I have had an excellent experience with Glow dentistry, thanks to the friendly and professional team. I have had a few cosmetic dentistry consultations elsewhere, but I found that Dr Nathan was the most knowledgeable and reassuring, focussing on health and being conservative, unlike some other places that are very quick to suggest expensive and in my case, unnecessary veneers. Receptionist Ivan was so helpful and promptly liaised with Dr Effie to arrange my consultation and crown lengthening surgery last week. Dr Effie is very skilled, patient and kind. During my consultation I felt at ease about the procedure and knew I was in very professional hands. The surgery went well, with the assistance of Nurse Maria, who was also very nice. Dr Effie reassured me that I could contact her anytime with any post-operative concerns, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Glow dentistry, I felt comfortable, my concerns and queries were listened to and answered. I look forward to returning next week to have my sutures removed.

Went to Glow Dentistry this Wednesday for consultation regarding my retainers. One thing I've noticed was the cleanliness of the place. And the people at the reception were very accommodating. Dr. Nathan put me at ease and made me comfortable right away, as I was shaking very badly (fear of Dentists), and was very patient with me. He has been really helpful in explaining to me in great detail any question I've had for him. Very professional, obviously an expert in his field and very pleasant. I was treated by the amazing Dr. Nathan, that really helped me with a very annoying issue I had with my retainer. In the first session he dedicated to me 2 (!!) hours, as he had the time and saw I was at a very tricky condition with my retainer. He was very responsible over the email and even accepted to see me couple of days later to fix a bit more where I asked. He is an amazing doctor, super talented and knows teeth better than any doctor I knew. He dedicated to me so much time, addressed all of my concerns, review thoroughly my medical history, and gave me the best treatment possible. I wanted to take a moment to say how much I truly appreciated the treatment, care, and time over these past few months I received from: Dr. Carl, Dr. Jay, Dr. Nathan, Larissa, Monica, and Wilmah at Glow Dentistry. I went through so much pain in my previous experience with a different dental practice who misdiagnosed my initial symptoms, and recommended that I needed to remove my implant. In addition to recommending the wrong treatment, that other practice and dentist failed to remove my implant over TWO Surgeries, and left my mouth completely destroyed. Glow Dentistry completely took my case over and took care of me. I am so grateful to all of the doctors and specialists at Glow for how they protected me, and held my hand through the process. Larisa at the front desk guided me from the very beginning with setting my appointments and suggesting who I should be seen by for proper treatment. She made me feel welcome every time I stepped into Glow Dentistry. I felt like she became a friend, and her compassion made me feel safe and that I was going to be treated with the utmost care. Dr. Jay's expertise, guidance, and facilitation on my behalf between all of the wonderful doctors at Glow Dentistry (including himself) was so appreciated as I didn’t know where to turn. Dr. Jay also spoke on my behalf to explain my current situation to the previous dental practice who mistreated me, so I wouldn't have to face going back to them myself. I can’t thank him enough. He stood up for me and gave wonderful advice so I wouldn’t have to go through this experience alone. Dr. Nathan, gave thorough recommendations, and unwavering care for my experience made me feel heard and understood. He so clearly explained what my best recovery treatment options would be, and I instantly felt protected under his guidance. I'm so thankful for his supporting through this experience. As I mentioned the previous dental practice I visited before I went to Glow failed to remove my implant twice over two surgeries, and I found out I never should have had to remove my implant in the first place. But at Glow Dentistry I met with Dr. Carl Manhem and felt instantly safe and taken care of. I was wonderfully cared for by Dr. Manhem. I am truly beyond words and so grateful for his incredible treatment of my situation. He was able to successfully remove the ruined implant left by the former dentist (in under 45 minutes), AND rebuild the bone in my jaw (which was further damaged by the previous dental practice I had visited). I was so afraid to face one more surgery and experience the pain and suffering I had felt for months from that previous dental practice. But being treated by Dr. Manhem was an absolute pleasure. I experienced no pain during the surgery, he was so efficient and his expertise and explanations of my treatment and situation put me at complete ease. Whilmah thank you as well for taking care of me during my operation alongside Dr Manhem. I am resting at home and recovering from my surgery. I am forever grateful to all of the team at Glow Dentistry for taking my hand and guiding me through what was such a traumatic experience, and for standing by me to restoring me back to how I was before this terrible ordeal began with the previous dental practice. I should also mention that Monica is a wonderful Dental Hygienist who also cleaned and took care of my teeth with such care and attention to detail, she is truly wonderful! From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so very much. I look forward to continuing my treatment plan at Glow Dentistry.

Glow is an excellent dental practice. I had many poor experiences with Nhs dentists prior to coming to Glow. I initially avoiding going private due to the costs but now I regret not doing it sooner. And it isn't even that much more expensive once you factor in how much extra time you are given at in these appointments. Jay is my dentist at Glow and he truly is an excellent dentist. I trust him completely. He won't rush your appointment and he won't let you leave the door until he has figured out what the problem is. He is thorough and careful with his diagnoses and advised treatments.
