M. S.I hadn't been to a dentist for over 15 years as I'd had several bad experiences in the past. I saw two specialist who both gave excellent and similar advice. I felt like they were really understanding my concerns and not looking to give me the most expensive options. Today I had my first visit to the hygienist Lorena she put me at ease straight away and explained everything to me before she started work. When she could see I was a little anxious she was patient and let me have a few minutes to gather myself. The treatment was pain free and the results amazing. I couldn't recommend the dentist enough. If your nervous like I was then Lorena is the hygienist for you. The receptionist are great friendly and welcoming. This is a 5 star surgery with 5 star Staff!!!

The receptionist is always so friendly and the service alone is outstanding. I was seen by Lorena for a clean and she was great. She analysed my teeth and gums, fully explained the heath of my teeth and gums, mentioning what was necessary. She was both detailed and calming. She assured me that she would be gentle on any sensitive areas of my gums and she kept her promise. I had some anxiety about pain and sensitivity during my clean and there was none. She gave me excellent advice on how to properly care for my teeth and gums and I will be definitely returning to see her. Thank you Banning for all the effort you put into the service you provide. It is a refreshing change and very much appreciated.

I was quite nervous about going to the dentist for the first time in a while and i researched some different dentists. People told me in forums that this place had "scandinavian standard" so i decided to give it a try. Great space, really helpful staff in reception and clean and professional dentist and dental experience. Highly recommended. Patient and put me at ease. I am glad to have found a new dentist that i can keep going to :)

If, like me, you're nervous about dentists, I highly recommend going to see Dr. Alex; he's kind, non-judgemental (no lectures about flossing!!) and basically just an all round nice guy.
