I have been seeing George on and off for 20 years. I originally went to see him in 2002 after an accident where I lost my front tooth . He suggested a brace to straighten my gappy teeth and then veneers. The veneers were excellent, incredibly natural looking and even more surprising lasted for almost 15 years. I have only recently had to have a few replaced. George is an artist in this field. He strives for perfection whilst still keeping your smile natural. The whole team are great and even a check up is a thorough but relaxing experience (thank you in part to the gas and headphones). I would highly recommend Cap City Dental.

Such a fantastic experience with this practice. I’m from New York and thus have used my New York dentist for the past decade however this all may change going-forward after my visit to Dr George and his team. It’s a very comfortable experience where I was able to relax in the chair and get a deep cleaning. Relaxing gas was administered to help with my dental anxiety and some noise cancelling SONY headphones blocked out any and all noise from the procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for dental procedure.

I visited Dr Druttman for a clean today and he was kind enough to slot me in for some cosmetic repairs to my broken front teeth and a worn down incisor, without a separate booking. He explained each treatment clearly before starting the work; the before and after difference is remarkable. I have just been for a check-up and cleaning. Completed forms online prior to the appointment, which makes it easier on the day of the appointment. The practice is located on Cannon St, which easily accessible from Monument, Bank or Cannon St stations. The staff are very friendly. Dr Druttman and the team (Iwona, Marilou, Raya and Michael) have greatly helped me to improve my teeth over the last year. I had a painful urgent issue that was dealt with promptly when no other dentist would accommodate me for months, and have since had a course of orthodontic treatment. I came to see Dr Druttman following an accident and a poorly conducted initial treatment elsewhere. Dr Druttman immediately saw me, gave me professional advice on my condition, and was able to rectify the dental problem (a poor bite and fixing of the teeth) and immediately alleviate my pain. He also conducted a number of ex-post tests to check all my dental conditions, which made me feel confident that they had correctly found all the issues. The Dr spent time with me explaining how my teeth may evolve and what I should expect over time. The team was always friendly, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been going to Dr Druttman’s practice for over two decades now. I first went because I chipped a tooth at work and needed a local dentist in the City, not having time to travel all the way out of London to the one I used to use back at my Mum’s. I got good professional care and, importantly, reassurance. What had felt like half a tooth breaking off was actually only a tiny sliver, which was easily made good (basically filing down slightly to remove jaggedness) and doesn’t really look any different. He knows his stuff. I have had great care over the duration from him and his team. I have been lucky enough not to have had any major problems with my teeth, such as broken teeth, crowns, cavities and so on. But I will always be grateful for him fixing the effectiveness of my bite. George has what could be called a passion for aesthetic dentistry. “Passion” in the old-fashioned sense of determination to do well, rather than crazed advocacy. I have a slightly crowded mouth, like many people. George talked to me about teeth straightening, veneers and so on. I have never been interested in having a Tom Cruise smile, but looked into what was involved. I decided I didn’t want to have braces or an alteration of the appearance of my teeth. George then talked to me about function. I had never had a clean bite - my teeth would rip more than slice when biting food, due to poor alignment. With a little bit of taking down in some areas and building up in others by George, unnoticeable in appearance, my biting mechanics are now fixed. This was not very expensive or time-consuming, but has massively improved the experience of eating several types of food for me which were frankly too much hassle before. That’s the only major work I have had with him, well over a decade ago. I am still very satisfied with it - the built up bits (mainly at the back of one canine) and the reduced bits are still as strong and smooth as ever, no degradation or discomfort. Amazing value really. The reviews for CAP City seem to be a bit varied, many excellent but some reviewers venting some spleen. I can only go from my own experience, which is excellent care for years. Dentists can be a personal choice - not everyone clicks with every dentist - but I would recommend giving the CAP City Dental practice a go to anyone. And I’d be happy to answer questions on my experience.

