S. O.I love how the hygienist Nicky puts me at ease as I dislike going to the dentist. I have seen Nicky three times now and hopefully will be able to continue in the future.
The last appointment was in the new building at Harley St and was very impressed
j. l.This is my first time to visit 90 Harley Street Dental & Surgery Clinic. It was a referral from my local dentist to visit Dr. R. Horwitz. As first time visit, I had difficulty with opening the door and that began with looking at the various door bells which I needed to ring to have access to the building. Once in I found the reception team professional and respectful. It was good to see that the clinic had covid measures in place to protect themselves and the patients. Windows were open and the air purifers in the doctor's room is important. Overall it was a really good experience. I would consider switching my current dentist to a dentist at this practice based on the level of care that I received my Dr. Horwitz.
f. G.Excellent experience beginning to end. Lovely receptionists who were SO helpful (I had just had my phone stolen and they helped me cancel it). The dentist was very charming and really helped me to understand the procedure I needed for an implant. The hygienist was also brilliant.

C. L.Brian Kristensen is a fantastic dental hygienist. I have seen him many times and he is particularly gentle and thorough and very generous with his time. He gave me advice on my mouthwash, which seems to cause staining and I won't use it anymore and I very much appreciated his advice. I would highly recommend him!

B.Firstly, the Harley Street Clinic sent regular information during the lockdown, as well as its health procedure - all reassuring and excellent, reflecting this first-class Clinic, which I have attended for the last 35 years or so. My recent visit of Thursday 8th October went perfectly and consisted of a hygienist session followed by a 1.5 hour treatment. The practice was thoroughly prepared in terms of safety procedure. N. M.Loose screw in relatively recent implant by one dentist - needed repair urgently as it interfered with other current dental work. When he needed to isolate, another colleague agreed to see me - when this one, too, had to go home at the last minute, I was passed on to Dr Invest who did an excellent job. Very efficient and one of the advantages in being with a multi-handed practice.
