This has been my dental practice for quite some years now and the staff are always professional, polite and helpful. It is always spotlessly clean and feels comfortable. I knocked of a star for small reasons: 1. It’s not always easy to get through to them. I have previously been on the phone for other 39 minutes with no answer to then be cut off, which is frustrating and sometimes stressful as I often may need to cancel appointments because I am in hospital, which brings me to point 2… 2. When you can’t get through on the phone there is no point trying the email as it either never gets read/never gets replied to. When I’ve had to email them to cancel appointments through no fault of my own, I still get told I “missed” appointments. I know it’s difficult for the one receptionist to management all incoming calls, emails and face to face patients, and I can appreciate that, but maybe take the email option away if it can’t be managed? Overall, it is still one of the nicest dental practices I have been to.

Everything is perfect! The practice is good and has excellent dentists. I recommend Sabrina Ferdowsi. She is very gentle and I did not feel pain when she was cleaning my teeth. The receptionist, Anna, is friendly and helps me every time I need it. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Came to Damira after a long break (oops) from dental treatment and I'm very glad I chose to go to these guys. I had a check up and hygienist appointment, both of which I was happy with; I especially had super treatment by Ms Shafi who made me laugh and feel very relaxed. I have been visiting this dentist for a while now. Anna the Receptionist is amazingly helpful and friendly. Virtually no waiting time, just arrive at your appointment time and you get called within minutes. The dentist is very thorough with the checkup and with advice. Provides all medicine that is required. I will be seen again in 3 months due to my gum disease. I feel very safe under their care. Highly recommend Damira Dentist to everyone.

Like many good dentists Damira Docklands is extremely busy and you need to wait to get an appointment but when you do the treatment is excellent as are the staff who are both professional and very welcoming and I cannot fault the quality of treatment they provide. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic all round. They are clearly taking covid safety seriously and I felt very safe visiting on both occasions I did. They send plenty of reminders before your visit also. Both the dentist, hygienist and receptionist I saw we extremely friendly, put me at ease and were happy to answer any questions I had. Gave me their professional recommendations but I didn’t feel pressured to pay for further treatment if I didn’t want to. The cleaning I received was just fantastic and my teeth haven’t looked or felt this clean in years!

Got seen very quickly. I phoned them one day and had the appointment for the next. When I arrived I was greeted by their very friendly receptionist, and then i met my dentist Negar and the T.nurse Laura who were both very nice and super friendly. Socce I moved to London three years ago I had been avoiding going to the dentist as my old one was not great. I'm really glad I found this one! I first saw Negar my dentist last year and she is very personable and thorough at explaining what's going on, what I'm doing well and what I should keep an eye on. Her treatment has helped keep up my oral health in good shape. Anna at reception is fantastic and Raissa assists Negar wonderfully. No more anxiety about going to have my teeth checked!

Honestly terrified of dentists because of my past experiences. Read online about this place and I can honestly say THE BEST SURGERY FOR MILES. I have been very scared of the dentist for many years, due to an incident when I was a child. I haven't been for at least 5 years, because of this. But I can openly admit that even having 3 teeth extracted, I was made to feel comfortable and was put at ease by the dentist. I do not know what I was scared over! The team were brilliant and quickly put me at ease while still being very professional letting me know the best action to take. i have had a really amazing experience with dr oana and anna and chloe at damira dentist. i joined 2 years ago with aggressive gum disease. i was at danger of losing my front teeth. after coming to damira, they made sure my teeth was taken care of. my gum disease was so bad.... that i had to first attend monthly, then three monthly. i was referred to a dental hospital where they carried out a gum disease treatment on behalf of NHS, and they referred me to a very good hygienist for one year. Now i dont have any active gum disease... and the appearance of my teeth has improved greatly and im really happy with the way everything was handled. im so much more confident about my teeth and smile. So grateful for the new team at Damira, definatrly has made a difference for me.