I came to Dr Druttman many years ago after a bad experience with an orthodontist who left me with a very poor bite. Dr Druttman re-aligned my bite and explained everything very throughly beforehand. The work he did was excellent and ever since then he has become my regular dentist. All of the team at the pratice are very friendly and it’s very easy to find. They really focus on preventative dentisty giving clear and friendly advice on how to improve your own routine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone - in fact Dr Druttman was a recommendation to me. I’m only sad I didn’t find him earlier! He’s across London to me but I really don’t gave any issue travelling to him as I really wouldn’t have any other dentist now.

I needed to change my dentist which I am glad I did. I needed to go just for a check-up and cleaning. It was very easy to book an appointment online. They even call you to confirm the dates and you fill all the forms online before coming. I was examed visually and had a few X-rays for a checkup. I haven't had my teeth cleaned during COVID I was a bit anxious about how I am gonna go through scaling and polishing without anything. good thing there was relaxing gas that was worth every penny. If you are one of those with sensitive teeth I would highly recommend relaxing gas. Dr Druttman did an amazing job, explaining everything before doing anything, and of course, there was a follow-up email after where everything is in writing what I had have done that day. Very professional. And thanks to Iwona for tips and tricks on how to take better care of my teeth. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr Druttman for a routine check-up and a crown replacement. The whole experience was very positive from the booking of appointments to the actual treatment. I have been a patient of Dr Druttman for over 15 years. Before that I had had some bad experiences with other dentists but I could tell after he did the first filling for me that the quality of his work was on another level. I don't class myself as a loyal customer of any brand, retailer or service but what I do care about is the quality of the work. What I get from Cap City dental and George is trust. I know any work will be done to the high level of quality that I expect. That is the reason that I have stayed with George and the team for this long. I view going to Cap City Dental as one of my few luxuries - maybe that makes me a bit of an oddball! In that time, I've had fillings, crowns, wisdom teeth work (an associate of George) and bi-annual check ups. Extensive work and the quality is superb. I remember one occasion over the course of 15 years where a filling broke down shortly after but I went in and the repair took place free of charge, minimum of fuss and no problems afterwards. The work is expensive compared to some other dentists but I've seen cheaper alternatives before and have ended up paying even more to correct mistakes so I have chosen a practice that I can trust. Over the course of time my teeth and gum health has improved immeasurably as I follow George's advice and recommendations on cleaning routine as best I can. This is probably the most important aspect for me: getting my teeth and gum health to a high standard. If I could afford it I would send my entire family to Cap City Dental!

