I have been coming to this dentist for nearly 2 years, the clinicians i have seen so far are highly experienced. Ive always been shy of smiling because of my slightly shifted teeth which gives me the smile that i dont want. I went to consultation and they explained it to me all the treatment options available to address my concern as well as pros and cons. I decided to go for slight correction of my teeth which is clear braces. So i went to my first assessment and i was introduced to the orthodontist and had long chat to me with all the concerns about my teeth. The clinician explained what could and couldnt happen which i completely understand and i accept. During my first appointment the practice is busy and the clinician that was speaking to me took time to introduce to me different clinicians who worked in the practice who specialised in different side of dentistry to come in to get a second opinion which i really appreciate. Overall my experience was topnotch. My teeth are straight now and ive never been please coming to dentist.

You may have to chase your results and replies and you may see numerous different dentists over the course of your treatment. Do check your invisalign clincheck videos- as I've seen some errors on mine a few times. Staff at reception are friendly and polite.

The service was absolutely fantastic and the staff were amazing; they were so lovely and welcoming, and made me to feel at ease from my very first appointment. I had an Implant (amongst other work) here and felt completely reassured and comfortable during all of my treatment as well as it being great value for money. I had visited numerous dentists previously for consultations and unfortunately felt that prices were initially quoted for treatment then once they had got you in the door they attempted to perform the "hard sell" on you. This was so not the case here. All advice was open and transparent and the decision was totally left to you as the consumer without being told you must do this and you must do that. The standard and quality of treatment was impeccable and the after care is second to none. If you need an implant and you are scared go and see Doctor Silvia. I went to see her a few months ago for an upper molar implant and it was the least painful procedure l have ever done at a dentist. She is really kind and make you feel at ease, and on top the that the quality of the work is perfect and fast. Last Monday l had teeth contouring procedure and it only took her 5 minutes to do it and she completely changed my smile for the better.
