I've always had a bit of anxiety with going to the dentist but my treatment here was by far the easiest experience I've had. The receptionist, Ifsa, was really helpful and Dr Miah was amazing! She was so informative, skillful and professional. She also really made me feel comfortable as she could tell I was a bit nervous and I think that can be really important for a lot of people. finally made a trip to the dentist with a few issues, The lady's on reception are lovely polite helpful, Dr Heenal was honest about the damage I have done to myself with all the sugar and smoking over the years, but hopefully if i follow her advice we may be able to repair some of that damage and save a few more teeth, we have started treatment with extractions and repairing and rebuilding a tooth that I should have lost as wasn't nothing left of it and I'm really happy with things so far. Very pleased with my experience here. Dr Heenal and the front desk staff were very pleasant. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time so I was super nervous. Dr Heenal done an excellent job making me feel at ease and explaining what needed to be done. She took photos of my teeth and gums and talked me through the full dental examination. I had my teeth deep cleaned by her and was given enough local anesthetic. She could tell I was really nervous and she (along with the nurse) took very good care of me. The reception area and procedure rooms are well maintained, good location too. I would certainly recommend this surgery.

I found out about them, doing a research as I went back to live in East London, I'm always looking for the best , so I wanted a place very professional, clean, and friendly. So since I came in the first appointment to do a check-up, it was very professional, everthing well explained and a good follow-up. I had to fix and replaced the fillings, and I can't be more happier, two of them they looks really good and very natural. Specially Dr Heenal Vekaria, very professional and she explains everything step by step, which is the best way with teeth problems. I booked already another cleaning in 3 month time. I went in for a routine NHS appointment and was advised I had considerable staining on a few molars (oops). Under band 1 of the NHS dental pricing a simple/lite scale and polish could have also been done, but instead I was then advised to see one of their private hygienist (I already have a dental therapist I’ve been with for years). As a person who dabbles frequently in both private and NHS dental care I wouldn’t expect to have a lesser NHS experience, for the mere fact I’m also a private ‘fee-payer’. However, the oral hygiene advice and checks were great, a lovely nurse (I think her name was Flo) was present too, the practice felt Covid-safe and it’s always great to see a diverse staff.

All the staff are welcoming and take the time to really listen and understand your needs. Maryam (hygienist) and her nurse were both really friendly and the treatment I received from them was great. Would recommend.
