Lance Moore: I have just had my upper and lower jaw implants done and I highly recommend dentaprime the people were at every point friendly helpful and informative. Naturally I had high blood pressure when I went for the first procedure and the dentist was absolutely amazing with a very kind and pleasant manner. She sat me down and went into great detail about the procedure and done everything she could to calm me down. Which thankfully worked and I have had both procedures done now and I am very pleased indeed. The results are fantastic and every single person I met was pleasant and professional. A heart felt thank you to everyone at dentaprime.

I would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for a few issues. 1. Their timekeeping for appointments is absolutely appalling! I have had a total of 18 appointments and not a single one has been on time. They make a great thing about reminding you in their e-mails to make sure you arrive on time then leave you waiting for ages (one appointment was 1 and a half hours late) They don't even bother telling you when you will be seen unless you ask. Today my appointment was 50 minutes late. The waiting area is uncomfortable so you end up crunched up and stressed. Not just me as I've talked to several other patients who have all said the same thing - timekeeping is terrible. You need to sort out your appointment system Dentaprime! 2. Additional costs - mid treatment I am suddenly hit with an extra £500 cost for bone grafts. I can't find anywhere in the paperwork that accounts for this I was definitely told that the quote I was given was for the complete start to finish treatment. Of course you don't have any option but to pay it when they have already yanked all your teeth out and you have already paid thousands! 3. Inflexible on appointments. They definitely make you fit in with their schedules which has been a real trial particularly during the Covid issues. These are all issues that aren't really about the treatment itself which I am 100% satisfied with. They are very thorough and concientious about getting it right and will not rush and my final teeth are great - ten out of ten. Customer care 1 out of ten

Overall good service, had some issues with my implants but it was a lab issue other than the dental practise. Helpful and polite staff always tried to help me with my concerns. But there's not much they could do as the lab didn't do a great job doing my implants.

Couldn’t have asked for any better care. Everything done safely. Cleanliness is amazing and the staff/client PPE is outstanding. I found dentaprime on Facebook and I am so pleased I did. I went for initial examination in January and started my treatment a couple of weeks after, I was kept informed all the time of each step of treatment, we had to break off for lockdown but as I was then in the healing process it didn’t really affect me. My name is Thomas Zuger and I have been with Dentaprime since April 2019. I found Dentaprime on the internet after searching for a Dental care company that I could afford to help me with my serious dental problem. I approached a dentist where I live and was quoted £20,000 for my upper teeth implants and a further £20,000 for my lower implants. This was totally unaffordable for me. Firstly, I considered travelling abroad for the dental work but after searching the web found exactly what I was looking for here in the UK’ Dentaprime a dentistry from I believe in Bulgaria with Swiss connections has a dentist practice in London. I made a call and was helped by a very friendly receptionist who explained exactly what I should do. I booked an appointment which required me to travel from the north west of England to London. I was apprehensive about what I might be involving myself in, but on arrival I was very impressed with the considerate professional treatment I received. My treatment meant the total removal of any teeth I still had and replacing with fixed lower jaw and either fixed upper or Bar-retained prosthesis over upper jaw ( the bar- prosthesis was for me a better choice as it meant not having sinus treatment) ( the dentist would explain this procedure in detail if needed). I did experience pain and discomfort as we proceeded with the treatment but this would have been the case in any dentist practice. The treatment was always carried out to the highest standard of professionalism, hygienic and very caring. I completed my treatment in November 2019. It is now August 2020 and I have just had my first check-up which was delayed by covid 19 and is mandatory for every 6 months if you want to keep up with the guarantee which is 5 years. I have a new life now that I can smile, laugh, and eat what I want without feeling conscious and embarrassed in front of my family, friends and strangers My treatment cost me (including travel costs and accommodation)less than the original quote for work on my upper teeth alone. I am very grateful to Dentaprime for all their help, advice, caring professionalism and ongoing support they continue to give. Thank you Team Dentaprime.

I had my bottom jaw done in September 2020 with the all on four implants On the day of the operation I was very nervous and fearful and very nearly chickened out However it turned out to be really not as I'd feared or expected I felt no pain during the 2 hours of having my lower gums cut opened, scraped, drilled and then have four implants placed into my jaw The operation went well and I was fitted with a set of dentures the next day I did not feel any pain for the next few days although I was given some medication to combat that My jaw was swollen from the episode and I have lots of bruising too My face returned to its pretty self after a week and I'm glad to be feeling a lot better now I am presently waiting for the clinic to book me in for the final stage of my treatment This involves getting a permanent set of dentures that I believe is made from Zirconia Can't wait for that to happen In the meantime I would like to take this golden opportunity to thank all the staffs at Dentaprime with special mention to Dr Tuma for the professional tasks of helping me get a beautiful smile and also be able to eat properly with workable teeths The staff's at Dentaprime are really great at what they do Good time keeping with appointments great job of handling the Covid guild lines and great sense of professionalism Well done everyone Give each other a elbow bump Keep up the great work