I had an emergency appointment with Dr. George Druttman while on a visit in London from abroad. The whole experience was extremely positive, from communicating with Michael the medical secretary, who arranged the appointment efficiently, to the pleasant medical assistant and the superb treatment offered by the dentist. He seemingly had an east task -- to re-attach a crown which fell off. Rather than simply re-attach the crown, he carried out a thorough examination which detected a problem in need of special attention at a later stage and provided me with a medical report in which he offered his recommendation to my own doctor. Dr Druttman provided a very distinguishable experience. During the check up, he identified the root causes of my discomfort, and prescribed different solutions from ones I had grown tired of hearing from all other dentists. He also explained everything in great detail. Days after the treatment, I provided some feedback on how I felt, and the same day he fit me in after working hours to assess & did additional very minor adjustments to make sure I was absolutely comfortable. I just saw the previous review and was absolutely shocked and angered! I don't even want to mention the horrible and unacceptable antisemitic scent of it! How dare you, ms jackson, make such a comparison! I had the greatest experience in this clinic in November. Dr George Druttman helped me to overcome my dental anxiety, he explained various treatments options in great detail and after having a checkup, a few fillings and a hygiene appointment I decided to have my veneers done. I have been a patient at CAP City Dental since 2012. Since my childhood I had a terrible dental anxiety that resulted in losing 6 of my teeth at a young age. Since Dr Druttman became my Dentist he had helped me to overcome my fear of dentistry by using “happy gas” during my treatments . He always thoroughly prepared me for my upcoming dental procedures by explaining in depth what will happen and what results to expect after the treatment by providing me with in depth clear treatment plan. In his care I have undergone a total smile make-over by having composite veneers placed to fix the gaps between my front teeth. I also had 2 bridges placed that enabled me to chew the food properly. He had also safely removed and replaced the amalgam fillings that a long time ago have been placed by my previous NHS Dentist and were causing me serious digestive issues. A life changing experice ! I have been a patient of Cap City Dental for over 11 years now! After visiting the surgery last year for an emergency appointment to fix a broken veneer, I had the opportunity to see some of the incredible cosmetic work George has been doing for many years and experience the professionalism of the surgery. Having had my original veneers on for over 20 years I was so apprehensive about changing them. With so many dentists in London claiming to be true experts I was really unsure about finding someone I could trust to complete the work on my two front teeth. Georges work is a testament to his skills and significant experience, and yes his prices reflect this. I was determined for George to do the work on my teeth so I spent several months saving up for my treatment and wow was it worth it. Absolutely you can find cosmetic dentists that will charge you a fraction of the cost but the results, the treatment and the whole experience ensures complete value for money, and you cannot afford any mistakes when it comes to your two front teeth! Everyone at the surgery takes so much care of you, your treatment plans are explained carefully and George ensures minimum discomfort during the procedures. My teeth are incredible, George suggested whitening ahead of the veneer work, again I was apprehensive but I am so pleased I chose to go ahead, the result is fantastic and really authentic. Everyone has commented on how natural my smile is, that’s important – I didn’t want it to be obvious that I have had veneers. I cannot recommend George and the surgery enough, not only for the cosmetic work but also for the general dental care they provide. I highly recommend this practice. I have a huge phobia of dentists, drills, injections, extractions etc and, before I came to this practice, was told I was 9.5 out of 10 on the scale of patient anxiety! I cannot recommend George highly enough - at last I have a dentist who is professional and extremely good at what he does. I originally visited him to do some cosmetic work on my front teeth, replacing an old crown and a veneer. He did an excellent job and today they still look as good as when they were first done! My experience of my cleaning treatment was excellent, especially after years of not seeing a Dentist. Dr Druttman, took photos of my teeth and showed me on a monitor of the current state and gave clear explanations to the condition. When going through the cleaning process I was provided with music which helped me relax. After the cleaning process I had my photos taken again to show the huge difference of from the ‘before and after’. I also had some excellent advice from the dental nurse about caring for my teeth. For many years I was very anxious each time I was attending the dentist, as I have always associated them with the painful memories of the procedures from my childhood. Dr Druttman is a specialist in treating anxious patients and has been my dentist since April of 2012. It might be hard to believe, but being in his care my anxiety related to dental appointments completely vanished. I was always looked after with care, gentleness and enormous kindness of the whole team at CAP City Dental. Previously I had a failed orthodontic treatment at the different clinic and not only I felt I have wasted a lot of money, but after 6 months of painful treatment the changes were minimal and I still had a gap between my 2 front teeth. Dr Druttman has managed to repair my aesthetic look in about an hour by adding some composite to close the gap and shape my front teeth. I've been coming to Cap City Dental for over ten years now - first to get some veneers done, and then for all my regular checkups and cleanings. I can honestly say that, in all that time, I've never considered going anywhere else. To be honest, until my first visit back in 2003, I'd never been too interested in the health of my teeth. They were in a pretty poor state - uneven and discoloured and with some fairly dodgy NHS fillings. Thanks to the George and his team, they're transformed - it feels so good to have nice-looking teeth and to know that they're clean and healthy. It's one of the best things I ever did for myself. It’s been a bit of a roller coaster following the initial consultation and discussions about the possibilities for treatment. I will say that I never felt pressured into taking on something that did not make sense or I was not confident that the team could handle. Despite having to keep mock ups on for 3+ months vs 3 weeks due to lockdown, the team effort was fantastic and flexibility in schedules to get things right was a breath of fresh air. They do appreciate who the customer is. This even extended to getting the locations of the local motorcycle parking bays! I love my teeth (still working on the smile) and the move to whiten them as well has made a huge difference in my overall look. I had not been to the dentist in nearly 15 years due to dental anxiety, and broader anxiety towards anything medical, however I knew that I needed to go to avoid serious problems later in life. Having conducted some research online and reading various reviews, I decided to make an appointment at CAP City dental. The day of my first appointment arrived, and as expected I felt nervous and a little sick in the stomach, fearing the worst in respect of what work might be required due to the length between appointments. Upon arriving at the surgery I was greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome by Raya, the Practice Manager which certainly helped some of my anxiety to dissipate. I met with Dr George Druttman, who in the first instance sat me down in his office and discussed at length my dental history and the origins of my dental anxiety, in addition to outlining how he approaches things. This also assisted in helping to relieve some of my anxiety before I had the initial check-up and examination. The prognosis was that I needed 5 fillings and some veneers due to serious grinding over the years with the work to be carried out in two different sessions. I found the use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to be very helpful, in addition to the considered and understanding manner in which George and his team carried out the work. The veneers look excellent and I am so happy with my new set of straight and well formed teeth. George could have could have persuaded me to have the more expensive porcelain veneers, however he recommended the cheaper composite veneers as it would mean that it wouldn’t be necessary to file my teeth down, which wouldn’t be ideal at my relatively young age (33). I am so glad that I chose CAP City dental and I can certainly say that my experience there has almost relinquished my dental anxiety and I look forward to returning for a check-up in the Spring.

