I have been receiving excellent care at this surgery for almost 10 years now and thought it was about time I wrote a review! Every member of staff I have encountered here has been so polite and professional - the reception staff are absolutely lovely and answer the phone (unlike almost every other medical surgery I visit!), and my dentist really is fantastic. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait to get an appointment for a check-up, but I have never struggled to get care when I’ve needed it. I cannot recommend Borough Dental enough, and I am so impressed that the practice has continued to operate at such a high standard given the budget cuts and increasing pressure on the NHS over the last few years. A big thank you to all the staff who make this such an excellent patient experience.

Very good experience at Borough Dental Care. Had a hygiene treatment with Dr. Maria. Maria is very professional, friendly, and caring. There is an add-on treatment tool called Airflow. I would recommend it to anyone who may need it for better results. Also, the receptionists are very kind and helpful. The facility is clean and safe.

I visited Maria today and am absolutely amazed by the results for my teeth. I have always had staining from smoking and I was convinced I wouldn't be able to get rid of the stains however after visiting Maria once, my teeth look so much better. I opted for the airflow treatment. Honestly couldn't be happier

I particularly appreciated the very detailed assessment of my daily dental health regime, and the many suggestions the hygienist made to improve it and discard bad habits [eg alcohol-based mouthwash!].

Although I’ve been a patient at this clinic for the past few years and extremely satisfied with every visit I have ever had, I was reluctant until today to leave a review because I didn’t want to make the clinic even more popular, thereby making it harder for myself to get appointments in the future. Perhaps this was selfish, but fear is a powerful motivator. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that this is a superbly run dental clinic. Every receptionist, dental nurse, hygienist, and dentist that I’ve had the pleasure to meet at this place has been highly polite, friendly, and good at their job. As I have said to the staff more than a few times, as crazy as it sounds, I actually look forward to my visits to this clinic because of how nice everyone who works there is. I just wish I had a more extensive vocabulary so I could more adequately express how happy I was to discover this outstanding clinic and how fortune I feel to be one of their patients. It took a me a long time to find a good dentist in London, but now I’ve been with Borough Dental for several years and they do amazing work that’s up to date with the latest techniques and equipment. All the staff are always professional and friendly and if in pain I can get an emergency appointment the next morning. Have never had to wait an unreasonable time for NHS treatment.

I was looking for a good practice for teeth cleaning and a friend recommended Borough Dental Practice. The hygienist Maria has been very professional and has done a perfect job! There was no pain and she would check on me multiple times to see if I was okay. She also offered me some precious hygiene tips! Very friendly and I could tell she’s truly passionate about her job! Went for a weekend: Teeth clean Must admit the service was top notch . Reception staff 10/10 hygienist 10/10 . As these guys work every weekend to keep the nations Teet clean they should get at least 100% pay rise ASAP , and at least handsome Xmas bonus . Well done guys keep it up. By the way it’s nearly 70£/€ to have your teeth cleaned , no poor ppl here , that’s for sure.

I see Dr Mirzai and I am a very anxious patient but over the years I have been made to feel more comfortable and built a relationship of trust with everyone at the practice. All the receptionist are very welcoming but I would like to highlight Nazma as she is absolutely great, always with a smile and she is a star in customer service. 3 months ago due to some reason they had to move my appointment in short notice and as she felt I was really not happy because of the inconvenience, she offered me a complimentary dental hygiene. From a not happy client to a satisfied client. Great service as well from Sachin Patel, I started Invisalign not long ago and its going great.

I also appreciate the reception team and in particular Uma who went out of her way to send me a package from the my dentist during lockdown and went out of her way to assist. Having had bad dentists in the past I was very anxious about having a root canal but my dentist Dr Sachin Patel made the whole process as pleasant as it could possibly be. He took the time to talk through my options, making sure I understood and gave me the time to come to my own decisions following his advice. I Azeez DENDE-RAJI, has been completely joyful since I joined the good and lucky people on the list of Borough Dentist for their treatment towards NHS and Private. Since I started visiting the surgery I felt good in myself with the treatment and good and competent staff I always met. COVID-19 rule and regulations were completely followed by: • Testing of temperature • Social distance maintenance • Face covering compulsory • Hand sanitiser compulsory etc. Above the management and staff are friendly in all aspects. I AM BETTER OF THAN BEFORE TOWARDS MY DENTIST CARE.