Having lost my dentist several years ago my teeth had deteriorated into a dreadful state. I already had a partial denture and the teeth supporting this were by now very loose and I knew something had to be done, and quick. After much research I contacted Dentaprime down in London and arranged an appointment to see them. From my initial consultation at the clinic I knew I had made the right choice. The staff were excellent and put me at ease straight away. There was no ‘hard sell’ during the consultation. I was under no pressure and was put at ease when they made suggestions based on their knowledge and experience. The facilities are first class with modern equipment and a friendly atmosphere. The emphasis placed on cleanliness and hygiene was first rate and I was very impressed with the whole set up. I can only give utmost praise for the attention to detail and professionalism of all the staff. I can honestly say that I was very happy with the whole process and work completed. Work undertaken :- Sinuslift both left and right, extraction of teeth both upper and lower, temporary full denture upper and partial denture lower jaw. I cannot recommend Dentaprime highly enough, from the moment you walk through the door the welcome is always warm with a ready smile, my treatment plan was explained to me very clearly by Veselin, and every visit it was explained to me what would be done on that visit, a thoroughly professional team. I now have a great NEW smile which enables me to eat and enjoy foods I’ve avoided in the past, also it’s a great confidence booster to have a nice smile again and it has changed the shape of my face which people say makes me look years younger, overall this is one of the best decisions I’ve made and changed my life. Initially went for assessment with no obligation in July 19 agreed all work to be done and fixed and agreed prices at that meeting ... at extremely competitive prices probably the best in the UK .....September 2019 I had 4 implants and a bridge on my bottom jaw and at the same time a sinus lift and 2 bone fills on my top jaw and I am now waiting the required 8 month healing time to have the 6 implants on my top jaw.....I recommend this company 100% the staff are total professionals and the clinic has everything totally top of the range the care and courtesy given is second to none....

Just had a full set of implants top and bottom and considering how bad my teeth were, which was mainly due to lack of visits to the dentist because I was petrified... I went to F3T for full set of implants after a very deep research abroad. All offered the same. 6 implants in the upper jaw and 4 implants in the lower jaw. None of them explained what the construction on the implants will be on my end result. After reading all reviews about F3T on the internet, I've decided to check them out. The first consultation was performed by a young lady dentist and after that I had a discussion of the plan with Veselin. He went through all the details of the treatment and made it clear to me what I will receve for the price I am paying. I am already having my full set of 6 implants in the upper jaw and 4 implants in the lower jaw and PMMA bridges attached. Absolutely Delighted to have found this place. Less than half the price quoted in UK clinics & treatment twice as good. How do they do it? For me it’s investment in high tech equipment & efficiency. I have been to Bulgaria twice but so happy they have opened in UK. The team in Stratford are from Bulgaria and work & live together. They are one big happy family which means it’s a happy clinic too. They made me perfect temporary dentures in less than 24 hours which fit so well they don’t need glue unlike the 3 previous ones I had made here. I have a Dentist friend here in UK who looked at the implants I have on the upper jaw and said they were made by highly skilled technicians Also prices in the UK clinic are lower than Bulgaria. I have had my implants done last week in Dentaprime F3T. One of the best decision I have taken in my life is to choose Detaprime F3T to do the implants for me. No words to describe the service and care they have taken on me from the first appointment until the Implant surgery. I have given 5 stars ( should have given Million stars) for cleanness of the entire place and the surgery room. Dr Teodora Stoyanova , who did the professional cleaning prior to the implant surgery was very professional and caring. And the Dr. Tuma , who did the Implant surgery for me was really amazed me with her professionalism and caring. Anyone wouldn’t imagine the latest technology they are equipped with shows their professionalism. All of the dental nurses were very polite, caring and helpful. I strongly recommend any one looking for tooth implant must first consider Dentaprime F3T before seeking any other place. The cost of is very cheap compare to any destination in Europe.

My journey began in October 2016 when I visited the Dentaprime clinic in Stratford for my initial consultation. This continued into 2017 when I was offered a visit to the Varna clinic as there was a techincal problem preventing the Stratford clinic from opening as a practise. I had a wonderful week where I had two sinus lifts and 6 implants put in my lower jaw. I then had to wait six months to be assessed as having healed correctly and that the sinus lifts had stabilised. Another appointment at Stratford to have four more implants put in my upper jaw and another period for them to heal and stabilise. That leads us to the 3rd August 2018 when I had my final Zirconium bridges installed. I cannot praise the staff too highly for their service, professionalism, expertise and care taken over looking after me and the treatment I had. I would recommend them to anybody for whatever course of treatment they wqould like to have.

I went to Dentaprime for an initial consultation. From the moment you step inside it is obvious you are in good hands. Every member of staff i met was fantastic. The dentist was so good i wish he lived nearer to me. During the exam he found a couple of issues with my general health, i have acted on his advice and he has probably saved me from having serious health issues.Unfortunatly i do not have enough bone in my upper jaw (i was of course offered a sinus lift but due to previous problems i cannot do this). I was also offered other treatments but was set on fixed teeth. The price structure is fantastic, almost 70% cheaper than other quotes i have had.
