I received Invisalign treatment with Neil Mason and cannot recommend him enough! Neil is super professional, friendly, and achieved perfection with my teeth. The process was very smooth and informative. I was given tips on how to maintain healthy teeth throughout my treatment and had constant care from the staff. The clinic itself is super clean, all staff are friendly and very professional!

My first experience at Bupa Cannon Street was to repair a chipped front tooth (which has been failing intermittently over the years) with Neil. This was by far, the best experience in a dentists chair I have ever had. Neil and his nurse were considerate, helpful and empathetic and made me feel comfortable while talking to me. I have since revisited for a follow up/new patient check up with Neil and a hygienist appointment with Joanne; both of which were completely consistent with my views following my first visit. I hate those sort of surveys where it asks if you would recommend a product to your friends because no one ever goes around recommending things randomly to their friends; but if anyone ever wants to know what dentist to visit, I am more than happy to recommend Neil and the team at Bupa Cannon Street. Great job!

Just wanted to leave a quick review. I have had my dental treatment here with Phil Walberg for the last 4 years. He is excellent and amongst other work has completed 2 superb crowns for me on difficult rear teeth. Both fitted perfectly when inserted and have continued to be great since. I also had no pain or discomfort during all of the work and settling in. The practice is good too with all the staff supporting each other well.

Thank you so much to Simone and the Bupa team for fitting me in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction during the lockdown that was causing me severe pain after being let down by the NHS. I am new to this dental practice and just wanted to drop a quick review to thank them for their excellent service and help. A few weeks back I awoke with searing pain in a back molar, I spent the weekend dealing with the agony (ain’t tooth pain just the worse?). I’d just moved back to London so didn’t have a dentist yet and found this practice was a short walk from my office and was well reviewed. I called them up Monday morning as soon as they opened and two hours later I was sitting in the chair recieving emergency care. They did a great job fixing the immediate problem and then walked me through a treatment plan for long term solution (in this case, root canal). I have just had my first of two appointments for the root canal and it was a completely pain free and great experience. The practice even called the next day to see if I was doing ok and encouraged me to come back if I had any issues between appointments. Pricing was fair relative to what I have paid for similar work in other city’s (I am private with no insurance but they were clear and upfront about the total cost of treatment). Speacial thank you to Dr Ela who has done a phonemonal job and my appointments with her have always been stress and pain free, which coming from someone who didn’t go to a dentist for six years due to a mild phobia is really appreciated. The team do a great job and they have a long term patient in me.

I actually enjoy going to my routine check-ups and hygiene appointments at Metrodental. I find the staff really welcoming and even though I was once a nervous patient, they have always helped me to feel relaxed. Sanjay is my dentist and he is just fantastic, he always takes the time to answer any of my questions. I am lucky in that so far I have only needed one filling, having said that, Sanjay made the experience so simple and pain-free that it didn't bother me too much. The prices at Metrodental are very reasonable for a dentist in the City and the quality of care is outstanding.

Sitting in the dental chair at Metrodental was a great experience for me thanks to Dr Dipan Patel who has seen me for an emergency appointment last week. The procedure and charges have been explained to me clearly before any treatment was carried out. All my questions have been answered in details and Dr Patel has been very patient with me. The whole procedure has been PAIN FREE!!! 24h later I received an unexpected phone call from the lovely Tremaine asking me how I was feeling after the filling. I have never received such care and attention from a dental team before. If you are looking for a great dentist Metrodental is highly recommended.

Finding a good dentist who understands that a patient has had bad experiences in childhood(Drill and fill days of the 1960s/1970s) is not easy. Metrodental has supply me with a dentist that not only understands how very nervous I am with needles, but has a way of dealing with this with his kind and very professional manner. Once the needles have done their magic I am almost asleep in the chair. Totally painless. And I am still very nervous of dentistry per sa .......Thank you Metrodental
