Finally I have found a good dentist in London! I would highly recommend Dr. Farid Fahid. After having lived in Switzerland for 17 years I became accustomed to excellent dentistry, but upon moving here 10 years ago I was disappointed several times by London dentists, and would end up travelling back to Switzerland for dental care. However, that's not sustainable. In 2021 I visited Dr. Farid for the first time, and found a dentist who did a meticulous examination, explained his findings and recommendations clearly, and demonstrated strong medical knowledge as well. I happen to know a little bit about dentistry, and found all of his recommendations to be very sound, plus on top of that he taught me several important things I did not know. He has now fixed two broken teeth for me (one of which was highly visible and the other of which was causing me pain), using the most conservative approach possible, which is what I wanted, and he explained the likely cause of breakage and prescribed a mouth guard to try to prevent additional breakages. His hygienist is also good; she did the job quickly and with very little discomfort, which was a welcome change from the archaic practices of the last one I saw. All in all I would highly recommend Boston House Dental!

You'll definitely find your dentist here, front-desk staff is lovely, and bookings and admin are a breeze!

I recently visited Boston House to have part of my front tooth repaired. The staff are very friendly and made me feel completely at ease. Throughout the repair process Dr Fahid explained what he would be doing and made sure that I was comfortable. The repaired tooth looks brilliant and I am very happy with it. This was easily the best experience I have had at a dental clinic and I would highly recommend them.

I am so happy to have been recommended this dentist by one of my colleagues. When I moved to London as a student I really neglected dental care by not going to any dentist and only after a very long time was forced to find a dentist due to a cavity that I noticed. Dr Fahid and the entire team were so helpful and understanding, we set up a dental plan and next steps, and I have been with them for almost a year now and am going back regularly for check-ups. During the examinations and treatments Dr Fahid and the dental assistant are always making sure you feel comfortable. Dr Fahid goes the extra mile by explaining you what he is doing and why, reviews the work he has done on you with you, and you always have full overview of costs and several options and a say in the decision making. Also, arranging an appointment is so easy, you can call or write an email and you hear back immediately. Really highly recommended.

The best Christmas present I had this year was one I gave myself eighteen months earlier. That needs explaining. I had been referred early in 2018 to Dr Farid Fahid for specialist prosthodontic treatment. Over several months, dental decay was repaired in a complex overcrowded mouth using orthodontics to create access for Farid’s virtuoso fillings. Thus Farid saved six of my teeth. The realignment now makes flossing easy and encourages sustainable gum hygiene – with its associated general health benefits – and finally I am not embarrassed to smile. So just before Christmas I was smiling and happy with the progress made. It was a great present and I wish I had been advised about these proactive orthodontic and prosthodontic treatments thirty years ago. I am in my late sixties but would recommend anyone of any age who has problems with their permanent teeth to consult Dr Farid Fahid about their options. It is a great investment. It needed experience, coupled with excellent surgical and sculptural skills to do the repairs, and remarkable foresight on Dr Fahid’s part to envisage how a chaotic, decaying jumble of teeth could become a healthy, orderly asset. Dr Fahid and his colleagues exhibit the calmness that mastery of technique brings and that calmness is infectious. Everything is explained and as a patient you feel confident about the procedure and outcome. Even I, a super-wimp, recently caught myself humming on the way into Boston House. What also gives me confidence is Farid’s intellectual approach. Having taught post-graduates the conservation of structural infrastructure, I appreciate Farid’s exploratory and paced, rational approach to conserving my dental infrastructure, where options evolve and interact with responses to treatment, rather than a one-size-fits-all dogmatic prescription. This is the mark of a very advanced practitioner and means you will get the individual treatment needed and not feel you are on a factory conveyor belt. 5 stars for the whole team.

I’m phobic about dental treatment and from the initial call to the reception (really helpful) and the welcome/treatment by Dr Menobi it was an exemplary experience - calming, reassuring and professional. I had an accident back in July and fell on my tooth. I went for an emergency appointment for another dentist (who I really appreciate for taking me so quickly). He told me that my cracked tooth needed to be pulled out and replaced with a denture or implant. I freaked out because my wedding is early October. Then I went to see Doctor Fahid for a second opinion. He checked the tooth thoroughly and got me an appointment with Dr Robert Crawford. Both of them came up with the treatment to have the tooth stabilised for a month with a splinter and it healed! I'm still in the process of being checked regularly to determine if any further treatment is needed for the tooth but I'm just so glad that I get to keep the tooth. I have always been anxious and afraid of going to see dentists since a child. Beyond their expertise, what really helps me is how sweet the entire team is. I felt in good hands and always pain free, which was super helpful to me.
