I could not recommend enough!! Fantastic service from all at Queensway. I'm currently receiving Invisalign treatment from Dr Jeet, who is very thorough, from x-rays to visual scans and step by step clarification. Dr Jeet is very honest about the treatments timescale, which I really appreciate because a lot of other dentist are giving out unrealistic timescales. During the initial stages I also had to see Dr Drev, who had to remove my wisdom teeth. Dr Drev not only made me feel very comfortable, he performed the extraction very quickly! I was in and out in 10 minutes and barely noticed what was happening. If you are looking for a 5 star treatment, then I would highly recommend Queensway Dental. Thanks guys!! I have received the most outstanding care from Dr. Jeet Parekh, Dr. Manish Gotecha and the Queensway Dental Care team over the last 24 months. I'm in my early forties and decided to get braces to correct my over bite, straigten my teeth, overall giving me more confidence in my appearance and improving my smile. The braces was fitted on the 28th of October 2019 and removed today on the 7th of October 2021. I am so happy and pleased with the result and the care I have received. Every step of the treatment and associated cost was clearly explained and with full transparency on cost. The majority of my treatment took place during Covid and this was given with the utmost care, attention to detail and in full PPE kit. I highly recommend Queensway Dental Care as an exemplary practice that goes the extra mile to bring both care and the utmost professionalism to everything they do. The front of desk staff are always friendly and were very tolerant of my frequent requests for free mini toothpastes which were very handy when you need to brush your teeth after every meal. I also had two teeth extracted as part of the process, this was done by Dr Manish Gotecha, who extracted both teeth quickly and painlessly. I'm continuing my treatment with Dr Manish Gotecha to replace the temporary inlays with permanent ones now that the braces has been removed. Dr. Jeet Parekh and Dr. Manish Gotecha have worked together seamlessly to outline the best sequence for the orthodontic and dentistry ellements of my treatment plan. My new smile is clear evidence of their commitment to getting the best possible outcome for their patients.

I received the most outstanding level of care from this dentist. I can’t thank them enough, I’m extremely clinically venerable patient and have been shielding throughout pandemic (and still am shielding) so I was very nervous and anxious about going to a dentist. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do three fillings, one of them very deep and i avoided a root canal treatment or a potential extraction thanks to Dr Manish Gotecha who did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. I had the pleasure to talk to the Nurse/receptionist Mioara who was just a breath of fresh air. I've encountered many people with excellent customer service previously but nothing like what Mioara is.. She is simply superb. Visited 2 days ago to receive treatment I had put off for some time as am a extremely nervous patient. Dr Manish Gotecha is an absolute top guy (never thought I'd say that about a dentist tbh) Prior to my root canal treatment with his assistant Mioara, he went through the procedure in detail, was more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I had and his calm demeanour provided me with the confidence to show up and get the work done. On the day, even though I had the shakes and the sweats and thought I was going to pass out at one point - due to fear, not because of pain from the work that was being done, his accommodating approach made me feel much more relaxed. If you are a nervous like me, please please please don't put it off - it really isn't that bad. Manish and the team at Queensway Dental Care will look after you.

If you're a nervous patient, trust me, go to Mr Manish Gotecha (dentist) and Jeet the orthodontist. It's because of previously inept dentists that I'm in the position I'm in today. Having been twice now, I neither feel frightened nor pushed into treatments I may not need. They're supported by amazing staff from receptionists to dental assistants. In addition, COVID is a concern for all, and I TRUST their hygiene processes if entering the practice is anything to go by. You get gloves on entry, are sanitized, all your jackets etc put in a separate container in the corridor and then only do you embark on the non intimidating dentist chair. Wearing a mask is a MUST throughout consultation until moment of treatment ... at one time during mine, Mr Gotecha looked like he was in a warzone :) If dentists worry enough about themselves, then you're sure to be protected! Dont hesitate, see him. The whole team is young, professional and extremely friendly and will put you at ease. A very satisfied patient.

I receive a wonderful customer care from all the receptionist, Zizi, Catarina, and especially Jacquie for accommodating an emergency appointment, they go out of their way to accommodate your needs, I have been coming since 2006 Dr Dler Ismail is one of the best dentist I have ever been to, so this is why I keep coming to this practice, I have already recommended to 4 of my friends and I will continue to do so.
