Amy in reception is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Kamala, the dentist, was very quick, gentle and efficient in assessing the state of my teeth and complimentary about my previous dentist. She was very reassuring. The x-ray only took a few minutes to develop. She explained the state of my teeth and gave me advice on future care. She also pointed out inevitable decay under some old fillings, but did not pressurise me to replace them all, but to monitor any change through future X-rays.

As someone who travels frequently, I have considered treatment options at various places around the world and have a good idea of what quality dentistry needs to feel like. I was made to feel completely relaxed and all the options about implants were explained to me. For someone who needed a front tooth replacement, it was important that I felt comfortable to bite and not be conscious when dealing face to face with clients and during dinners and conversations. The treatment was only carried out after I understood all the risks and any side-effects and I felt under no pressure at any time. The whole experience from how I was greeted at the reception to warm welcome by the assistant nurse and the reassurance from the dentist was important. I felt comfortable and Kensington dental Spa team went beyond what was purely necessary in all this. The fit and appearance of the implant crown are first class. In fact, I have to think hard to remember where it in in my mouth! A year down the line, I continue to be fully satisfied and would happily recommend the specialist team of Kensington Dental Spa.

Despite the waiting time being a bit strenuous, I am very happy with my experience at the surgery today. All the staff were incredibly friendly and not one of them pressured you to making any unnecessary purchases for your teeth. I had laser whitening done and I was able to really chill out whilst the procedure was commencing., I was able to listen to my own music on their TV and have a very thorough consultation prior to treatment. It was great.

Kristina is a hygienist at this practice and her patient care is first class. I have plenty of hygienists to choose from in my local area but prefer to make the journey in to this practice as I have great loyal service here. Because it is Bupa and because it is High Street Kensington one might expect it to very costly but I can honestly say that it is value for money. I’ve been coming here for many years now and Kristina offers a top service that is friendly and professional. Also I should add that the receptionists are very welcoming too in particular Shirin who always has a very welcoming smile - other practices would do well to offer this family feel to their service.

I never experienced any discomfort or pain during (in the past with other hygienists I would have sore and bleeding gums post treatment). Well, I never thought I would be giving a dentist a five star review but this one is fully deserved. After many years of bad dentists, I feel that I have finally found somebody I can trust. Believe it or not, I first discovered Kensington Dental SPA seven years ago just walking by and still I trust them and the results are spectacular. Recently, I went along for a full consultation and set of x-rays and yes, my teeth now look 100 times better already. My dentist, Dr. Johannes Bantleon, is caring and professional. He fully explains everything he is going to do and gives a variety of treatment options and advices. Best of all, he manages to do virtually all his treatments without causing me any pain - I know, its a miracle!! My teeth looks now again whites and I feel smile again. If anyone is looking for a dentist I can't recommend them enough.

I'm not one to write review, especially if its good, I usually don't bother, but I always rush to make a complaint. However, in this instance I felt I absolutely had to write and compliment the excellent service and result of the teeth whitening experience I had recently at Kensignton Dental Spa! I was a little uneasy making the appointment in the first place due to my phobia of dentists, but my coffee stained teeth where in desperate need of a good clean! On arrival the friendly receptionist suggested teeth whitening and after a little discussion I had booked an appointment! I was pleasantly surprised to meet the very professional young lady who reassured me that it was a relative quick and completely pain free treatmant. Some 40 mins later, treatment completed, I was shown the mirror and despite being quite cynical, I was very surprised at the results! I would HIGHLY recommend Kensignton Dental Spa for any dental treatment as I have been loyal customer since! 5 Star treatment and great value for money!

Dr Kamala is the perfect dentist! I went to Kensington Dental initially just for teeth whitening and maybe replacing some amalgam fillings with composite but the dentist I saw, Dr Kamala Aydazada, was so coruscatingly good at her job, so friendly and gentle and thorough and conscientious and informative, that I knew I had found my regular dentist, someone in whose hands I could leave the care of my teeth with full confidence. She genuinely cares about doing the best she can for you - it's so obvious and it makes a huge difference when professional skill is allied with real passionate dedication. After just a brief acquaintance, I knew that my full examination would provide exactly the comprehensive assessment I craved, as someone that leans toward perfectionism, and it was both gratifying and slightly unnerving to have Dr Kamala identify defects and potential problems that my previous dentist had either not noticed or neglected to mention. She confirmed the presence of a dead tooth by a sensitivity test that my previous dentist had been content to just x-ray. She suggested bonding as a treatment for a sensitive tooth that my previous dentist had been content to prescribe Sensodyne for (which I had been using to little effect for several weeks). She even was able to correct my brushing technique after all these years, and explain why. I simply cannot imagine a better overall dentist, such that it is difficult to tell whether it is her skill or her passion or her friendly and personable manner which is her standout quality. Her assistant is also first rate and all of the staff I have come into contact with, clinical or non-clinical, have been friendly, polite and professional. Prices are towards the higher end of the market, as far as I am aware, but by no means reach the prohibitive rate of some central London dentists. Truthfully, the quality of treatment is value for money. Once you have found someone this good, you do not want to relinquish them.

That was awesome! I’ve been a patient at Kensington Dental Spa (KDS) since 2013. So I can do some reviews on services that the clinic provides. In 2013 I had to find a doctor who could not only do veneer treatment for me but also solve some complex orthodontic problems with my bite. Having done some research among best dental clinics in London, finally I got to Dr. Johannes Bantleon at KDS. Johannes is the real professional who has a wide range of expertise. He was the only one among other doctors I met at other practices in London who managed to assure me that he can do everything with ease and in the best possible way and he did! And from then on every time I look at my teeth I think how lucky was I with the doctor, and honestly I am very thankful to him. In my personal opinion I’m pretty much sure that Johannes has the potential to become one of the best dentists in Europe soon. Next I had the root canal treatment done by Dr. Cesar Munoz. Cesar is a very easy going and communicative person. Even though the root canal treatment is not a pleasant procedure, everything went smoothly and without complications as Cesar has a “magic touch”. In addition, I’d like to say a few words about Cesar’s assistant. She is absolutely fantastic. Finally, four days ago I had the appointment with Hanel. He examined my teeth, did the hygiene, advised on some issues. Without doubts, he is a great doctor! So, my verdict is the following: - If you need urgent help or have some complex issues with your teeth – go straight to Johannes as he is simply the best; - If you need root canal treatment to be done – go to Cesar as you are in reliable hands; - And if you need warm and sincere smile – go to Cesar’s assistant. By the way, they are really a great team!
