My dental health has got so much better since going to this dentist. They are absolutely lovely and every time I've had a question or wanted to know more about how I should be looking after my teeth they've been really helpful. I've moved out of the area now, but I'm sticking with this dentist, they are by far the best I've been to.

As always I dread going to the dentist but as always I left thinking “it’s not that bad”. I went to see the hygienist and Teuta and Shianna were amazing!! Both so lovely and friendly. Teuta is very funny which put me at ease. I’m pregnant so she was always checking whether I was comfortable and if I wanted a break. Great experience!

I have just had the most amazing experience at my dentist I cannot believe how professional Heba my dentist was she extracted my tooth in about 2 seconds, no discomfort whatsoever I cannot recommend her enough she was informative, friendly and very kind. Thank you so much Heba.

I've been here twice and I must say I've rarely seen such professional and impeccably hygienic staff. The receptionists are without exception delightful and both Jessica and Isterza, the dentists, were helpful, reassuring and very thorough. I felt so well looked after throughout my appointments and they have gone a long way to curing me of my fear of dentists! I had the pleasure of briefly seeing the Practice Manager and was able to thank her in person for the lovely service I received. Well done and please do keep it up!

First time going to this dental practice, and I must say it is so much better than my previous dental surgery. Very warm and friendly receptionist who registered myself and daughter. Dr Jessica was amazing to my 3year old. For the 1st time she didn't cry being at the dentist. The treatment room was very spacious and lil one moved about freely and was engaged by assistant whilst waiting for me to finish with my treatment. Dr Jessica and assistant made us very comfortable and interacted well with us. I am very satisfied.

I have been using this practice for years and Jessica has been my doctor for a while now. I couldn't ask for a better dentist, she has great presence, always explains all the options and advises in the most non-intrusive, non-judgemental manner. I had some very confusing recommendations from different doctors before, but now I am so happy with my doctor and fully trust her. The surgery is clean and pleasant. Also, they seem to be upgrading their equipment with some new gadgets.

The service you receive at charlton dental clinic is impeccable. The receptionists have great customer service and make you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive. Jeissica is truly amazing at her job, she is professional but also someone you can have a laugh with to calm your nerves. She always explains your options thoroughly and makes you feel comfortable. The dentist Heba was great. I had to have a tooth out in a difficult position and after getting numbed up it literally took her about 90 seconds to remove it. I actually felt like giving her a high 5 after she told me it was out!

This review is for my dentist Jessica, rather than the practice itself. Jessica is the best dentist I have ever seen at this practice and I have been registered here for more than 15 years! She is always cheerful, kind, patient and most importantly....HONEST. I fully trust Jessica's advice and opinion as I know she always tries to do the best by me and my family and would NEVER suggest I have any work done just for financial gain. Jessica is a pleasure to talk to, as is Charlotte, Jessica's dental assistant. I am always made to feel very welcome and relaxed by their friendly conversation. Thank you Jessica :)

She’s fantastic dentist so glad she is a permanent dentist of the practice! Receptionist team are lovely never have any issue with the booking of apt’s with them! I've been using this practise for a number of years and have a great experience of the dentists in terms of service and manner. So why only 3 stars - despite mentioning it on numerous occasions to the office manager the practise still can't provide receipts or invoices by email or in a smaller format than A4 paper. We are a family of 5 and with all our appointments and checkups this amounts to a lot of paper. This may seem a minor details but any organisation that isn't doing everything they can for the environment hasn't earned a top rating.

*Update* I initially came because I had serious deep cavities that couldn't be saved I needed to get them removed instead my dentist told me to do 3 unrelated fillings now only as a money grab now all dentist are closed and my appointment that was referred to a specialist cancelled worst ever service! I have remorse for what's coming It's currently 10am, I have been here for 1 hour minutes my booking was at 9:10 Monday morning, Please bare in mind I was called on Friday to make sure I will be attending, on Saturday I was reminded by text and here I am today being told my dentist is no available and I couldn't be contacted I have been in urgent need for treatment now I'm left to go an find another dentist because this service is completely abysmal

After developing a toothache during lock down, I cannot praise my dentists enough, the receptionist emailed me back immediately and then I had a consultation over the phone with the dentist, all was carried out beyond expectation and with obvious care and eagerness to help me.
