B. R.Was referred to this surgery via my dentist for an extraction. Saw Dr. John Duker and his lovely assistant who made me feel very comfortable considering what was coming! He was extracted my tooth with no issue or drama. Brilliant!

They both reassured me as they could see I was nervous (from a previous bad experience) and took extra care which was really appreciated. M.Knights hill dental practice is great, I can recommend anyone because Dr. Brown is very good, done every task he carried out so gentle and professional, he talk to you, and let you feel so relaxed. I am scared of needles and when it comes to my teeth am panic but he build up my confident. The receptionists are brilliant, they’re very polite, full of patience, they communicate with you while multitasking, reassuring. I haven’t seen any where like this where receptionists are so friendly with a pleasant face and show so much respect to their customers. Keep up the good work and I will always recommend this dental practice.
S. H.I have had a course for clear braces at this surgery and I'm really happy with the results. It was over a few months and my friends and family have commented on how great my smile is. I also had a whitening kit and great aftercare tips (bought some brushes from the surgery too!)
I was seen by Dr. Ayesha who has just been the best! Really friendly and chatty and makes going to the dentist feel a lot less scary. I had everything explained to me and can't fault the care she provided from my initial consultation to aftercare. I had photos and scans taken and she gave me all of my options.
The staff have been great, from the receptionist, to the different nurses, as well as from Dr. Brown himself to see how my progress was getting on. I have had awful experiences with impressions and treatments in the past but my dentist was so great at making me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I've always been seen on time and have no complaints.

S.Saw Dr Tran during the Tier 4 lockdown. Initially wanted to see Dr Brown and was sceptical about seeing anyone else.
However Dr Tran was fantastic! She had my teeth sorted in no time. She was extremely professional and thorough when going through my history and giving me advice after my treatment.

The female dentist we saw (cannot remember her name) was great at keeping my daughter at ease as she was a little nervous. Throughout and after the examination, she took the time to explain important information to ensure good dental hygiene was maintained and even provided information for me to take home. Her advice was much appreciated and I will likely now also register myself at this practice.

i. s.i have a fear for the dentist but i can say today 23/02/2021 went to have a my back teeth taken out i was scared but after being made comfortable by JOHN & ANNIE and feeling relaxed nice music playing me dancing it was a painless extraction they made my 3rd visit less stressfull i am going to register with them if i need further treatment big up the reception staff as well

L.They are pretty good in removing winsdom teeth but after they won’t care about your healing process.I already explained them that l used to have infection as there was no space for my teeth to grow,and cause of this once l removed it and after they have put me 1 stich,they should have gave antibiotics as the infection cause of no space for my teeth to grow was the cause.She was very stubborn ,She got aggressive and defensive saying “here this is the low”.its sad when you see people that are so unflexible and don’t judge in base of the case.I didn’t find fair that after l had an infection and that cause me a slow healing as my body was fighting the infection and not healing the wound.After that l had to waste my time going to the orginal gp and also pay for the ticket to get antibiotics when ln first was their fault.
