Have been treated here for 4 years now and every time the customer service and the quality of the treatments are spotless. Might seem a bit more expensive than some other private dentists in the area but it’s justified by the materials they used and the professionalism of the whole team. My regular doctor Tim is always very attentive and recommends the best course of treatments without pushing you to fix whatever is still working fine! I always feel I’m in good hands, very looked after and relaxed which is not something I experienced in other clinics. Highly recommended!

These guys are genius! Everything in their experience is fab. I had a huge problem with my root canal that caused me one of the most painful days of my life. I got a referral here from my friend and after talking to their team on a phone, sending my scans and getting responses about how they could help me I didn't have any hesitation to come here from Edinburgh because many other clinics were not able provide a treatment for my case. Ladies at a reception were so kind, caring and helpful. And once I was in a clinic I was surrounded by professionals who are also very generous people. I am so happy to meet and rely on such a strong and very experienced dentist like Tim. He was clear with me about all possible scenarios and confident about treatment. And as addition, this team is empowered by great equipment that is crucial for complicated situations like mine. These are my GO-TO clinic in the UK.

In the past six years I've been receiving dental care at CBC Studio in Canada Water. Earlier I'd sought dental treatment while living in various countries and some works had left me with much regret. When I arrived in England, I was fortunate to find CBC, which has a competent team of dentists speaking multi-languages. So far, most of my dental work has been done by Dr. Tim, who is highly skilled and always attentive to the patient's needs and concern. I am also appreciative of Jodi, the hygienist, who has taught me a lot more about the regular care of my teeth. This week, I met with Dr Priti. She is Dr Tim's colleague. To begin, she asked me a few questions relevant to my health. Then she impressed me with her observation and her efficiency. I believe that Dr Priti's sensitivity also helps to reduce the patient's stress while in the dental chair. It's a rare skill which she possesses. I highly recommend CBC Dental Studio.

Had a very good experience. Went for air flow dental hygiene and, as a new customer, I noticed immediately the attention that the staff is giving to the sterilisation and cleanliness of the place, as well as personal protection. In COVID times this is a must-have and I was really satisfied with it. Thank you to principal dentist Dr Tim Meskhi and hygienist/therapist Mrs. Pratibha Sharma for the excellent services they provided. Having moved from NYC early in the pandemic last year, I was long overdue for routine care. Dr Tim spent time reviewing the condition of my teeth and health of my gums and made some recommendations for my consideration. Mrs. Sharma gave me a thorough cleaning but not before discussing my dental hygiene practices and my overall health in general. She suggested ways to incorporate more nutrients into my diet because I am a vegetarian who suffers from frequent mouth ulcers. Her care and attention to detail was appreciated. I am happy to have found such a wonderful practice close to where I now live!

