a couple of years later I am really pleased with the result. I’ve always been met with very friendly service from the whole team and I couldn’t recommend the practice enough.

I originally made an appointment here as they are one of the few places I could find that gave a free consultation as at that point I was just looking for advice. I ended up doing a great Invisalign treatment followed by teeth whitening. I now love every photo I see of my teeth when before all I could think about was if they looked crooked. The team were also able to accommodate 'City hour's which really helped. Definitely recommend!!

Having been told the only way to rectify the gaps in my teeth was to have invisalign I went to see Gina to get a third opinion. Gina informed me that I could in fact have some composite work on my teeth. I have to say I have been blown away by how good they look! I had the enlighten whitening followed by composite and cannot express how pleased I am with the results. They are kind and reliable, don't try to push into treatments that you don't need, also very thorough and fixed a lot of issues I didn't realise I had having previously had sub-standard dental care. J. P.I am so grateful having Gina as a dentist. My brother came over last year, and he had this problem with his teeth, specially with the two front teeth, one was rather dark. He had a fall from his bike when he was very young, ( one of the teeth broke and went dark, affecting the next tooth as well), that changed his smile completely. After that, he was always concern about his smile and even affecting his self- esteem.... one day chatting with my husband, he reminded me Gina, ... So I made the appointment for my brother....Gina said by the time, that it would take some time to get good results, but it was definitely possible... He had start with the hygienist, who was great and taught him exactly how to clean his teeth properly.....and them following, Gina did this amazing job in his two front teeth,.. He looks amazing now, a new person, with a beautiful smile. ...
Also, brought my Mum to see Gina this year,.. My Mum felt in good hands straight away.. .she normally gets really nervous with this type of procedures, but Gina was very understanding.. My mum had to have a tooth out and she was fine after a few days, no swollen cheek or discomfort at all.

C. W.I've been a customer at Bishopsgate Dental Care since 2008 and have enjoyed excellent dental care since. The practice was run by Dr. Russell and when Dr. Stokes-Vega took over it has gone to new heights with more offers for teeth whitening and invisalign, as well as encouraging financing plans. Their hygienists are also very nice and accommodating. Reception will always try to find an appointment slot for you.
I've recently taken the Invisalign offer and my teeth are well on their way to being perfect! Gina's a fantastic dentist and the overall service at the practice is brilliant.

They are certainly not the cheapest of dentists in London but as with most things in life, you get what you pay for - and I'm very happy with the results as I feel like this is money will invested.

L.As a once committed dentophobe who hadn't been to the dentist for over a decade; someone who would have onsets of anxiety over the condition of their teeth/gums numerous times a day during that period leading to immediate, panicked, potentially harmful bouts of over-brushing, flossing mouthwashing, etc. it may be something of an understatement to say that I was going to take some gentle handling on my first trip back into the world of professional oral care. Suffice to say Gina and her team did exactly that. My wife had already extolled the virtues of her practice - as had a number of her co-workers who also frequented it - and I am happy to report that it very much lived up to the billing. Gina was clear, friendly, empathetic and methodical in her work, ensuring that she let me know exactly what was happening at every stage of both my examination and the (thankfully!) relatively minor work I required after ten years of neglect. Gina's caring approach allied to a conservative philosophy towards treatment/surgery was exactly what I needed. Equally, each of the hygienists I have seen have been convivial, informative and happy to pause/stop at the first sign of discomfort - not that there has been any - and I have continued to visit ever since.
Knowing that I am now in decent oral health has, naturally, come as a great relief and I have Gina and her team (as well as a delicately cajoling wife) to thank. I can't recommend highly enough.
