Zainab is an incredible dentist. She is informative, thorough, professional, and kind. I’d recommend her for children as well. My 3 year old loves coming to the dentist. Theranda at the front desk is also lovely to deal with. I appreciate whenever she happens to be at the other end of the phone. She is very helpful and professional. It makes a massive difference when a practice has a pleasant front desk staff.

I got my lips done with the talented Hashim and I couldn't recommend anybody better for the job. At first I was extremely nervous but he talked me through the procedure and reassured me of any doubt. He's so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions with in such depth and that helped ease my nerves a lot. My dentist here at Ladbroke Grove Dental Care is thorough and very calming. I have been a patient of Dr. Amish for the past few years. Initially at Imperial Dental surgery and now at Ladbroke Grove Dental Surgery. Because of my anxieties of dental treatment a friend referred me to him. His patient care is excellent. I have been seeing Vytautas for years for hygiene appointments and he is hands down the BEST. I’ve been in so much pain and misery before having my teeth cleaned my entire life, he is gentle and gets the job done impeccably. A credit to this practice!

Staff are very welcoming and personable. They make you feel at ease (incase you hate your trip to the dentist). They don't grill you for anything and suggest things in a firm and conducive manner. Definitely going back like I have been for the past 8 years. The service was carried out in a swift manner with care and professionalism, helping me with any information I was curious about. She really helped me with a perfect mouth guard that stopped the damage caused by grinding teeth at night....

Lovely experience with Hasshim, he is super professional and knowledgeable. Goes through everything with you so you understand and feel comfortable throughout. Super friendly if you have any questions, and makes it a safe space. His actual work is amazing, we firstly dissolved my old filler as I had lumps, he did this as he was not comfortable adding new filler to such bad filler and explained everything to me. After two weeks I was able to see him for my fresh filler and the results were amazing, he ensures you get the best results possible whilst making it as safe as possible. Could not be happier with my experience and will only be getting filler done from him. Defo recommend!!

Called 111 and got appointment with ladbroke Grove dental after 1h.You are very surprised that they called me and offered to even come early, .I was greeted by a very friendly staff doctor from Greece.she explained everything professionally did her job performed treatment.. really recommended her. I called midday to book an emergency appointment and luckily the receptionist Suraiya was so helpful and arranged one for me. When I arrived to the surgery the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and talked me through the costs and the treatments that I needed. Went to their dental practice after many years of neglecting to go to any dentist. Their staff was incredibly helpful. Receptionists were friendly and quick. First I did a check up, in which the dentist was thorough and gave me great advice. Then I came a week later to do a clean with a different practitioner and he was amazing. He talked to me through the whole process, explaining what he was doing and polished my teeth perfectly and VERY thoroughly. Would definitely recommend and will go again soon.

The best dentist I've ever had and been with them for nearly a decade. Can't recommend enough, professional, generous, attentive. Dr Walker is exceptional as is the hygienist Vytas, and the reception staff too.

Had to wait outside the surgery for 10minutes beyond the appointment time whilst the receptionist/nurse was on the phone and could see me. Called to let them know I was outside and watched as my call was ignored but luckily the dentist herself saw me and opened the door to let me know I will be let in shortly. Once I was in everything went smoothly. Very clean and the dentist and her assistant were both very friendly. She explained in detail what the treatment options were as it was an emergency root canal, through a gold crown that had become infected. She is extremely good at was she does, went far quicker and less painful than I expected. A huge relief. I would have given 5 stars but for the waiting outside while being ignored by the front office staff. A quick acknowledgement (courtesy) would have been good patient service. You don't visit the dentist because you feel like a chat in the midst of a pandemic, you are already in a lot of pain.

