Before I had my teeth fixed by Dr Hagen, I rarely posed for photographs. On the few occasions that I did, I thought I looked dreadful. I hated my teeth and did my utmost to hide them from everyone. I am now a lot more confident and can't stop smiling and showing my teeth in photos. I can sincerely say the service of Highgate Dental practice is one of the best I have received in dentistry. They offer a full dental service for both young and old.. The dentists/dental nurses are extremely qualified and helpful, together with the reception. My wife and I have been with Highgate Dental Practice since 2016 when we moved in closeby. We have never looked back. It really is a superbly run, professional and friendly outfit from the moment you step in and speak to the charming and ever helpful support staff. Our dentist, Vanessa, is over and above the best dentist either of us have ever had and we would quickly run out of superlatives to describe just how good she is. She really is the ultimate professional as well as being a bloomin lovely and caring person. Vanessa has made both of us feel so special and welcome from the first day we met and we feel so happy and secure that we, moreover our teeth and oral health, are in her good hands. But more than this, we must admit we genuinely both become rather excited when the time rolls around and it's that time again to visit the dentist, to have our check-ups and we can look forward to a little catch up chat with Vanessa (we clearly don't get out much since getting married!). But seriously, Vanessa is such a huge asset to the practice. It feels as if she has been our family dentist for years. One thing for sure is that we won't be moving practice. We used to just walk to the practice but now having recently moved to East London, miles away, we have to catch the train but Highgate Dental will always be our practice and it's a nice feeling to know that. PS The hygienists are great too and well worth a visit when you go for a check up.

No one enjoys going to the dentist. However, everyone at the practice makes it more than ok. From the receptionists and the assistants to the dentist, they all simply take incredible care of you. They make you feel well looked after. And here is a tip for Secret London....the practice boasts, surely, the most attractive and peaceful outdoor space for any dentists in the country. At last there is a reason to enjoy going to the dentist.

My teeth have always been my favourite feature. Finding someone I could trust with fixing, and making alterations that align with my vision was paramount 😁 I couldn’t have found a better team for the job! Dr Hagan is nothing short of an artist. I went in with a completely broken front tooth, a chip on another and in need of some whitening and a good clean. I was suffering with a severe toothache for several weeks in 2020 and my husband arranged for me to see Dr Hagen. He dealt with the toothache right away and then with his specialist team we embarked on a rehabilitation of my mouth. We completed the treatment recently which included non drilling veneers to improve my smile. I was so happy with the result and can’t believe how nice my smile is. This dental practice has looked after my teeth for nearly twenty years. Their service and care is beyond first class, my teeth and gums have never been healthier. They have rectified the past mistakes and bodges of all my previous dentists. This practice genuinely cares about its patients. If you are a particularly nervous patient, this is definitely the place to come.The only painful part of visiting this dental practice is being presented with the bill, at the end. However, for the level of care and attention my teeth receive, it is a small price to pay. Thoroughly recommended!

The best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The sensitivity of all the staff, the professionalism, the quality of the instruments and materials used is 'a cut above'. I had a fall in Feb which cracked a tooth. That become known during Covid19 lockdown. Hugo - was amazing. With full PPE he was able to see me for several emergency appointments as the tooth became infected. He also dropped off medicines to my home as I was unable to get out during a Covid19 period. His actions saved my tooth and indeed my wellbeing as, for other reasons, I had contracted C19 and was then not allowed out. Post Covid19 when I was able to visit the surgery again, I had canal root treatment with another specialist. This was then followed by a crown. My teeth are in the best shape they have ever been as are my gums thanks to Hugo and his team. I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. And I have looked around and tried others before settling with Hugo for the past few years.

I have been terrified of the dentist for the last 20 years, thankfully this has changed since I started going to Highgate Dental Practice. The practice is friendly and relaxed with flexible time slots and availability to suit everyones schedule. I have so far seen Nectaria Polycarpou and Hugo Hagen. Both are extremely knowledgeable with a caring bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. The reception staff are also extremely polite and helpful. I now feel much less anxious regarding appointments and free to ask as many questions as I want regarding specific treatments. I would highly recommend the practice.
