Dr. Keith Burns started to provide dental care for me more than 10 years ago based on my best friend recommendation. Since then he treated my set of teeth with an extensive restorative procedures from basic fillings through crowns up to the implants. As I was very satisfied with his very professional but also personal approach, I also moved my spouse to his care. I'm so happy I found this practice! My dentist, Jin Botani is very thorough, with careful attention to every detail. I really appreciate that she prefers to monitor an issue and wait to see if it requires more attention, and she doesn't try to sell me on complicated, expensive procedures that are not really necessary. She is also the gentlest possible with the X-rays (I usually suffer a lot when I need photos of my teeth taken, but not with her!) Bonus: she managed not to laugh at me when I needed my crown re-cemented because it got stuck in a toffee :) Everyone at the practice is super professional and also friendly (really good hygienists, too!). It is not the cheapest, but for this quality of service and professional care, I'd say worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I am a relatively new patient of the practice, having had my first appointment with the hygienist in January of this year. Since then, I have been back to have a check-up, I have had 2 wisdom teeth removed, and impressions taken for a retainer. The removal of the wisdom teeth was done in two stages, to make it easier for me, and my aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. Keith was concerned to ensure I got home safely following the anaesthetic and the reception staff offered to telephone and check up on me the next day. On each occasion, I have found Keith and all the staff to be pleasant and professional. They have explained everything to me clearly, my appointments have been at times suitable to me and I have never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this practice.

Keith Burns Associates is a modern Dentist clinic with a twist of Mid Century furniture and that's where Keith attention to details come into place. He does not only treats as "work place" but also treats it with care, just like precious home. He is always up to date with the latest methods and provides the best dental service, advice, and most importantly a PAIN FREE ONE! I think I'm well rounded enough to have a valid review regarding the practice. As I have been visiting the practice since January 2018, so it has been almost 1 year and 10 month. I have done everything from A General Checkup, visiting the hygienist, Extracting my wisdom tooth, whitening , and all the way to filling in a chipped tooth . I mean honestly so far I have received the best of all services. The staff have been very professional and friendly with me. They always book me 6 months in advance and they call me to remind me of my appointment a few days before. Adding to it when I removed my wisdom tooth they called me a few times to double check whether I was doing well, and if I needed any further assistance. The specialist such as Janet, Cecilia, and Keith have been a great help to making me have good teeth. I highly recommend anyone who needs a good oral hygiene, beautiful teeth, and most importantly to be under a professional good and honest hands to visit Keith Burns Associates. Keith is an excellent dentist, very affable and charming. As a very nervous patient, even for check-ups, his main priority has always been to make sure that I am comfortable before and during my treatment. When I had a little work done, the after care was second to none - unexpectedly I received a courtesy telephone call from his practice a couple of weeks after to check if I was experiencing any problems following the procedure. Went for a filling and hygiene app here today, having not been to the dentist in 12 (yes, twelve 🙄) years. Keith and the hygienist were AMAZING. Not letting me experience any pain whatsoever and being super gentle with how they performed the work. This is an outstanding dental practice. From the front of house staff to the hygienists to the founder himself, the standard of care and customer service is first class. The place is clean and tidy with modern equipment throughout. Keith himself keeps abreast of all developments in the dental industry. This means that he always diagnoses my issues accurately and solves them promptly - in a patient and informative manner. I spent many years using U.S. based dentists and endodontists because I had received such awful treatments here in the UK. I am glad that, having discovered this excellent practice, that has come to an end. The prices are fair, the booking procedures straightforward, and the range of capabilities, wide. Had a great experience! My check up was with Zak Kara who was extremely friendly and personable. He did a thorough check up and talked me through the entire process so I had a good idea of what he was doing at each stage and what he was observing. Great attention to detail. My hygienist (Vivian) was also wonderful, warm, very thorough and gave me some nice tips (and tool recommendations) for getting between the teeth. She isn't one of the permanent team members, however, so you're unlikely to see her. Hope my subsequent experiences here are as good. Would definitely recommend after this first visit!

i had a bad experience with previous dentist , so was dreading going to Mr Burns , i couldn't have been more wrong , he made me feel at ease immediately , unfortunately i had to have root canal treatment , which i was dreading . Mr Burns was so patient with me , it was a very long session and at no stage during treatment did I feel any pain or discomfort . I had heard of quite a few bad experiences regarding root canal treatment , but I can honestly say I had no after pain or any complications . Suzanne took the trouble of calling next day to make sure i was ok . i now make sure to see Mr Burns regularly , its actually a pleasure seeing his team .

They also have this cute dog door stop that I can use as a comforter, that poor pooch is threadbare from all the help he gives, settling peoples nerves. Chapter 2: I had a major motor bike accident some years ago and Keith did an incredible job at restoring my smile to pearly perfection. Then a few weeks ago, I was stupidly drinking champagne from a bottle in the back of a car. When the card made a quick stop, the champagne bottle flew against my front tooth and cracked it AGAIN! Keith made an emergency appointment for me and within record time, once again, restored my smile to perfection. I can't thank him enough. What a brilliant dentist!

Alright. Time to tell you the real story of who this guy is. Keith is a talented genius who has magic in his hands and is passionate about his job. He transformed my horrible broken Smile and lifted all the worries i was carrying for so long to transform it in a magic perfect smile. Explanation: I broke my fronth tooth at 12:55 and thought my life was over. I called at 1:05 and got an appointment at 2pm!!!! I could not believe it, he took my urgency as his own problem.
