Best experience I've had with with a dentist in the UK. Greg was recommended to me by my partner and he was absolutely right when he said Greg is a fantastic dentist!. During my appointment he listened to my situation and was able to give me the best advise and he shared with me his medical knowledge on the topic, which was very interesting. I must start this review by declaring that I absolutely hate going to the dentist! I registered with this practice after reading the positive reviews online and so far I have not been disappointed! My new patient examination was with Greg who really took the time to explain good oral hygiene practices to me. My examination was thorough and efficient, and I am rest assured that I am in good hands for the procedures I need. Greg is a great dentist who has a personable and friendly approach. Kata (dental hygienist) was also absolutely fabulous during my hygienist app. I’ve really never experienced such great and friendly dentistry professionals! Also, I must say that the reception staff are absolutely fabulous! Super friendly and brighten your day (which is what you need before being told by the dentist how bad your flossing is… oops!). My first visit was splendid, everyone is amazingly nice and attentive, from reception staff through the assistant to the dentist himself. I saw doctor Greg Davies who described everything in detail to me, he and his assistant also gave me lots of good tips as to how to take care of my teeth properly. I felt that I was listened to and that everything was really professional. I found it funny how at the very beginning Dr Davies delivered the speech about mouth cancer, which made him sound a bit like a stewardess showing the safety features of an aircraft (because of how fluent and rehearsed it was) still, it was very informative. I had a hugely positive experience with the Marylebone Bupa clinic. I would describe myself as an extremely nervous patient who hadn’t been to a dentist for quite a number of years at the time of my first visit, owing to a previous bad experience. After a lot of coaxing from my husband, I eventually agreed to a check up. We phoned the clinic and explained my apprehension about visiting. The reception team could not have been more understanding or helpful and I was immediately put at ease both on the phone and upon my arrival at the practice a week or so later. Once in the chair, my dentist (Dr Greg) and his nurse (Michelle) were absolutely stellar. Dr Greg began by asking me to walk him through my last experience and we talked about which aspects of the dental process I found most difficult. Unpackaging my concerns in this way proved to be extremely effective and I felt as if I was in very safe hands. During the examination, he made sure to explain every step, and at points when I was likely to expect discomfort, a sense of what was going on and how long to it would last. Having been away for so long it was almost inevitable that I would need a couple of follow ups for procedures, which I am delighted to say all ran extremely smoothly. Although I will never be the kind of person who looks forward to visiting the dentist, Dr Greg and the team couldn’t have done more to make it a positive experience. I am extremely grateful for their care and expertise and would recommend them to absolutely anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I am really happy with the practice and with Dr Davies’s professional care and expertise. He is very experienced and confident and makes me feel at ease when I visit him. I am a nervous patient so this is very important to me. He has explained to me very clearly hygiene facts that other dentists never did before. For example, the importance of flossing correctly (we all know we have to do it but I didn’t know why!). He also gave me plenty of advice about oral hygiene for my young son i.e. which snacks are better to give him after school, best time for treats etc, to minimise the impact on his young teeth. A dentist you can trust. Went for an emergency appointment and the practice were extremely accommodating. I acquired a second opinion on a root canal treatment and very happy I did so as it turns out I don't need one. I had visited another practice who were very keen to carry out a number of unnecessary procedures on me - and who have a reputation for being more money than care-focused in their practice! Very refreshing to find a center that cares about your well being and not just making money. The reception staff are also very friendly and happy which is always a bonus. Haven't got the best helpful receptionists, but definitely have best dentist in town. Craig is the most knowledge dentist I've come across in London. In our 20 minutes consultation, I was given a lot of helpful information - from caring my teeth on a daily basis to caring for my baby's teeth. There seems to be a dentistry encyclopedia in his brain. Craig 10/10! Tip for new customers - suggest a few times that works for you, because they aren't going to proactively suggest one for you.

Neelam was the first person I encountered and she was exceptionally helpful and put me right at ease. She could answer all of my questions and was very professional and friendly. My dentist was Greg Davies. I have never seen such a passionate and enthusiastic dentist. He informed me about absolutely everything to do with my health - including using spf on my lips! He and Priscilla worked amazingly as a team. They appear to know what they are doing and most importantly enjoy it at the same time! Claire was my hygienist. She had brilliant table side manner, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. After suffering from excruciatingly painful migraines for two weeks, and being let down by three different GPs and a disastrous A&E service at a major central NHS hospital, no one was willing to help me find the cause of my condition, not even performing a simple scan. Neelam was very helpful in arranging a same day appointment with the fantastic Dr Nirvair Kaur, who identified the issue in a mere 5 minutes, and was able to provide first treatment to relieve my pain.
