My daughter had 5 milk teeth taken out so that the orthodontist could fit her braces. Dr Minstry did a fantastic job. Due to a previous bad experience she was very anxious about having the extractions. We had an initial consultation and Dr Minstry really put my daughter’s mind at rest. On the day of the extractions Dr Minstry was excellent. He explained to her every step of the process and he carefully took the teeth out. He then gave us clear instructions of what to do in the following days. I’m delighted that my daughter went through this process which was a big challenge for her and I am really grateful to Dr Minstry for his professionalism.

Everyone I talked to was really friendly and unlike most medical services all appointments ran on time! The staff helped me to logged all my claims with Bupa and made the whole process a breeze. Dr Mistry was really great a talking me through everything he was doing and his use of pictures to explain what he was seeing made the whole process much easier to understand. Would highly recommend seeing Dr Mistry and the team!

What a great dental practice. I had such a pleasant experience here back in May. All staff were welcoming and very professional. The two receptionists were lovely and made me feel calm... (I'm a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist!). I saw Dr Ilias Marinopoulos for an orthodontist appointment, he was absolutely fantastic. So full of knowledge and definitely not someone trying to take advantage with pricey treatments, like most dental practices in London/Harley Street do. He was very thorough and talked me through the whole process. I left the appointment feeling really great about things. A big THANK YOU to Ilias and all of the lovely staff at this practice.

I am a nervous person when it comes to dentists. before I first attended this practice I had not been to a dentists in over a decade. I managed to crack a filling and needed it sorted. Everyone I have encountered at this practice has been very polite, pleasant and helpful. As you can imagine we needed to sort out a lot of things. Dr Mistry, the dentist who has been taking care of my dental work, is very gentle and very open when discussing your treatment options. Ms Wong the hygienist gave great advice and help. I am growing in confidence now and am looking forward to not cracking my teeth.

I have joined Bupa Devonshire Square for almost a year now. Prior to that I tried a couple of local, private dentists who I constantly felt were trying to make money and not necessarily giving me the best advice about my teeth. Now I would not go anywhere else! My husband has joined me as well as 2 of our children. Since my very first visit, all the team, especially Emma and Dr Pritesh Mistry at Bupa Devonshire Square were just brilliant. Extremely caring, friendly and making sure all check ups and treatments are done at the highest standards. I was so impressed to see this highly-skilled team running the most efficient, organised, reliable, honest service in an immaculate environment. This is an absolutely best practice with an amazing team I have even came across and my children keep asking me, following their visit last week when we are going back for the check up again (never have happened in the past). I never thought I would say it, but I had a great experience visiting the dentist! The reception staff were great in explaining all the details one would like to know before the appointment and were very professional. Dr Pritesh was extremely thorough, well mannered and has a great way of explaining details using photos. I would highly recommend the practice.
