C.After going to Carling Dental, I will not go anywhere else for my dental care now! The clinic was very welcoming, elegant and clean. Chloe was amazing and made me feel at ease as soon as I met her. I had a lot of issues with my teeth and gums, and she really took her time to explain everything to me, was constantly checking that I was ok and definitely went the extra mile to help me! I would recommend Carling Dental 100%!
S. S.I visited Chloe at Carling Dental for a checkup and a clean. I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist, however Chloe made me feel reassured and at ease the whole time. C. F.Having gone to Carling for the first time, I will now be using this as my regular dentist. Chloe was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away! The practice is spotless and the customer service is second to none, making booking painless. I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist but Chloe gave me tips and demonstrated how to clean and look after my teeth and gums properly and answered any questions that I had. I would defiantly recommend her and the practice. I left with pearly white teeth and haven’t stopped smiling. I can’t thank you enough Chloe and looking forward to seeing you on my next visit! X
M. M.I visited Carling Dental just after the first lockdown for a hygiene appointment. Considering it was so close after lockdown, their level of care was safe, welcoming and professional at a time when post lockdown covid rules were all very new to us. I normally am really nervous and anxious when I get my teeth cleaned as I don’t like the noise and can’t relax.The hygienist Chloe was excellent, she made me feel at ease and relaxed with her friendly nature. She was informative by explaining where/how to brush in problem areas following the appointment and took time to answer all my questions. The whole experience was very different to what I am normally used to and I felt so relaxed! The treatment was very thorough and my teeth were sparkling clean once it was done. I would definitely recommend both the treatment and the practice (ask for Chloe!) and will certainly be going back.
H. R. S.Located in the heart of Harley Street this is a beautiful and modern dental practice. I visited for a hygiene examination and was treated by the very kind Chloe. I find dental treatments can be a bit anxiety inducing as you never know what is going on, but Chloe was great with her communication from start to finish. Before we began treatment Chloe explained what was going to happen and what the procedure would be like. I used to think hygienists just did scales and polishes but I was definitely wrong, my treatment here has opened my eyes to how revolutionary preventative care can be! I now wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my gum assessments and cleaning, Chloe explained to me how I could adjust my at home routine to prevent deterioration of my mouth – I’ve never had someone take the time to ask me about what I’m doing to look after my mouth and then educate me on how I can be better at it. I was very impressed by Chloe’s knowledge, she informed me about how the mouth is linked to the body and I will definitely take my dental health more seriously from now on. Thank you Chloe!
