I would highly recommend Katie she’s the best Dental Hygienist I’ve ever met! I’ve seen her a few times now and I’m always soo happy and pleased how the maintenance of my care has been as it’s made me even more dedicated to keeping my teeth clean! Katie takes the time to ensure you’re booked in for the right amount of time needed for your necessary treatment. She has fantastic aftercare advice which helps you sustain your results and maintaining good teeth health. Had an incredible experience with Kate and Stefan — they are a dream team! Most gentle and relaxed cleaning I’ve ever had. They were also really friendly which lightened the mood and made the atmosphere so much fun! This review is mainly about Dr Raul Costa at Elleven Dental Wellness. I will make sure to leave one about my experience with Elleven in general. I had Invisalign treatment and needed some cosmetic refinement in the end with composite bonding done by Dr Raul Costa. I trust Dr Raul Costa because of his actions not just his words. That’s rare and difficult to find. Dr Raul Costa is willing to do what he can to give you what you want. The results speak for themselves. I gave Dr Costa a hard time yet he listened to me, cared to build trust when I was panicking during the process, and worked hard to achieve what I wanted. He went out of his way to personally call me to talk to me, something that I really appreciated and that immediately made me feel at ease and reassured. Sometimes it’s not only about the result but about finding a doctor that cares not only about his work, but about making you happy and delivering results that are in line with your expectations, not just one that makes him/her look good by attaining set golden standards that do not cater to your own personal needs/goals/ desired result. I personally was more focused on my result looking good in person, and I was not simply looking for instagramable teeth. I wanted teeth that looked good from every single angle. Even though you might have a different aesthetic eye , he is still willing to see things from your own perspective and work on your own vision. He is willing to collaborate with you to get what you want, which is incredibly important as he is the one doing the work, and he is the one in control of the result. You are just sitting there with expectations and ideas that most doctors won’t try to meet. I think it’s important that they do but they often won’t. I was very specific. I was not going to be happy except he gave me what I asked for/ expected / knew I wanted. I am very detail oriented which he welcomed, and he did his best to deliver. My number one goal was natural and undetectable, and in the end he gave me as close as you can get with composite restoration. Now, I can say I am happy. When I look at my teeth, I see an improved version of my actual teeth with cleaner lines. He saw me twice after my initial appointment and gave me appointments quickly to make the necessary adjustments. He was nice, friendly and he did not make me feel like my feedback was unwelcome or being so specific was an issue. We ended up understanding each other and that’s what we all hope for from our doctors. Understanding. And great natural results of-course. I highly recommend Dr Raul Costa at Elleven Dental Wellness.

The new-patient form asks about my favourite music and how i like my coffee. Wow, a dentistry that cares about my comfort. My previous dentist just asked if i preferred anaesthesia or pain. The waiting room is full of dental trophy plaques (not dental plaque). After a brief wait, I'm taken to the treatment room, which is large enough to play golf in. In fact, I have a hole in one. After a painless drill & fill, Raul Costa does a restorative job with the precision of a renaissance sculptor. To involve me in the decision making he even gives me a crash course in dental restorative materials. The 'Wellness' in their name aptly refers to the calm and positive atmosphere. I feel relaxed and a bit like new... am I actually looking forward to the next dentist visit?

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Elleven dental(Sameer) at a charity golf event in 2018- following this introduction my wife and eldest son have MUCH straighter teeth. The service, care and professionalism throughout their 12 and 15 month procedures has been of the very highest standard ( Invisalign for wife and clear braces for son). I 'discovered' Elleven Dental 3 years ago when I needed a significant course of treatment ultimately involving implants. What I expected to be a traumatic process and experience was fully alleviated by amazingly caring attention and genius skills. I found Elleven Dental when searching for practices with experience of more complex orthodontic treatments; local dentists had advised me that braces alone would do little to fix my malocclusion and that expert treatment would be needed in combination with jaw surgery. Dr Shivani Patel and her colleagues have provided that expert care and, in partnership with Mr Paul Johnson, delivered results that I didn’t sincerely think possible when I began my orthodontic journey. Every treatment session I left feeling thankful that I had chosen this practice, and what could easily have been a nerve-racking time simply wasn’t.. knowing I was in the hands of such talented and warm people gave me the confidence to keep calm and carry on throughout. Grateful to every staff member that has made me feel so welcome and for the exceptional treatment I have received. Lastly the place itself is positively palatial! 5* settings for a 5* team.

