I had an excellent experience at Holland Park Dental Centre this morning with Dr Radia. She was super friendly and very professional. I’m admittedly a bit of a dentist-phone and the friendly chatty team made me feel really at ease through out and I’m confident going forward with some further treatment.

From the minute I called to make an appointment the experience was superb. The girl at the reception was very polite and helpful and arranged an appointment for me on the same day. Dr. Myrum Meltzer was great with treating my broken tooth emergency and given me good advice for my teeth. It wasn’t expensive at all taking in too consideration the lovely location the practice is and all the equipment.

Both my children have been patient of Dr Lam with their braces. He and his staff have been fantastic with incredible results on my children's teeth. I could not recommend him more. He is knowledgeable explains everything in detail and is very perfectionist for the best result. They have been very helpful also in case of emergency trying to fit appointments at the last minute or on Saturdays. Thanks again

I went for a hygienist appointment and it was ok., the room for treatment was extremely small and they said they will use air cleaning (which is apparently new technic for them, but it wasn’t new to me so the treatment wasn’t different to any other treatment I had in the past..) I felt price I paid was too much… £120… 😬

I'm always apprehensive about going to the dentist (I'm 69 and I think memories of not-very-efficient equipment and less-patient-friendly professionals still haunt me) but I just wanted to say that Dr Shan Lam's treatment yesterday (19 August 2020) was exemplary. Not only is the practice reassuringly C-19 compliant, but Dr Lam explained everything thoroughly before treating me and made sure I understood; she gave me pain-free injections and throughout the treatment she told me what she was doing at every stage and made sure I was all right. Afterwards she explained what she'd done and said there might be some residual pain when the numbing wore off (there hasn't been). Dr Lam's treatment is not only professional, she's an excellent dentist, it is also kind, reassuring and thoughtful. If you're being treated by her and her assistant you'll find your anxiety melts away.

Dr. Shan Lam has looked after our entire family and has been very thorough and superbly professional throughout the time we have been with her. Dr Marsden has been our family dentist for the past 15 years and has been brilliant throughout, guiding growing children's teeth and my increasingly brittle teeth to be healthy and in the best possible shape. He's a superb dentist/technician but also a warm, caring, personable, practical, no-nonsense, decent and honest man. You could always trust his judgment and recommended course of action - he's not out to milk your money but to care for you. That's rare and precious in today's world, and I feel fortunate that family friends recommended him to us way back when. Highly recommended!