There is a common theme that runs right through CAP City Dental, and it is the consistency of the welcoming and friendly nature of everyone who works there. When visiting CAP City Dental you will always be welcomed warmly putting you at ease from the outset, it isn’t formal, nor is it too casual, it’s a perfect balance. My personal experience is based upon wanting to ‘in-fill’ the gaps between my teeth, of which there were many. My first consultation with George was very welcoming and open, this included a discussion of options that were available to me varying from traditional orthodontics, to varied composite and porcelain veneer solutions. I decided to go for the composite route, which included a ‘temporary mock-up’. The mock-up is so lifelike and gives you the opportunity to try before you buy, essentially it is a real 3D version built on your teeth – no picture can produce this. I am overjoyed with the final results. My gappy teeth are a long distant past. What I must add is how natural my teeth look, something that everyone has said to me. Even comments from people who I don’t know have been on how ‘natural’ and ‘wonderful’ my teeth are. In short, they are a huge success and my smile now beams, not hidden away. If you’re looking for convenience, a warm welcoming team, an incredible end result and a price that is on par with much lesser equivalents, you do not need to look any further than Cap City Dental. I can’t recommend this team and the practice highly enough.

Great Dentist with great results. I was reluctant to start treatment based on a number of bad experiences and failed treatments at other dentists. I met with Dr. George Druttman for a consultation and he came up with some great solutions to fix both the cosmetic and general work (fillings etc.) that I needed. I have been visiting CAP City dental for the last 8 months to address filings, root canal treatment and most recently an implant . I finally decided to pluck up the courage to see a dentist about the discomfort I had been feeling with my teeth. I chose CAP City Dental because it is close to where I work and the reviews were very positive. As a new patient to this dental practice, I had to fill out a form about my health, concerns, etc. George read my responses thoroughly and discussed them with me in detail. He also spent some time trying to understand what the source of my anxiety was and offered a solution to address that - the happy gas :). Once I was in the dentist's chair, George and his team did everything they could to keep me comfy - changing the music, adjusting the anaesthesia and adjusting the level of the happy gas. Ahead of my second appointment to complete my root canal treatment, George emailed me a summary of the work that remained to be done and how much it would cost and at the end of my treatment, I was presented with the same bill, so no hidden charges. One of my teeth had also fractured so George had to do a filling on that tooth. I saw a picture of it afterwards on the dentist's screen - it was beautifully done! It looks just like all of my other teeth. I would definitely recommend CAP City Dental especially if you're anxious about medical procedures like I am :). It's nice to go somewhere that you will be treated respectfully and carefully. Raya, the office manager, is also very sweet. She called me by name even the first day I walked in, and this is something I will always have in mind.