I have been through my fair share of dentists and have very high standards now as poor/mediocre dental treatment leaves you with headache and suffering. I am writing to share my positive assessment of visit CBC Dental Studio and to thank Doctor Ciro Gilvetti, his assistant and Dental receptionist Victoria for their help. I had two problems which made me suffered. First of them was an issue with an implant (it loosened and I was not able to chew food properly). The second one - bleeding of the molar tooth in the opposite side. Combination of these inconveniences led to the impossibility of comfort and painless eating. That is why I was accurately looking for the dentist to whom I can trust my dental health. After my deep search, I found a dental clinic CBC Dental Studio. Later I was proofed that I made the right decision. When I came to the clinic, I immediately felt a friendly environment and an effortless atmosphere. Everyone likes the job which he/she is working on. A little bit more details about these amazing people whom I want to be grateful for the professionalism and high quality of services. When I came to clinic Dental Receptionist Victoria kindly suggested to me water and all the time she was helpful and smiling. Doctor Ciro was an amazing professional who fixed both of my problems and gave me much useful advice about dental care and preventive methods to avoid similar challenges in the future. During the procedure, he was explaining to me what he was doing at that moment and why warning if he did some special things (using water or drying). He provided services fast and qualitatively. And his assistant was really helpful all the time. I do thank all of them for a high quality of work, serious attention to details and making extra miles. I broke a huge chunk off a tooth, researched dentists and decided on CBC. Tim was thorough and informative, and all the options were explained regarding both procedure and cost. CBC is a 5*++ establishment, from the start to finish my experience was great. They are very flexible with the appointments, both ladies working on reception are very knowledgable, friendly and welcoming, and the prices are VERY reasonable for the level of quality of their services. I love the feel of the space too, very cozy, clean and modern but most of all Dr. Tim is the best dentist! I suffered with dental anxiety and used to absolutely hate going to the dentist. Before going to CBC I had recently been to 4 different dentists, private and NHS and never had a good experience. I'm glad I've found such professional dentistry team in London! From day one when I met Dr Tim for a consultation, I knew that I'm in the right place, and all my teeth problems will be finally fixed. This Clinic provides a very good and professional service. They are always on time, the clinic is very clean, and all the staff are polite and professional. Dr Tim has done a lot of work on my teeth, and so far there has been no issue or problems. He has used good judgment to do the necessary work without doing anything unnecessary. I moved to London in 2015 and as I am an extremely nervous patient when it comes to seeing a dentist, I was anxious to find the right one. The previous reviews guided me to CBC dental and I have to say my experience lives up to the good reviews that I read. Dr. Tim is very patient and understanding and he does his utmost to reduce my anxiety. He uses advanced technology to make getting injections as easy as possible. He explains everything and most of all is very friendly. The surgery is high tech and very clean. All the staff have been so welcoming and friendly also to make each visit less and less of a stress. Update 28/01/2018: CBC has introduced deposits for all appointments from 1 February. They are now charging £50 upfront, which I disagree with. If you set an allowable cancellation time frame, why do you need a deposit? I have been encouraged to make appointments when finishing the current appointment. However, due to a very busy work schedule, I have had to reschedule and do so at least 3 days prior. I am disappointed that the surgery feels it is necessary to charge such a substantial amount upfront.

CBC team has provided me with an excellent service and care. I have been at the consultation with Dr Tim, and orthodontic check up with Dr Ines, and both were highly professional and friendly. Dr Chiro removed two of my wisdom teeth, which is usually a very painful process with lots of possible complications. However, I have not experienced any, and everything was healed within 10 days. I was impressed by Dr Bruno's professionalism; he gave me ample opportunity to pick the best type of filling by test-running different ones and asking me which I liked best. He reassured me I could ask him several times to polish the filling bit by bit until I was happy with it. I also accidentally broke his mirror! Some friends recommended Dr. Tim to us. Mariana the receptionist was really nice and friendly. The check up session was very thorough and all x-rays were included in the fees (unlike other practices). Dr Tim explained everything and I felt apart of the treatment plan. One thing that I felt straight away is that this practice is not about maximizing profits but is really about having the best outcome. I had 2 over-lays fitted in during 2 visits, each was made in-house during the same visit using a cerec machine (which also reduces the cost). I understand first hand how CBC got so many positive feedback and review . CBC dental studio has left me a super positive impression. From making an appointment , to the receptionist ‘s service to the dentist’ assessment , I have to say top notch. I was initially told to get some teeth fillings by a different dental practice , but I decided to go to CBC because the price is way more reasonable. After a thorough examination by the dentist Tim at CBC, he told me that I don’t really need to get a filling and he further reassured me by taking some new x rays of my teeth. I was happy and yet angry . Happy that I have come to CBC and now I know I don’t have to do fillings and I have saved money, and save my teeth from unnecessary damage and angry about how the other practice has tried to trick me into doing filllngs I don’t need to. I am really glad I came to this practice . Dr. Tim wouldn’t want to do fillings on my teeth cuz he didn’t see a need to. I have so much respect for dentists who have a great work ethic and this is what I think a truly professional dentist should be ! I am a very anxious patient especially when it comes to tooth extraction. I had to remove my wisdom tooth which was a complicated case and at the first glance required a surgery, which made me even more anxious. Dr Agnes was very patient and attentive, listened carefully to my concerns and fears and found the right words to make me less anxious.
