I went to the clinic for some beauty treatments on my face. I was very impressed with the whole treatment. The beautician, Liliana, was super knowledgeable, caring and attentive. She explained to me everything she was doing and made me feel at ease. I left feeling my skin very energised, fresh and looking much younger.

I have been with this practice for around 1+ years and I'm over the moon with the results I'm getting so far. Dr Antonio D'Apuzzo is very professional and lovely, I generally hate going to the dentist so was quite nervous (had put off getting my teeth straightened for years because of this) but couldn’t have asked for better care. Dr Antonio answered all my questions, was always helpful and always explain the process. All members of staff are extremely helpful and polite. They arranged appointments to suit me and treated me with high levels of respect, including during Covid period the practice always have taking all the necessary measurement for the patience safety. In general, really professional service and the highest levels of dental care. Highly recommend

The team has a very human and practical approach and are determined to offer the best quality in dental treatments. It is certainly a relief to count on a team of dentists and their assistants who genuinely and unconditionally watch over the best treatment and care of their patients, the price is unbeatable and the finish of their work is excellent. I am a very nervous patient (I guess most of us are) when I go to any sort of dental treatment. Today I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted. The staff made me feel comfortable starting from entering the clinic, professional and friendly reception helped me with appointment booking/ payment queries etc. My surgery was done by Dr Lisbeth Bucheli who was absolutely amazing, she explained every single step she was going to do, gave me advice on what needs to be be done next, and most importantly she was friendly and professional throughout the appointment. Oh and the procedure was painless! I highly recommend this clinic! :)

Up until last week, I was a nervous patient. Dr George performed a root canal on me over 2 sessions and I can honestly say, I did not feel a single thing. Best (and nicest) dentist I’ve ever visited!

Excellent bilingual dental practice. The prices are reasonable compared to other private practices in zone 1, and are as listed on their website. They also have a website booking system. The staff are highly competent, professional, and friendly. I saw Dr Lisbeth Buchelli who very clearly walked me through the XRays and photos. She thought I might need a filling but on further inspection suggested I try remineralization with a high fluoride toothpaste. They do not try to upsell unnecessary work, and per my experience are conservative and supportive with non-surgical approaches, such as the high fluoride toothpaste, where possible. I separately had a cleaning which was also thorough and careful.

After months trying to get rid of a tricky wisdom tooth and been put off in other clinics,having my appointment canceled in the last minute and rescheduling it for weeks later, I called to Prem Dent recommended by a friend and they gave me appointment for the next day. The service was excellent, the team was very friendly and straight to the point. The job took 2h and I was feeling a bit nervous thinking of the pain I will have the next days... but nothing like that, no pain at all, only my check is swollen which Dr Papagrigorakis previously told me it is normal. He and his assistant definitely did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable during the process. You will be in good hands. 5 starts, very happy and satisfied :)
