After recently completing a course of dental treatment at the Practice, I can honestly say that I am so very pleased with the treatment which I received. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout, and my appointments were accommodated to fit in with my busy schedule. Always good. Every visit is as easy as any visit to the dentist can be, the surgery is spotless, Preemal and Akhil are very thorough and they are great with adults and kids alike. Great very professional service! Had my filling done and cleaning. Never been so relaxed at the dentist. It's very easy to contact them in any case. My emergency visit was sorted same day! I had wisdom tooth problem and I got all x-rays and all advice needed provided by very professional stuff. Fantastic service with a friendly team. They fitted me in last-minute, despite me running late due to traffic, and were very reassuring throughout the appointment to check my implant. Have been attending Eyes and Smiles for the last few years and have always received amazing customer service from both Akhil and Preemal. They always go above and beyond to find a solution that works for what I need whether it be appointment times with working full-time or making sure I have a pain-free experience! I recently visited eyes and smiles after having issues with my teeth from decay and not looking after my oral health. I came to have fillings and a gum hygiene appointment and have to say the service has been great! The treatment was very comfortable and painless and good attention was paid to my problems with straightforward solutions and after care explained by the dentist. As a result, my oral health is better and has improved my symptoms greatly. I look forward to the next step of straightening my teeth with invaslign, as the dentist has actually shown me a 3D representation of how my teeth would look straightened. I first came to this dentist to ask about getting my teeth straightened and what the best course of action for this was. I ended up getting braces and over a year later I can say that it was the best decision I have made. I had braces on for a little over a year and the difference in my teeth is so evident, as you can see from the before and after pictures. I also had my teeth whitened and dental bonding performed, and everything was more than worth it. My teeth are as perfect as they can be now and it's all thanks to this great dentist. I came to see Dr Akhil as I was worried about my wobbly teeth and bleeding gums. On my first visit, I had the most thorough teeth examination I've ever had, he talked me through all of my options and recommended hygiene treatment for my gums. After having the treatment, my gums have stopped bleeding and my teeth already feel less wobbly. Brilliant professional dentist. Super happy with the service, having had a fall I broke front tooth, which was going to fall out completely, the horror! Having no front tooth. After speaking to a number of other dentists, they all said that the mould impression would mean losing my tooth for a few weeks. However Eyes and Smile had the best technology so that this didn't happen. Impressions were taking using a 3d machine and kept my tooth until a tooth could be made. Alway very happy, seen quickly and kept me informed along the way. Very efficient service, needless to say after my visits, my whole family have changed dentists to Eyes and Smile and we couldn't be happier. Amazing work! The dentist straight away gave me an alternative to drilling and using a needle to numb my mouth which I was afraid off. The service was very friendly and I had everything explained to me about the care of my teeth and what was causing the damage. A hidden gem! I had enlighten treatment done with Eyes & Smiles, the combination package included the consultation, X Rays, A hygiene clean and follow up in office whitening after the two weeks of enlighten treatment. The enlighten treatment consists of using custom made trays overnight with suppled gels for two weeks. This is the only treatment that guarantees a B1 shade which is one of the whitest shades your teeth can go! The experience was phenomenal, Akhil and Preemal's professionalism, customer service and making sure I was always comfortable and not in any discomfort throughout my appointments made the whole experience amazing. I also did not want to pay over the top prices and living in Winchmore Hill, locally the prices are high. I arranged a consultation with Preemal and I have to admit I was very pleased with how I was treated. He took time to explain everything to me in laymen's terms. They were very compliant with all COVID 19 regulations and made me feel safe from the offset. The "front of house" is manned by smiley (appropriate) helpful and very efficient staff. The dentistry has been excellent & pain free, with excellent long-lasting results I've only been going to this place for about 2 years now. I'm always so pleasantly surprised when I walk in because they straight away know who I am and that I have an appointment. It's great! It's so clean that I must ask who their cleaner is and if they want an extra hour doing my flat once a week. The dentist that I've seen including the hygienists are all very very lovely human beings and very good at what their doing and they all seem very proud and take great care with their work. I always feel so looked after. I'm not a wealthy person but to me, seeing a decent dentist matters and I have no quarrels with paying the price which I think they could double and still be a bargain. Vishal is one of the best opticians I have ever come across as he always does a thorough check of the health and vision of my eyes, and I trust him completely. I had been having constant tooth ache/pain for a week. I visited an nhs doctor who had pointed me out to the tooth that was to be removed. However when I visited Eyes and Smiles, Akhil took his time to examine my tooth and realised the information I was given was wrong. Outstanding service. I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction on a saturday late afternoon and I was seen even though they were booked until their normal closing time. A good friend recommended this place to me as I was looking to do an eye test. I was given exceptional service as well as had my eyes checked with an OCT scanner, which is a hi-tech machine that checks the health of your eyes with a deep scan. The optometrist was very thorough and friendly. When that was finished, the dentist was in the reception and I enquired about the services they provided. Before you know it I was in the chair. Had an air polish combined with a hygienist check up. Overall this practice is a local gem, friendly attentive service and very well priced. Although I didn't need glasses. The range they offer is amazing I've already brought some friend's down and I'll definitely recommend more!!

During Lockdown, I thought I was suffering from an unbearable painful migraine but Dr. Akhil accurately diagnosed the gum infection with a problem tooth. Dr. Akhil had a detailed phone consultation with me and responded quickly to my concerned text questions. My sister referred Eyes & Smiles as they were accepting emergency patients as Lockdown restrictions permitted. My gums used to bleed all the time, however after the deep cleaning I had done, which was also done in a way where I did not feel any pain, I have not had bleeding gums since. I took my mother for an eye check at this optician on 29 8 2015, I work in the NHS and I know good care when I encounter it. The Optometrist 'Vishal' was exceptionally good at his job, he explained to my mother what he was going to do and undertook a thorough eye examination. At the end of the routine test, he wanted to see the retina, and needed to dilate her eyes. He explained what he was going to do and again was very professional in his work. He could have sold her an unnecessary pair of spectacles, but again being the professional that he is, he told her she need not waste her money I can only praise this optician and the excellent care that was given to my mother.
