I love Dentessentials and have been a happy customer for years. I’ve had checkups and treatment from Dr Henry and Dr Hayder and the hygienist and all of them are professional, friendly and fantastic. The team on reception are wonderful too and are always very patient and helpful when I call up and try and book complicated family appointments. First visit today was a great experience. Dental hygienist was very friendly, patient, helpful in answering my questions, made sure to explain the procedure beforehand and continually asked throughout if everything was okay / comfortable, which made all the difference given I'm used to being rushed in other practices. I can not recommend Dentessentials high enough if there was a sixth start they would get it. They have been my dentist for around 15 years, they took me in when I wasn't registered and had a horrible impacted wisdom tooth. They sorted it out and have looked after me ever since. I recently went back with my daughter who is 15 months. I was sad to hear that Dr Law had left but the new dentists where great with me and V. Babies do not enjoy the dentist but they were all brilliant. Kind and professional.

I'm quite a nervous person when it comes to dentists. Called up reception and it was very easy to book an appointment with plenty of availability and decided on a date 4 days later. On the day of my checkup, I was asked to keep my face mask on in the building, sanitise my hands, had my temperature taken and a checklist of questions to make sure I didn't have any covid symptoms, was very well thought out. My appointment was with Salim, unfortunately the result of it meant I needed some fillings, of which I had a choice of regular or cosmetic, of which I picked cosmetic. Booked an appointment for the following week for the work which again was a very painless process. On the day of my fillings went through a similar process, and before the work started Salim checked up on me, guided me through the process and him and his assistant made the entire experience both painless and as comfortable as possible. Now my fillings are done, my teeth look and feel great, and the fillings don't stand out at all, very happy all around, couldn't recommend this practice enough, will be back in 6 months for my checkup.

Unfortunately they are unable to accommodate new patients until early 2021 [hopefully]. Notwithstanding, Brian the receptionist was very empathic and did his best to help me in the meantime, taking the time to talk through alternative options. Dr Hayder Ameer made my ROOT CANAL experience ENJOYABLE! I didn’t know that was even possible! He suggested that we put on my favourite music while he and his colleague worked away with precision and the utmost knowledge. Keeping me informed of the process the whole way along while I jammed away to my favourite songs in the comfort of the reclined chair. I am SO HAPPY with the finished product and couldn’t recommend these services highly enough!

I had been having problems with one of my top and bottom teeth which were grinding together and had silver fillings. I thought I would take the cheaper option and get silver fillings rather than white. My dentist Dr Hayder Ameer advised me to get white fillings since my problem began and every time I went back to get them replaced. In the end I decided to get white fillings, Dr Hayder Ameer done a great job and left my two teeth looking like the natural teeth. My eating has become much more comfortable, I am very pleased with the work I got done.

Absolutely brilliant!!! I was petrified of going to the dentist but really wanted to make sure everything was fine to not have any problems in the future. I booked an appointment for the hygienist a few months ago and she was amazing! She calmed me down and explained everything super clearly and was super friendly making sure I was ok throughout. Now I have gone for a check up and a follow up visit for a little seal on a tooth and all perfect! Super quick but thorough and super lovely customer service! I've had a root canal here after some pretty extreme tooth pain. Naturally I was nervous because I've heard some horror stories about them, but I can easily say that it didn't hurt and relieved my discomfort after the first session. Lovely staff and all your options are clearly explained so you can make good decisions.

FANTASTIC DENTAL SURGERY This practice is great and I've recommended it to many people since I joined last year. The receptionists are friendly, fun and very welcoming. The reception area has had a makeover since my last visit, making it light and airy. Hayder is a fantastic dentist and I wouldn't see anyone else now. He has a warm, reassuring manner and he is so meticulous in his work. I'm always so happy with the results and I've never had any problems. Unlike other surgeries I been to, I don't have to wait too long for a follow-up appointment either, but that may change after my review! It's so good not dreading going to the dentist anymore

Really lovely practice! The friendly lady on reception helped to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment and I got seen the same day! The dentist, his student and dental nurse were all so friendly which made me feel very relaxed. Filed my tooth to ease my discomfort, prescribed and gave me antibiotics, recommended a good mouthwash and toothbrush to help my issue, (which I could purchase there) and then clearly explained the issue, how I can help it and what to look out for in the future. I've had a recurring problem with my wisdom teeth over the last 8 years, and he is the only person to clearly explain everything to me! The dental nurse made me feel better when I was nervous too, which is very important! Thanks so much for your help! I would definitely recommended :)

Have been using this practice for ten year. Had several fillings done by Dr Lissovska, and all went well. She has now left,so if you worry about the negative feedback, than she is no longer at this practice but I really liked her. She was straight to the point and always on time. The new dentist is nice and capable too. The only issue I had some years ago was with the hygienist who was expensive and only has 30minutes per appointment so she charged me twice as 20 minutes were not enough. She was also late 20 minutes. A year later I went back and this time I was late 10 minutes and she only worked on me 15minutes and charged me for a full appointment so had to book again a second visit. Luckily there is more then one hygienist at this practice and I was able to swap and never see her again.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! I had chipped a load of my front teeth during a boozey weekend. It had knocked my confidence quite a lot. Made an appointment with Dentessentials two days after calling. Went in, didnt wait and the top teeth were smooth and the bottom fixed with a filling. Bish bash bosh!!! Good as new, and all for the price of an NHS charge. They did add on a Hygienist visit but to be honest, that not going to do me any harm and for £40 i think that is fair enough. I can't remember the name of the dentist but she was very nice also

I've actually had good experiences with Dr Law. He's fitted me in with no appointment, in emergencies. THey've sorted my teeth out fine. The only problem i'd say is the cost, but that's namely because the NHS dentist has to charge. Bad point - the waiting list for the hygienest is ridiculously long!! Get another person in.

Dr Ameer was highly professional, he assessed my problems thoroughly with clear explanations on how best to manage them. He was competent at doing my treatment and I had no discomfort.
