3 Years ago, I opted in getting composite bonding and I found this practice when previously known as MC Lewis Dental practice and what can i say the service that was delivered was more than exemplary, I was listened to, consulted with all the possible options and treated like a person not just a paying consumer. I’m impressed to say the least and would highly recommend due to the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism, Im excited to go back since I was delighted with my results I trust them to do a good job again. This place emulates quality over price and reviews.

This is the best dentists I have been to so far. Adrian (my dentist) is the most caring dentist I've ever come across. I have a fear of dentists and he has made me so calm and relaxed since going to practice, he is always happy and like a giggle . He always lets me know step by step of what he's doing and let's me take my time if I need a moment..the assistants there are lovely too..

I have attended Dr Rishi at Bow Dental Surgery today who treated my tooth. I highly recommend this practice for a number of reasons. Firstly, the time slot was in the evening at 6 pm, so I could finish my University lecturing and come after work. Secondly, X-Ray was done quickly and I did not need to wait after diagnostics. Dr Rishi explained what is the problem about and treated it very quickly. Communication and service are great! Thank you to receptionist as well and to assistant of my doctor Rishi.

I have been to many dentist in Tower Hamlets over the years, and this one is one of the best by far. All the reception staff are nice and friendly, Adrian Is my dentist and he is amazing very kind and gentle. My daughter also loves going for her check ups with Adrian.

Visited for the first time today and the dental staff were just great. So friendly and funny too. Put me immediately at ease and explained everything for me, prices, treatments etc. I would really recommend this team. They also accept NHS. Very happy with the service! Look forward (kinda) to returning for my filling repair.

Antony Czekirda has been by far the most professional, skilled, knowledgeable and caring dentist that I have ever had treatment from, and I have done everything possible to ensure that I have remained under his treatment/care since leaving the Armed Forces 17 years ago, even moving practice when he did. I have extremely sensitive teeth and incredibly long roots, yet have never had a single issue while being treated by him, as he takes care in all that he does. I trust his guidance regarding my oral health, and as such, have maintained a healthy set of teeth and gums which has kept treatments to a minimum. You could not ask for a better dentist for yourself or your loved ones.

After returning for a check-up after 2 years, the dentist I saw (Shami) was very thorough and very informative: explaining in depth the condition of my teeth and what was causing problems and how to fix them. I went back for the treatment that was recommended, including seeing the Hygienist. The Hygienist was very patient with me, even as I was very nervous and overreacting to mild pain; she made the experience much less unpleasant than it could have been. I have received more treatment from my dentist who gives the impression she knows what she is talking about. Reception staff have also been helpful. I will continue coming back.

Bow Dental Surgery is an excellent dentist. The reception staff are always polite and friendly, the surgery is clean and modern and appointments are always available. The dentists are kind and friendly and very professional. I have always been pleased with any work I've had done. I've been a patient here for 11 years and have always had a swift appointment time as I've been flexible when I could attend , the rare times I've had to rearrange they've been very helpful and also given swift referrals for wisdom tooth extraction. All in all this is very efficiently run surgery with friendly staff from receptionists to dental nurses and dentists. I have only had good experiences here and can only speak highly of this medical establishment.

Absolutely petrified of visiting the dentist, but alas, this is the longest dentist I've ever been registered with and I honestly think it's down to the receptionist patience with me. I really wish I knew her name, she had worked their for years now, young Asian lady who is incredibly polite. I been there a few times and have seen her have to tolerate an irate customer in person and via phone and commend her on her ability not to lose it! I'm usually a emergency appointment person (i wait until there's pain before being brave enough to visit), and while its incredibly difficult to get one - that's simple because its first-come, first-served basis and they only have so many appointments they can offer. They have recently been refurbishing and offering new services which all looks great. I think this surgery will go from strength to strength if they keep certain employees on. They do seem to have a short life -span in regard's to dentists but that could be for a million reasons. In all, I'd recommend this dental surgery.

Been using Bow Dental Surgery for years.. Never bother with reviews usually, but disagree with the negative feedback strongly enough to make an exception. Seems harsh to me. Always found the place spotlessly clean and the staff extremely professional. Disagree strongly with some of the criticism on here. Seems suspect to me.

I recently visited this dentist because I had an emergency. I was given an appointment on the same day and the dentist got me out of pain. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and sympathetic.

Phoned up this morning at 9am and they had me in for an appointment at 1050. Really friendly, lovely receptionist and dentist. This is the first time I've used the NHS dentist and I was blown away by their professionalism.
