The only reason I have come to know and appreciate Harley Street Dental Clinic is because my 5 year long dental specialist, Dr Samar Khamis, is currently working there. She's one of the best in cosmetic dentistry and has become my favourite because she's looked out and suggested what's best for me from day one, instead of what's the hottest technique on the market. I came across Harley Street Dental Clinic hoping I would be able to book an appointment after the reopening from the covid pandemic but I was unsure how long I may have to wait. I emailed the Clinic and within a day I received a response from Maya but due to high demand the earliest appointment she could offer was end of July. Maya contacted me unexpectedly and I managed to get a same day appointment due to a cancellation. She made the whole process so easy in such short time. Maya was very professional and was keen to ensure my booking and treatment meets my needs. From the moment I arrived Hayley at the reception was welcoming and both Dentists including Dr Sanae were very helpful and caring and made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my whole treatment.I have heard good reviews about Harley Street Dental Clinic and after my experience yesterday I am glad I chose HSDC. I first started attending this clinic in December. Great customer service. From initial contact over the phone with the front desk, my queries and subsequent appointment was handled very efficiently. The receptionists always greeted me with warm welcomes and happy smiles. I would like to commend my dentist Dr Samar Khamis in particular she is very professional, friendly and reassuring. She has completely transformed my teeth and I am ecstatic about the results. She explained the procedure to me in detail and was always available and responsive to any concerns I had. I cannot praise highly enough. I was recommended to see Dr Justin Glaister for Invisalign and now I know why. Justin is brilliant. He was able to improve the Invisalign treatment plan to achieve the most cosmetically pleasing result with minimal invasion to my natural teeth. Every step was explained and there were no surprises but he was always contactable if I had any queries or concerns. I’m quite a nervous patient but with his skilful, quick and gentle treatment I could forget I was in the dentist’s chair and let my mind wander (and he also plays some great music!). Justin and his nurse Lyanna are lovely, in fact the whole team at HSDC are friendly and welcoming - I could even say I look forward to dental appointments now! It’s a calm environment, appointments are easy to make and communication is lightning fast and efficient, it’s a smoothly run practice. I have been so impressed with HSDC that I’ve continued to use them for scale & polish and Zoom whitening. Justin and the team have my complete confidence and I highly recommend them.

Had a fantastic experience at Harley Street Dental Clinic. I had to extract a tooth and had a hot pulp meaning local anaesthesia was not working. Hence, I was referred to a specialist, Dr. Haq. I was a bit nervous going in because of my past experience but Dr. Haq was amazing. Unbelievable experience with Dr Justin Glaister at Harley Street Dental Clinic - my old crowns were getting me down for years, affecting my confidence and stopping me from smiling. In 3 short visits Dr Glaister painlessly transformed my smile and confidence with 6 beautiful new porcelain crowns which he had made for me by his Lab in New York! I give Harley Street Dental Clinic 5* for all aspects of their service. I was recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of the quality of work at the clinic. I have been treated by 3 of the therapists and I‘ve been blown away with their expertise and professionalism: Mary Shenouda, Nectaria Polycarpou and Prue Preston. Their care of my teeth has been the best I’ve ever had in my life. And they are all really caring people too, and have all the time for you that you could possibly want. The reception staff are excellent too. OK – you have to pay! But my last dentist was RUBBISH, and I didn’t realise. So this clinic gets my vote. It takes me an hour and a half to get here but it’s worth it. Highly recommended. Malcolm

I had a bad accident that resulted in 4 broken teeth. Dr Munslow and Dr Polycarpou took the time to fully diagnose the extent of the injury and and discuss my options. I had a half day appointment at a good time for me to fix a bad restoration from another clinic. Dr Munslow's attention to detail and professionalism were second to none and she made me feel at ease during the whole procedure. I had a composite buildup which matched my other teeth perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. No-one can tell that they have been restored! Four months down the line I feel so glad to have found this clinic. They are giving me free followups to check the condition of my teeth as I might need a crown/RCT on 1 or 2 of them. It does not feel like I even had the injury. I will certainly be using HSDC exclusively from now on. Its great to know that they care so much about your long term health and don't push you into expensive and unnecessary treatments.

I recently booked in for a free consultation and was charged a “holding deposit” of £50. After consultation I decided it was not for me and phoned the receptionist for my refund. I was told I would receive my refund it’s been nearly a month and I’m yet to receive my money. This was not transparent as I initially did not realise I would’ve been charged this amount and now will have to chase them for the refund. An update... my refund has come through thanks to Mr D’Auria, who responded to my review, therefore I have increased it by one star. Apparently there is a refund form which needs to be filled in for refund which I was unaware of, and front desk staff failed to inform me about it.

