Having been a very fussy, nervous and anxious patient for years, I have to say that this is the first time I have felt comfortable with a dentist. Dr Agarwala had to do four extractions in one sitting which were conducted with caution and skill. I hardly felt any pain and was most grateful, especially at my age of 76, to be in such highly competent hands. Added to this, he has two or three kind dental assistants such as Majena who took very good care of me. Thank you Church End Dental Care.

I've had Neeraj as my dentist for over a decade now so he was first on my list to go to when I wanted to get braces. I did Six Month Smiles with the clinic and am very happy with the results. Not only have I received many compliments on my new smile but I Neeraj was honest with me during the whole procedure, telling me what could be done and letting me know when the braces were ready to be taken off. The clinic was also always helpful in answering my questions and concerns, not matter how small or silly they were.

Mr Agrawal is extremely professional and does a great job. I was very happy with my teeth whitening treatment at a good price. He also did some white fillings for me. Didn't need an anaesthetic because he was very careful and gentle. It's great walking out not having that numb feeling in the mouth. It is with great pleasure that I give this dental practice 5 stars. We are currently staying in Bergerac in SWFrance when a problem suddenly arose with my dental implant. Without hesitation I rang for advice and Neeraj the dentist called me back directly. We returned to the UK to be seen within 72 hours from the initial contact fitting in with our travel plans. Neeraj and his wonderful dental nurse Bridgitta treated me not only with kindness and care, they worked through their lunch break to fit me in yesterday. I received a follow up call this morning and with excellent care advice and support we are travelling back to France with ease and comfort. I never hesitated nor could I trust that I would not be in such safe careful hands. Gold standard service.

I highly recommend these guys. I'm probably like most guys and have a real hatred for going to the dentist. However, I find this place welcoming, professional, clean and reassuring. I am currently undergoing root canal treatment and I have been given good, honest and professional advice the whole way with multiple options and transparent pricing. When you have tooth pain and need to have difficult and expensive treatment you want to feel you can trust your advisor and practitioner. I always feel assured in the hands of Neeraj and his team. There will always be some with bad experiences at any dentist (tooth pain and cost is never an easy thing to handle!) and sadly these are the ones that will typically post reviews (often over exaggerated and sometimes false). I felt I should add my experience on here to balance this out.

If, like me, you are a nervous dental patient, this is the clinic for you - the staff is very friendly, and the dentists, hygienists, and consultants are professional and experienced. After a 24 hour flight from Australia with an ongoing 9 month root canal treatment, I was in absolute agony. The treatment at home never really settled and once again flared up. Arriving in UK on the Saturday afternoon compounded the problem. We searched for a 24 hour clinic but after receiving a local tip off we decided to wait until the Church End Dental Clinic opened on the Monday. It was either that or a flight back home! Luckily there was a vacancy mid Monday morning so the team at Church End could do their work. Well, what a revelation! After filling out the personal details in the well presented reception area we were seen to, on time and very professional. After explaining the situation of the ongoing problem, the dentist performed a review and thoroughly went through all the options that was available. He even explained the outcome of treatments that would be started by them but be finally completed back in Australia. The dentist confirmed after two x-rays that there was a hairline crack in the tooth and this is the reason why the root canal treatment was not successful. I was inclined to leave the tooth as is and seek temporary relief but after discussing the eventual outcomes, a tooth extraction was really my only option. So far, the process was brilliant, professional and very thorough. My ultimate need was for a relatively painless extraction and the dentist delivered! At one stage he complained that 'my body does not want to give up this tooth' and yet the extraction was pain free. I don't know what he did, but the procedure was painless, very little trauma and the relief instant. After the extraction the dentist gave a prescription for some pain relief, a contact number for a follow up call if required so we could continue with our holiday. Well after three days the pain was minute and this was even without taking pain medication. Overall, Church End Dental Clinic was fantastic in every way. Very professional, thorough, explained all possible outcomes, supplied superb treatment in their very well presented clinic and to cap off a brilliant outcome was cheaper than a equivalent procedure in Australia. In fact, the extraction was cheaper than any of the root canal procedures back home. My only wish would be that the Church End Dental Clinic relocate and be my preferred dental clinic in Australia!

Excellent docotors ! Since we moved house whole family loves this clinic. Even our little child is no longer scared of visits to the dentist. Very friendly atmosphere and good friendly doctors. In 4 years didn't have any problems until now. Since the nurse who is picking up the phone has changed it is impossible to make an appointment now. New nurse is extremely unhelpful, do not listen to what has been said and never has time. For example you tell her when you're available and she will offer only appointments available when you are NOT able to make. I would not be so sure if this was the case before, however I never had any complaints to this surgery until this point. Thank you

I couldn't recommend Church End Dental Clinic highly enough: Came here in October with a broken tooth which did not want to be fixed but Neeraj and his team did everything they could to save it (root canal, apicoectomy, second emergency apicoectomy after a bad reaction to the first) and now, 5 months on, it looks like it's finally settling! I couldn't have hoped for a better team to take me through the complications: Neeraj talked me through every stage of each procedure and the alternatives so I was completely confident that I was getting what was best for my tooth and comfortable when it came to having the work done. I was always able to phone with any concerns I had regarding the treatment or the way my mouth was healing and never had to wait more than a week for an appointment (mostly I was seen within a day or two of phoning). I was recommended to Neeraj Agrawal by a neighbour a few months ago when I was suffering with severe dental pain and infection which I felt was not being duly treated by my dentist (of 7 years) at the time. I was “at the end of my tether” so I just turned up to the Church End Dental Practice without an appointment, to ask for advice. The receptionist was very pleasant; the premises were spotless and looked professional, so my hopes were already raised. Over and above just advice, Mr Agrawal saw me immediately and began treatment of an infected crown, which had at first symptoms - some months before - been dismissed as simply TMJ pain by my previous dentist. Despite many efforts the infected crown and tooth could not be saved, but at least I was back on the road to recovery after two weeks of debilitating pain. Since this initial experience, Mr Agrawal made a much needed and long overdue full assessment of my teeth and dental occlusion. Due to sleep bruxism since childhood, my teeth had become ground down and uneven. Mr Agrawal put forward a treatment plan to build up all the worn tooth surfaces, removing ill-fitting fillings where my previous dentist had just filled beside older fillings, bringing my whole bite back into line. This has been a lengthy, costly but worthwhile procedure not covered by NHS. I think it was necessitated through years of doing just the bare minimum. After completing this course of treatment - which also included the best hygienist clean my teeth have ever had - I can honestly say that bar the ‘unavoidable’ loss due to the old badly fitting crown, my teeth have never felt or looked better. Whereas before only a few of my teeth were making contact on biting, I now feel as if I have a full and normal set of teeth which meet comfortably together again when I bite. I feel like I have 'caught up' with my dental care. I regret not having had a dentist with the same skill, care, and attention to detail as Neeraj Agrawal many years ago, as I’m sure today my teeth would be so much the better for it. Nonetheless, I am very pleased to have found him now and I would recommend him and the practice to anyone.

I came to Neeraj with very bad toothache, I couldn't think straight, I was willing to let him do anything to take the pain away. He was thinking out loud as he worked out what to do. He thought that there was a chance that the tooth cap was just a bit too high and that I had a bruised nerve, so he went for the least invasive and cheapest option because he thought it was the best one. He said it would take about 7-10 days for the pain to die away, and he was right, it did! He saved me from a very unpleasant drilling experience, I was very impressed and very happy. Thanks!
