My hygiene appointment was cancelled because the hygienist I was seeing came down with Covid. I was travelling in from France especially for this appointment, but they were fully booked for the rest of the week. Despite this they had managed to get me an appointment with a different hygienist (Mary) during her lunch time. Even though I ran late for the appointment I was extremely grateful she still managed to see me. I cannot recommend Mary and the rest of the team highly enough they went out of their way to accommodate me for something that was not in their control.

I have been a patient at the Bryer Wallace Dental Practice for a number of years and I am always so impressed by how helpful and kind all of the staff are at the practice, even in these extremally difficult times. After suffering with tooth pain, I contacted Alexandra, the receptionist , who Kindly arranged my appointments with a sympathetic ear. I was fortunate enough be treated By Dr Daniel Flynn, his nurse Jade, Dr Grant Paterson and his nurse Tee, who are an amazing team of people. On each of my appointments I was made me feel at ease and felt complete confidence in them and their abilities. I have met many of the Bryer Wallace team over the years and I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Bryer Wallace Dentist Practice has enabled me to overcome my fear of going to the dentist. Upon arrival, you are met by the fabulous Kerry (manager) to welcome you in. She puts you at ease as soon as you arrive, making you feel like the most important patient. Soon after, you are taken to one of the talented dentists the practice has to offer. I have been lucky enough to be treated by both Hossein and Daniel. Their eye for detail and caring approach makes you feel relaxed throughout the treatment. Throughout the whole process, Yasmin (fabulous dental nurse) has been on hand to answer any questions and put you at ease and support the dentist perform their magic. These are just four of a wider staff at Bryer Wallace I have had the pleasure of being supported by. Since, my first appointment, I have been recommending Bryer Wallace to anyone I know and I recommend for you to go to this astonishing practice.

Really superb dentist practice.From the moment you walk through the door, being greeted by the very efficient reception staff, to the then beautiful waiting area Have been treated by Grant for a bridge. as well as general check ups First class work and very thorough.Cannot fault any of the process, from taking impressions to the final fit. It was ever more complicated as there was minor surgery required prior to the whole process being carried out The bridge is a very comfortable fit and serves its purpose perfectly. Have also visited Eva for specialist consultation on to ensure my gums are healthy to My hygienist is incredibly diligent, and cleans my teeth like no other hygienist has done previously. Lots of scaling by hand and a polish also and great advice on ensuring my cleaning habits are correct Definitely recommend.Have probably been to 10 different dentists previously, and very happy now

I cant speak highly enough of Bryer wallace surgery. I had a problem with one of my back teeth recently that had suddenly broken and was already terribly worried and anxious (I love the practice but sorting teeth out is never an easy task for me). The receptionists (as ever) were lovely. I had the pleasure of meeting and having treatment by Hossein over a few visits who I must say was just absolutely marvellous. He fixed my tooth seamlessly and was a super perfectionist. thank you again!

I went to visit Samantha for a hygiene clean. I was very impressed with the clean that I got and how sparkly my teeth looked and felt afterwards. She was very attentive and it didn't feel as rushed as previous cleans I have had at other practices. Pleasure to deal with and will be back soon

Being a slightly feeble dentist-phobe I approached this practice for some needed dental work with all due trepidation. Rob Wallace immediately dispelled any concerns and his chair-side manner was relaxing (in fact almost encouraging).