Had a filling done in September. It came out four days later. I emailed them but no reply. I emailed again still no reply. I phoned repeatedly but no answer. I used the Google web contact service and was told I'd get a call: I didn't. Then in November I got a call to say my December appointment had to be cancelled and I could book again in January! I asked to speak to a manager and did get a call back. I told them that I was unwilling to pay again for the filling as it fell out after four days. Honestly, would you? Manager said she would make enquiries and call me back. She didn't. By any measure this is appalling incompetence and customer service for any business even more so for a health and well being service. Perhaps dentistry and healthcare is the wrong area for these guys to work in. Perhaps they should try something else where they won't cause so much harm, distress, pain and anxiety? Maybe s secondhand furniture stall in the market would be a more suitable match for this low level of competence? Addendum. Since posting the review above, I'm pleased to report that the practice contacted me and replaced the filling without any additional charge. The practice tells me that they have upgraded their phone system and reception team. The dentists here are fine so I'll stick with them for now. Hopefully the patient communication problems will be resolved. After all, contacting your dentist shouldn't be like pulling teeth.

My appointment was with Caitriona Roisin Quinlan (and team). They were very reassuring so I returned the following week and had 3 extractions. Absolutely no problem with going back again. I cannot recommend Haashim and everyone I met at the Ladbroke Grove Dental practice highly enough. Looking at their window on the Ladbroke Grove I saw that alongside the dental practice they also offer Facial Aesthetics and after over a year in lockdown and mask wearing and feeling particularly grey in the face I thought “Whatever that is that’s for me”. I’ve never had filler or Botox just the thought of it made me feel queasy and I certainly didn’t want friends and family asking what I’d done to my face with a horrified look on theirs. I needn’t have worried as nothing could be further from the final result. In the experienced angel like hands of Haashim I had both filler and Botox! Now I’ve had comments like, your skin looks good, have you been on a diet? your face looks slim, you’re looking well and of course I do! It’s not only a physical sense of well being it’s an emotional sense of well being too. I now have age appropriate healthy tight looking skin and even have cheekbones in to the bargain, too.

Katrina seems a very amiable person and seems to be very thorough and knowledgeable about dentistry. I found her very reassuring and confident. She is very confident. However, I do not think she is very gentle conducting tooth hygiene cleaning. Ladbroke Grove Dental Surgery’s own hygienist is much better. Other than that I would recommend Katrina very highly for someone who is quite new.

I recently attended Ladbroke Grove as I was hoping to get teeth whitening for my wedding this summer. We were referred to doctor Jessica and what a great experience! I hate the dentist and had to be forced by my fiancé but it was actually a nice experience! She quickly realised that I needed a small filling before whitening - that was booked the next day with ease. 2 weeks later I have my teeth whitening kit and I couldn’t be happier with the initial results. Highly recommend - especially if you are scared to go to the dentist, Jess makes you feel comfortable from the start!

With regards to my last review I was contacted by the manager Shirine. She was extremely understanding and worked effectively to ensure that my needs were met. She set up a consultation with myself and Dr Sepeideh followed by an appointment to make the changes to my teeth, she carefully analysed my teeth and understood my concern. Dr Sepeideh is a true artist. She has an eye for perfection and takes her job seriously, knowing that a perfect smile from her patients is the upmost rewarding part of her job. Throughout the procedure I felt extremely comfortable and trusted that she would perfect my teeth and restore my confidence. She was extremely attentive and kept showing me how my teeth looked with a mirror ensuring that I was aware of the process. She worked with delicacy, taking her time with the procedure to produce excellent results. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quick and effective response from the dental practice, and so is my family. I’ll recommend Ladbroke Grove dental and Dr Sepeideh to my friends and family.

Had two fillings done here. I had complained of pain in a filling to my old dentist but her told me it was fine, so I came here for a second opinion. The dentist took an x-ray and told me it did indeed need replacing and that I also needed another, so great that they spotted it. White fillings are more expensive here than my old dentist £150 instead of £100. The dentist was very good, however the first dental nurse didn't know what she was doing, to point of having to leave the room mid-filling to ask someone how to turn the curing device on. Maybe she was a student nurse. That wasn't a great experience but the dentist apologised and at the next appointment I had a different nurse who was great.

I am a new patient and had my checkup with Zainab a few weeks ago. I was honestly really impressed with the service I received. She was informative throughout the checkup, explaining everything she was doing step by step and also letting me know what I should expect to feel or taste. When I brought up my sensory issues due to my being autistic, she even demonstrated the sounds the different machines would make so I could assess whether or not I should use noise cancelling earphones before she got started.
