I usually don't post reviews but we I most appreciate the good services I received. Everything about this practice is excellent 5 stars really. Great hospitality! From the moment I walked into reception Fernando and Thayse always made me feel comfortable and welcome. My dentist Michel Furtado is very special, caring and highly professional. He explained everything in detail beforehand. I have to say I'm a very nervous patient as I'm allergic to anaesthesia but I was made to feel really at ease during my treatment thanks to Dr Michel and the very kind Nurse. I had my implant today and it feels just like my natural tooth. I can't be happier. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

I have been going to the Hyde Park Dental Clinic for about 18 months. Within this time I have had fillings and recently 6 crowns across my upper front teeth. From the moment you walk in to the clinic you are warmly greeted by Fernando, who goes out of his way to assist. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Michel Furtado. He took absolute care of me during my treatments and was very gentle with the many injections. His work is world class and I could not be happier with my fillings and especially my 6 crowns. We all agree that a shop’s window display is the trigger to make us go inside the shop. Taking the same analogy, what does makes you go to a specific dental practice? They don’t have window displays to charm us in. In my view, the person who picks up our call is crucial to connect with us and make us go further to book an appointment. I must confess my case was very tricky. I have an elderly mother (86 years old) who has mobility and mental health issues. On top of all that she misplaced her denture which had a major impact on her overall wellbeing and mine too as she stopped eating most things. Thayse from Hyde Park Dental Clinic picked up my call and instantly connected with me and my tricky situation. It was one of those rare occasions in which you feel so lonely because nobody can truly understand how difficulty your situation is looking after an elderly person who can’t live independently anymore and then you meet someone who does know exactly what you are going through. While sharing her attention to other patients/clients in person, Thayse managed not just to listen to me over the phone, but to really understand my situation. With her vast knowledge of the practice she laid out all the options I had regarding the Brazilian dentists and, therefore, helped me to make an informed choice of whom my mother should see. This was not the end of it, I was able to see in person how versatile and efficient Thayse is with patients and dentists. I was so impressed with her professional performance that I even thought if she could be the Project Manager in my wedding! My mum has been seen by Dr Jacqueline Jacobs who so far has been wonderful. When my mum’s case is complete I will make a review separately.

Recently went and saw a dentist at Hyde Park Dental Clinic who was super friendly and made me feel at complete ease during my checkup and hygienist appointment. I had loads of random questions which was happily answered with clear expertise, and I left knowing how to look after my teeth a lot better. This practice has a superb team, with excellent dentists, nurses and receptionists. I've always been able to get an appointment at short notice when it was necessary. Today I had a new crown, I was particularly impressed with the skill shown in taking the impressions and the minimal adjustment needed for it to fit so snug. I was in severe pain and rang on the off chance as I am not registered anywhere. I spoke to the manager Fernando and was delighted when he said to come in straight away and even though I may have to wait he would arrange for me to be seen the same day! Amazingly I only waited 20 minutes and the dentist Michel put me at ease straight away. After the examination Michel explained what treatment I needed and the different options available to me. To get me out of pain he offered to start the treatment there and then which he did and I found him to be very gentle and patient with me. I left pain free very happy and delighted with an outstanding service. Would definitely recommend this practice 5 stars from me!

For all of my adult life I have been self-conscious about my teeth. I never used to smile or show my teeth for any photograph. I tried braces on my front teeth but they eventually regressed over time. I was very apprehensive about having any major work done on my teeth. From the very first consultation I was impressed by Dr Sheri’s friendly and professional manner. I came to Hyde Park Dental Clinic with an emergency cavity under my filling which no-one knew about for years despite me complaining about it. Dr Sheri took me straight on the day and despite me being in a big pain before hand, she has managed to make my emergency appoinment absolutely painless (even though it has involved root canal treatment) in 30 mins and book me for the next week. I have always been scared of dentists as I have a lot of teeth problems and I cannot recommend this practice more.
