The staff are friendly and polite, I was offered drinking water which is kind. The Dr was polite and kept asking me if I was okay as it was my first time to do laser treatment. The receptionist was also friendly, I felt at ease. I also was given helpful information about the treatment. I liked the calming background music 🎶 that was playing throughout the whole time I was there. I recommend it.

Easy customer experience from booking to treatment and a very helpful and friendly dentist. I went for the more expensive £350 treatment to get the best possible results on the day but there is a cheaper version for £199.. Easy to find, friendly staff and pain free. Everybody's teeth take differently to the treatment so I will be returning again to get them even whiter. Really recommend this place - especially if it's your first time having your teeth whitened.

My teeth whitening results were great and, no less important, the service was excellent. They offer a quick and painless laser whitening procedure, and it does work! During the consultation, I have been shown a palette with a range of teeth enamel colours, and the end results were exact what they showed me on the palette. I didn't have any sensitivity or discomfort during the procedure, or afterwards. On top of that, it felt very client-friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for fitting me in at such short notice and to the dentist for taking care of me. The home teeth whitening trays I tried from my own local dentist either did not work for me or maybe I did not use them properly, as I found them too fiddly and tedious to wear overnight especially. Firstly this place is not on or near Harley Street so the name is a bit misleading. I was surprised to be told that my teeth is towards the whiter end of the scale (as they're quite yellow) and that whilst I was a suitable candidate for teeth whitening I would have to come on a number of occasions to get my teeth really white because the teeth whitening they do works best on the darkest coloured teeth in terms of being able to see a noticeable difference. Whilst the staff offer a professional service would not recommend their teeth whitening unless you have extremely discoloured teeth (like brown) because there is not any difference in my teeth after whitening.

Had a misunderstanding around the difference between teeth whitening and teeth cleaning. The cosmetic clean, which they provide, significantly whitens the shade of one's teeth but does not remove any stains from in-between teeth. The receptionist, who likes to be thorough, quickly managed the misunderstanding, and turned around what could have been less positive experience. Best to do your research and ask questions before! Otherwise, I highly recommend for their holistic approach to patients/customers.