I would highly recommended Elleven Dental wellness. I was slightly apprehensive as an adult about the thought of having braces but the ceramic style that Dr Shivani recommended were fantastic. During my orthodontics treatment I was diagnosed with breast cancer and considered giving up my braces, as the pain in my month from the chemotherapy was terrible. Dr Shivani and the team were always hugely encouraging and gave me brilliant advice on how to treat the pain. My visits during the year became a highlight, as everyone was so warm and encouraging. The practise has a wonderful friendly feel, from the entire team. Dr Sameer has also been brilliant at making a reluctant women have her very old root canal remove and replaced, and I’m delighted. A visit to Lyn the Hygienist is a pleasure, it’s just really hard to catch up on all the news with your mouth wide open. I now have a superstar smile and I couldn’t be more delighted. I had my braces done by Shivani Patel about 2 years ago. Being 13 and not completely sure - the whole procedure was well explained to me and adjusted to my preference. I also was able to choose my colour so I was comfortable with how I looked. Shivani and the elleven team ensured my maximum comfort in the clinic and with my procedure the whole year, giving me clear updates about the progress of my teeth, guidance with how to take care of my teeth during and post braces and the resources in order to do so. I contacted Elleven Dental for teeth whitening and couldn't be happier with the service. I was apprehensive about the level of results they'd be able to achieve but from the moment I entered the practice I knew I'd made the right choice. It's a beautiful place, I'd happily live there, and Ginnan on reception was lovely. I saw Peta Leigh who took as much time as was needed to explain the whole process of the whitening program to me including costs. Once she started the process she kept me informed every step of the way. On return visits I felt comfortable enough to ask anything no matter how trivial they may have been. I visited Elleven Dental around 2 years ago first. Since then I have never had another thought of going anywhere else for my dental treatments. The staff of the clinic is professional, attentive, diligent and simply the best in what they do! I have seen hygienist and can highly recommend Lyn for a very thorough cleaning. You simply feel like you were born with brand new teeth! I had multiple issues after wearing braces for over a year with my gums, fillings, crowns etc. All was sorted out by the team of brilliant people of Elleven Dental. In particular, Dr.Lorena Mumford, who is a genius in periodontics. She did brilliant gum grafting surgeries equal to plastic surgery in its esthetics and accuracy. I was so impressed with the results and almost painless recovery (took a painkiller only yeice in 14 days of recovery!) that easily went for the second surgery. Dr. Peta Leigh is yet another professional who is working fast and unbelivably accurate with amazing results whether it is fillings, crowns or any other procedure. I would also highly recommend the Enlighten whitening system done under the guidance of Dr. Leigh. The team of the clinic is absolutely wonderful in every sense - very punctual, helpful, responsive and understanding. Everything has a personal touch at Elleven Dental! Therefore my family members, my colleagues and my friends are also using their services after seeing my results and hearing stories about the best dental treatment I have had in UK (and I tried a lot of them in my 10 years of living here!) Although the prices are quite high at the clinic, believe me, it is worth every penny!

I just want to shout out how great Elleven's general dental is! Dr Johannes is definitely the best dentist in town! He's super experienced, precise and thorough. He would use this patient friendly blue rubber sheet thing for the filling, so that you wouldn't get all those drilling bits down your throat. Just had one filling done last Friday, it was painless, the smoothest and the most pleasant dentist appointment ever! And I really appreciate the fact that he's very punctual, he'd greet you in reception himself, go through the treatment plan with you, and talk you through the entire session. He's strict about how a good dental hygiene standard should be, but I honestly look forward to the next check up :) Also a thank you to the reception team Kristine and Laura, for always being so kind and checking up on me after the filling! :) If you look for a solid good dental clinic, this is the place!

The building is very nice inside and has a nice waiting room Everyone is so friendly and treatment is going great with Invisalign! At first I was slightly nervous and for the time it would take for Invisalign as well as fitting in appointments, working full time but they have been pretty flexible. But the team at Elleven has been so accommodating it’s amazing! They put my mind at rest by fully explaining the process of Invisalign and giving me a suitable payment plan to start treatment. Within 6 months or so I had straight teeth after 3 months there was already a visible difference. Farrah has been absolutely amazing, always has a smile, genuinely cares and very helpful as well as Dr Lam which has also been awesome in the process of Invisalign and making adjustments/giving excellent advice. Fantastic treatment from all the staff, I came into Elleven with teeth that looked like a battlefield and missing teeth due to bad advice when younger to have them removed, and mainly eating on one side due to pain on the other side. Sameer is gifted with a warm and gentle bedside manner and treatment is minimally invasive with no heavy handed or unnecessary procedures. I have recently completed orthodontic treatment at Elleven with Dr Shivani Patel. My case was complicated as I required braces followed by surgery on my jaw. The treatment I received was nothing short of excellent. Both Shivani and her assistant Anna provided excellent patient care, and I felt that they truly cared about the end result. I had my teeth cleaned by the lovely hygienist Camilla Stevens and she was fabulous. Camilla took the time to educate me and show me where my normal routine wasn’t working. She stained my teeth (which came off) to show me where I could improve. I was shocked, as I was fully confident that I had no issues with my dental hygiene. She also took the time to show me techniques on flossing to help me with the tough spots. My biggest stress and fear of having my teeth cleaned is normally the polishing. I’ve had some hygienist use it a bit too roughly and I am traumatised from them. However she used an airflow which blasts stains off rather than rubbing them off. I’m so thankful for her time! She was calm, professional, informative and thorough. 11 stars for Elleven!

