Always have an amazing experience here, my dentist Omar is fabulous, he always puts me at my ease, talks through all the options clearly and makes me feel both supported and in control of my treatment. I was so relaxed during a filling that I even fell asleep! After years of average experiences at other surgeries I can’t recommend Omar and the Covent Garden Dental Spa enough.

Who actually enjoys going to the dentist? CG Spa have created the most calming atmosphere, they have the friendliest staff (front of house – Daniella & Sunita) and every visit has genuinely been a pleasure; I don’t hate going to the dentist anymore…I actually look forward to it now. It’s not like any dental practice I’ve ever been to….it really does feel like a spa! I’ve recently joined CG Dental Spa and I couldn't be happier to have Dr Chingwedere (Flora) and Covent Garden Dental Practice take me on my Invisalign journey. I have been very self-conscious about my teeth for years and had been shopping around for a while (I had been told so many different things by different dentists and ended up giving up on my Invisalign dream). I decided to have one last go and got in touch in CG Dental practice: Justyna took me through a comprehensive presentation explaining the treatment, Flora thoroughly explained the treatment, management, risks, solutions, benefits so well (usually this amount of information can be a bit overwhelming) but at CG Spa, this certainly wasn’t the case, I took it all in! Flora also gave me loads of advice, she has a beautiful bedside manner and it so thorough in her work. Installation of my first Invisalign, teeth filing etc was pain-free and none of my family/friends even noticed my Invisalign, it’s so subtle; she’s incredible! Haya did the best scale & polish I’ve ever had (so thorough), she has a beautiful bedside manner, she talked me through everything she was doing, did a full oral cancer (including lymph node screen) - I’ve never had this before (so impressed). She kept checking I was ok during the procedure and as I have quite sensitive teeth she offered me topical lidocaine to help during the scale & polish (again something I’ve never been offered in other practices and it was amazing!) Oh, and the flavours options of polish she offers at the end were wonderful! Haya also gave me lots of tips on how to maintain excellent oral hygiene at home (small details like how to floss my molars more easily, again something I’ve never been told!) I am genuinely looking forward to my next scale & polish. Haya you are fab!

I had Invisalign treatment for around a year and I could not be happier with the outcome. My orthodontist, Amina, is brilliant and was keen to make sure I had a result I was happy with! I found the entire team friendly, professional and accommodating with excellent availability of appointments. On the one occasion that my orthodontist was running a little bit late the reception phoned ahead to let me know so that I could adjust my schedule, something that I really valued. The Covent Garden Dental Spa, however, has gone above and beyond to ensure the dental experience is organised, relaxed and, above all, safe! From the pre-appointment video explaining what to expect on the day, to the entry procedure, sensitively carried out by the fantastic front of house team, to the attention to every detail, ensuring health and safety is maintained to the utmost degree throughout, the CGDS team are doing an incredible job. Add in the clamping music and Flora's soothing voice, I can safely say I've never had a more enjoyable filling! Thank you, from me and my teeth!

Great dental practice in a convenient, central location. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing insurance claim forms at reception for example. My hygienist Irene was careful and thorough, taking the time to explain everything she did and checking in often while she worked. I had a virtual invisalign consultation here. They were well organised and quick to reply to emails as everything was getting set up. Dr Chigwedere gave me a thorough consultation based on photos and was able to describe in detail what would happen (bespoke to me) throughout the invisalign treatment. I chose them because they have a 5 star rating, and although I decided not to go ahead with invisalign for various reasons, I wanted to leave a nice review as I thought they gave great customer service!

Loved the spa aspect too - first dentist I have been to where I have felt relaxed and offered a seat in a massage chair with aromatherapy oils upon entry whilst waiting. Dentist is wonderful too, explaining everything clearly. Good technology allows you to see via a live camera what is going on if you wish and so dentist can show you problem areas. I contacted the company as I was referred by a friend (who raves about the place), when I had sudden pain from a wisdom tooth. I was given an appointment super easily at 9am next morning. Upon arriving at the spa I completed some new patient information on a very user-friendly IPAD device. I was with Dr Roop, who by all means was a superstar. I had two small x-rays, one full panoramic x-ray to see the issue with wisdom teeth, and a very thorough overall mouth inspection. Unlike other dental practices that can sometimes leave you feeling a bit anxious due to how clinical they feel, CGDS leaves you feeling at ease throughout your entire visit.