I would definately recommend this dental clinic to anyone. They were extremely professional with Silvia the receptionist who followed up an enquiry. Since chipping my two front teeth with a bowling ball I have had them repaired 3 times with NHS dentists each time I have not been happy with the results. This place was beyond astounding! Upon my first visit, all staff were extremely welcoming! There are many bilingual speakers here, as I am from an arabic/french background, they also had speakers in my native tongue which was awesome for me! The first person I saw was the hygienist named Junior Duffus, he was extremely amazing and a bubbly character, also amazing at cleaning my teeth, he made sure the pain was very minimal, to be honest I felt no pain. He made sure to thoroughly clean my teeth, and spoke me through different ways of keeping my teeth clean at home, and showed me different methods I never knew of, to clean my teeth with my tooth brush, and also with the floss. Both nicely educational yet rewarding! I never got this treatment before at any other clinic they are more thorough here and take care of your teeth no matter how long it will take- the client is first! Upon another visit, I had fillings, I saw a Dr Jean Claude Violides, he was an extremely friendly and welcoming character, the room was very relaxing, with background soothing music. I usually tend to imagine dentists to be a tension filled room, I am quiet a nervous person when it comes down to these type of procedures as they are very personal, however this was quiet the opposite and he made me feel nerve-free. The procedure although lengthly as it should be, it was a pain free experience which was more than amazing! He limited all feeling in my mouth and carried out the procedure to full standards. I left feeling amazing with new fillings, he advised me of ways to further avoid fillings in the future. I have never had such an experience at a dentists before. I have realised compared to many places I have been to before, the professionalism, attentive care, and friendliness you will experience here, you will definitely not experience elsewhere. Extremely hospitable too (they have tea's coffee and cute glass bottled water!). I recommend this place to all my friends and family, which are all now patients at Harley Street Clinic now. There is a will and there is a way, the way is to go to this clinic if you ever need anything dental related!

I just had to write a review for Justin and Lyanna. I came to HSDC a year ago as i was fed up of my dentist doing 'quick fixes' rather than preventative or cosmetic work. On my first visit, I had a really thorough examination of each tooth and a smile as a whole which actually impressed me as i wasn't expecting much. Justin then talked though all my issues (bearing in mind i hasn't said too much at this stage) and went through various options. He pretty much hit the nail on the head straight away. We then went through each option in detail and the costs. At no point was there any pressure to do anything further and was told to give it some thought. Once i walked out of the surgery i actually signed up to most of the options. I can't really get across how happy i am with the results. It's been a full year of work, including crowns, fillings, realignment, invisilign and whitening. The results are amazing and everyone has noticed a difference, even from half way through the treatment. I would definitely recommend and return myself. On a personal note; Justin has been brilliant. He's so easy to talk to, explains everything simply and lays out your options with no right or wrong answer. He has just the right mixture of being professional and serious, but very approachable and kind. Lyanna has also been instrumental to the whole experience. Always happy, smiling and shows an interest in how you are and how things are progressing. She actually takes an interest in what's going on and the results rather than just being Justins right hand lady. She's always on the ball and knows exactly whats happening and when. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else there. Thank you to the both of you. All at HSDC have been extremely polite and professional. One of the best things I've ever done!

being one of HSDC patients during 2014-2015, I can say with confidence, the service are superb. Reception staff, dentists' assistances and doctors (Dr Emma Laing, Dr. Jean Claude) are treating you as if you were one of their family, the most important they respect your time and appointments. The cleanness of the clinic is outstanding and has some artistry taste (there are some artistic piece on the wall instead of scary tooth pictures, which is rare to see in dental clinic).

Dr Justin Glaister is an amazing dentist!!!i first came to him a few months ago after being recommended by two other dentists here in London that he was the best to go to for cosmetic dentistry and they were right!i needed some recontouring on my lateral tooth that was poorly contoured by my dentist back home.Dr Justin listened to my concerns and knew what I wanted to change and the result was fantastic! I even got compliment at work by a colleague as to what I have done to my teeth! I did just recently go back to him for a slight tweak cause I am OCD about teeth and he still listened to me didn't judge me, we even got a pencil out to pinpoint actually what I wanted tweaked! I even asked him about Invisalign cause he is also expert in the field and uses latest technology to cut your treatment time in half but he said I didn't need it and would be wasting my money!

The receptionist as well as the dental nurse are very friendly and made me feel welcome the entire time. When I was younger I broke my front tooth and had a root canal treatment. My tooth became discoloured and it effected my confidence. For several years I had a filling but it didn't look good. Therefore, I was always self-conscious about my smile and wasn't comfortable or happy with the way my teeth looked. After a lot of research I decided to book an appointment with Dr Samar Khamis. She clearly explained the steps and procedure for the fitting of my crown in detail. The costs were very clear from the beginning with no hidden costs. Dr Samar Khamis was very friendly and highly professional. I am extremely happy with the end result! After many years of having a discoloured front tooth I am excited to say that I finally have my white smile back and I am able to smile with confidence :)