Just wanted to say thank you to Shivani, Ana and the team. I had my orthodontic treatment with Shivani, who is very professional and gentle. I am especially impressed with her ability to deal with emergency, which shows how competent she is and how much she cares about individual patient. My jaw surgery was done by Paul Johnson who worked closely with Shivani. He is one of the best in the UK. When he checked my teeth after my treatment, he said that I had a very positive bite and Shivani always did perfect work to teeth! I have also done treatments with dentists and hygienists at Elleven. From nurses to receptionists, everyone is very friendly. The environment is relaxing. Every time at the clinic feels like an escape from work.

The authenticity of other reviews seem questionable on here (They are fake). Read comments by users with lots of other reviews, as they are accounts that are less easy to create. You will find that there aren't many of them. (other businesses do have legitimate reviews by users with many other reviews, but most of Elleven's are just reviews who have NEVER reviewed anything else in their life.)...onto my review. The dentist was very friendly and professional, the setup was spacious and hygienic. They went above and beyond, and I thought they were overboard, by taking photos of my teeth. Unfortunately they didn't offer me a receipt, and it was quite expensive there, for what I had done. The dentists were also very quick to do everything, and seemed more interested in the money. I did come in 15 minutes early, but eventually waited past the appointment time, but in comparison to doctors in the US, they were quicker. It wasn't easy to find though, because it looks like a regular house on the outside.

After years of night grinding and slowly eroding the enamel on my teeth with over zealous brushing, leaving unsightly dark holes (where the dentine was exposed), I arrived at Elleven on personal recommendation to seek help and advice. Before Sameer could fix the very visible damage caused, my bite needed to be adjusted and realigned so he referred me first to Shivani for the necessary orthodontic work. I was very opposed to having braces and this was the third dental practice to advise me I needed them. However, Sameer’s enthusiastic and innovative approach and Shivani’s gentle and reassuring manner convinced me that the time had now come. Shivani’s work was meticulous … and the results unexpectedly quick. I was expecting to wear braces for a year, but they were off again after 8 months and my bite/smile was transformed. The cant was gone, the teeth were straightened and my bite point moved forwards to the front of my mouth. Functionally, my whole posture benefitted and the lower back problems that I had previously suffered for several years have not returned. After some expertly executed preparatory gum work by Petros - not pleasant, but very professionally carried out with quick healing and exacting results - I was then able to have the veneers fitted to correct the surface loss and damage issues. Sameer is a perfectionist, which is really the most important quality you are looking for in cosmetic dentistry. He has wonderful vision and artistry, coupled with an absolute determination to get it right. He will insist on an extra step, even if it means more time input on his part, and the results really are dazzling. He demonstrated a continued patience over what was a long and very precise course of treatment and an utter commitment to the process. Sameer and Shivani are an unbeatable team and the only people I would trust to undertake this kind of work. They are also fun to spend time with and your visit to the dentist actually starts to feel like a pleasurable experience! The idea of dental treatment can be intimidating and like me, you might be anxious as to whether it is the right thing to do and whether you will be happy with the end result. Sameer and Shivani earned my utmost respect for their professional abilities and I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. The results they produce really are incredible. They are also blessed with a faultless back up team of dental nurses and administrative staff. Huge thanks to everyone once again.

I was referred here to start treatment for corrective jaw surgery, not only did they give me an accurate estimation of the length of the process, they also sent me to the top surgeon in the field (offering to send me through either NHS or private). My treatment was complicated and Dr. Shivani and team went to extra lengths to make sure that I am comfortable and understand everything clearly. All staff is extremely friendly, polite, and flexible to adjust to a schedule that best fits you. Eleven dental not only took care of me well before the operation but also after. They made sure I had many appointments so that they could keep close tabs on BOTH my physical healing and my mental well-being. In case of emergencies (depending on how early you call) you can even get same day appointments. At Eleven, it really feels like everyone truly cares, and that makes all the difference. To be frank, it is a bit pricey for the average person (though I was also in the surgical unit so that made a difference), however for the level and kind of treatment you get it is worth every penny and then some.

I just wanted to say how grateful we are for the wonderful work that Richard Field performed on my 10 year old daughter's front tooth, after she broke it on holiday. Upon our return we spoke with 4 dentists regarding the best way forward and decided to put our faith in Richard at Elleven Dental. He was the only dentist to recommend re-using the original tooth fragment; all the other dentists ruled this out, and given the intricacies of any tooth (shape, colour, translucences) it is almost impossible to replicate such detailing. I was initially concerned as the tooth fragment had become lighter in colour since the accident 2 weeks prior. I was therefore reassured by the fact Richard agreed to re-do it using the standard procedure of composite resin if the original solution didn't work. The procedure of 'gluing' the fragment back in place was very intricate and took about an hour, on top of the consultation time. However once the fragment was returned to its rightful place and became re-hydrated over the following 5 days, the colour returned to match the original tooth, which was incredible! Yes there is an ever-so-slight hairline on the tooth, but only someone with a magnifying glass could actually see it. At the end of the day it is a masterful piece of work for which we are eternally grateful.