My dentist, Sachin Patel, has ben fantastic over the past three years or more. He offers sound, sensible advice, always taking into account my particular situation. I have had a lot of bridge and denture work over the past two years and he has gone out of his way to ensure I understand the various options and always has time to answer questions. I trust his judgement completely. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Mehraban at Borough Dental Care for around 2 years and can solidly say he is one of the best dentists I have come across. He takes the time to explain things, is super efficient (he completed a checkup and treatment within the same appointment) and doesn't do work just for the sake of it. When I first came to the practice I had had a nightmare filling by another dental practice which was causing me pain. Dr Mehraban referred me to Dr Mirzai (who very kindly fit me in straight away) to assess what the issue could be since there was nothing visible in xray or otherwise. With Dr Mirzai's help, the problem was fixed within 5 mins. Everyone at the practice is SO LOVELY and accommodating, going out of their way to fit you in, send a statement or book an appointment. My boyfriend is a patient of Dr Visviki and we are both super pleased with the service we receive. Having referenced 3 fab dentists from the practice already, I really don't understand where the bad reviews come from.

I know everyone says it but I am absolutely terrified of the dentist! I have avoided it wherever possible and cry every time I go in. However, I have seen Dr Shahab Mehrabam a number of times now and he is so kind! He explains everything, continuously asks if I am ok, is positive, and I am now far less scared to go. He really goes above and beyond to make patients as comfortable as possible and make the experience positive!

This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever visited! Dr Mehraban is OUTSTANDING, as is Dr Mirzai (not been seen by other staff but sure they are excellent, too!). The reception staff are warm and helpful. Most of all, the precision and care with which Dr Mehraban treats patients is a lesson to all dentists – he sees dentistry as not just a science but an art! Every appointment I've had, he's been so friendly and really puts the patient first. Thank you for an exceptional service!

It doesn't look fancy on the outside but this is a great dentist. Great availability of emergency and standard appointments. Very nice reception staff. Online booking system works well. have been here several times in the year, best dental practice I've ever been to!

I have such a horrible fear of the dentist however today I booked a emergency appointment and was seen very quickly. I was able to pick my appointment instead of being a walk in. This is the best dentist iv had even though I had a tooth extraction! The reception staff were very kind and reassuring and comforted me and my nerves. Doctor was really nice, but the woman at the reception wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked her why she said it's not necessary as there is a plastic covering on the counter. However covering has an opening at the bottom so it is still possible for the virus to get through. When I pointed that out she said ''let's not be silly''. In my point of view this is not very safe.

Joined Borough Dental Care after my dentist at my previous practice retired. I have visited Dr Farydon Mirzai several times whilst undergoing treatment, and have always received great care. The reception and nursing staff are always polite, and the clinical rooms are clean and modern.

I don’t know why people are complaining about the phones - my calls are always answered promptly, and the website has a very easy booking system too. The reception staff are so pleasant and helpful and if you’re the type to be scared of the dentist they would really help by how friendly and accommodating they are. I’ve been treated twice now by Dr Mehraban and he is excellent. He will listen to your exact concerns and explain your options simply and clearly whereas often dentists can be quite dismissive, that’s not the case with him at all. Couldn’t recommend enough.

One of the best dental practices I've been to, the receptionists were all very helpful and nice. The dentist and dental nurse worked well together and explained in detail, the procedures, this really helped my treatment to run smoothly.

Good pricing structure. Other places: £50 for check-in and then we will decide. Here: small fee upfront that will be deducted from the final treatment. I had to shop around for a dentist as I'm not registered as an nhs patient, this dentist quoted me a reasonable amount for the work I needed doing and they were great! Front tooth cap came out in dinner last night so phoned in rather a panic hoping for an appointment ASAP today to replace it. Phone was answered immediately on the first ring, friendly and helpful receptionist offered me a choice of 3 possible times today to fit with my work schedule and was so kind and accommodating. Last time I went was two years ago and I've never had anything but the best service and care and help from reception staff. Will add the fifth star once I have my shiny new front tooth capped again!.... Adding that 5th star, as went along to my afternoon appointment, was seen immediately, on time. Had a new dentist, Dr Shahab Mehraban, who was just outstanding, even better than previous dentist I had here. He greeted me warmly and kindly, was patient and listened to my 'history', reassured me and didn't make me feel I was being told off for anything as previous dentists have! And best of all, a really quick but careful fix after talking through all the options and not trying to upsell in anyway. I really couldn't be more happy. As you can probably tell!