I have very sensitive teeth and thought I was in big trouble with a run of fillings to come! Actually on inspection (which was very focused and quick) it was found that I have actually been grinding my teeth and it's impacted my gums and teeth making them super sensitive. After a clean and some work on my canines to help with the grinding (all a bit complicated for me to re-explain, needless to say Dr Druttman has expert knowledge within the teeth grinding sector so very fortunate to have visited him). What can I say - I came in with teeth that I had shortened and flat from grinding and a couple of bridges that looked out of place as their colour no longer matched my other teeth. George discussed my options and referred me to an orthodontist so I could see if braces followed by reconstruction or reconstruction alone would be best. Having weighed up the options I went for the reconstruction and for the fist time since I was in my early 20's (and I am now in my 50's) I feel confident enough to smile. The procedure not only left me with a smile that looks natural but has also made my face look younger and my jaw no longer ache. A revelation compared to dentists I'd been to before especially in London - I needed some good dentistry to put a crown on a root canal re-treatment that I'd had (as alternative to extraction and implants etc). But I soon became one of George Druttman's patients rather than just having this one procedure, as I found that he explained fully everything that needed doing and was taking great care and attention to for instance ensure that crowns and fillings would be the proper shape and function of a tooth and so work well in the long-term. This was a big step up from other dentists I'd been to, where I'd felt 'rushed through' with the minimum/basic treatment. Inevitably I found the price reflected the level of care and time taken to do things well somewhat to be honest, but I've certainly felt that's been worth it and will pay for itself in time rather than trying to cut corners.

I was very reluctant to go to finally get my teeth sorted at age 48, i have had discoloured and missing teeth through rugby damage at age 15 and genetic adult teeth missing. Fourteen years ago I had an accident in which I lost one of my adult incisors. For eleven years following the accident I did not smile, the treatment I was receiving on the NHS was wholly inadequate and left me with a false tooth which was not aesthetically pleasing and that constantly needed replacing. I had been promised by the NHS consultants that I would be given a permanent implant when I reached eighteen and my jaw had stopped growing. When this time came however, I was told I would only be given a semi-permanent "bridge." Dissatisfied with the way I had been treated by the NHS I turned to CAP City Dental and Dr Druttman. Within less than a year I was given a permanent post and crown which is indistinguishable from my other teeth. The work has been completed to such a high standard that I often forget that I even have a false tooth. Needless to say I have my smile back. I would recommend Dr Druttman to everyone!

If you can love going to the dentist then I do!! I have being going to Dr Druttman for 9 years and would, if necessary travel the length of the country and in fact, overseas to continue to see him for as long as he is practising. I have complete trust in Dr Druttman's work and belief that he will always do what is best for my teeth. I have never come across a dentist with such a focus on the preventative and on continuous care. Consequently I began taking my children to see him as soon as practical, knowing they would be in safe hands, so that they could start getting used to seeing the dentist and because I knew that Dr Druttman would already be looking at preventative treatments for them. Whether for a check up, emergency treatment, or cosmetic work, I couldn't recommend Dr Druttman highly enough. I just wish I could find a GP like him!

I think I should first begin by stating that I am an extremely nervous / difficult patient. Its something I am acutely aware of but powerless to resist and it must make life particularly hard for any dentist that approaches me! I initially went to George as an emergency when an old filling popped out in my salad. Despite it being Friday evening George and Raya stayed late to accommodate me as they didn't wish me to remain in discomfort for the duration of the weekend. I believe I finally left the practice at gone 8pm on a Friday evening. I cant thank George and Raya enough for their support.
