Took my daughter there to have a tooth removed under IV sedation. She had had some really bad experiences at other dentists so we came here. The service was quick and really excellent, the staff were great, and the extraction went very well. Highly recommended.

I, not my daughter Ellie, visited the dentist today along with my husband. I cannot understand the negativity towards the receptionist. As a nervous patient she was courteous, polite and really did talk to me in a way that was king and made me less afraid. She complimented my dentist and said he is very good so you really have nothing to worry about. Excellent receptionist and an asset to the company.

I have been using this dentist for years, and I can honestly say, the best by far!!! I have been to so many dentists around London, Dalston, wood greed, The London Hospital, and many more, and have had some serious work done on my teeth, Dave is my dentist, and he make you feel right at home, very comfortable and even though I get knocked out with the knock out drops, it can not be any other way with me due to the dentist's in the past messing up my teeth, Dave has done some really good A class work as one other dentist told me by looking in my mouth!!! never had any problems. All the staff are very helpful and never got attitude like some!!

I am not sure why the ratings here are so negative - my guess is that they are old reviews. This is the first time I felt comfortable at a dentist since another dentist ruined my teeth previously. The staff are very patient and welcoming. My dentist knew I had hesitations about drilling and really talked me through step by step. Not going anywhere else!

Very incisive, quick, and helpful service. The dentist gave me three fillings in one 40-minute appointment. He resolved a visual defect relating to my chipped front tooth during my first visit. I was provided with very useful personalised advice in relation to my enamel and gum issues, dental care and hygiene. The costs were a huge bonus (I was using NHS). Finally, I was booked for an emergency visit within several hours of my phone request.

I had a great experience from Dentist Sai and her dental nurses and would highly recommended to anyone. I have been to many dentists in London and hands down Sai is the best by far!I was dreading getting my root canal and crown as its never a nice experience but Sai completely put me at ease with her professionalism and efficiency. This is a procedure takes a couple of visits to complete but I can genuinely say it was easy going back as I knew I was in good hands and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit to get my teeth whitened.Thanks again guys

I have been using EC1 for few years now. Last week I needed to be seen urgently due to severe toothache. I was a bit hesitant to call up at first as I was never able to get an appointment at short notice before.I did find it frustrating but I have decided I'd try my luck and see how I'll get on. To my surprise I didnt have any troubles this time at all. The receptionist was extremely helpful,polite and caring. I got an appointment for next day without any trouble. I got to see the dentist originally used to see instead of seeing different dentist each time I needed treatment. The whole latest experience I've had left me speechless (in very positive way). Now I dont have to think twice or deal with the dilema of changing dentist. Thank you.

I visited the practice yesterday and was seen by a dentist called Sai. I received a gold standard service, the dentist explained everything thoroughly in a very clear manner. I had a filling done, Sai carried out the treatment very smoothly and I was very happy with the result. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her, I will visit the practice again.

A nice friendly atmosphere. Divia was most welcoming and pleasant. I don't understand the reviews about the rude receptionist as my visit to EC1 dental was pleasant and I'd definitely return for further dental treatment and recommend friends and family to this clinic as thanks to Divia I was put at ease as I'm a very nervous patient.

I hate going to the dentist and it was only by chance that I ended up picking this practice. I can't get over how friendly and welcome, how at ease I was made to feel. The receptionist is worth her weight in gold - despite there being a few technical issues with the X-Ray machine that meant a bit of a wait, she was so cheery I really didn't mind! Thanks guys!

Very please with the treatment I received today the receptionist was so lovely she must of thought I was some crazy woman with a toothache I was crying like a baby, but she calmed me down with just her pleasant manner, I would like to say thank you for being so nice and I hope all goes as nice as you on your wedding day x
