I wanted to leave a review to say how wonderful the service was at Lancaster House. I had been referred there to get a wisdom tooth taken out and I was very impressed with the care and advice provided during my visit. The nurse took the time to conduct another x-ray to double check how my wisdom teeth were looking and when the surgeon was just brilliant in talking me through what it showed and what it meant. I really valued the fact that he took the time to explain the precautions but also in his advice about how I should not get one particular tooth taken out because of the dangers involved (sitting close to nerves). I feel like others may have been less considerate or non-existent in their advice! The nurses were also wonderful in their reassurance and professional care as they could see I was a bit nervous. The whole experience of getting one of my wisdom tooth taken out was seamless, barely any pain during or after!! Dr Khaled and Nurse Michelle and Anca truly made the whole process so comfortable and reassuring - definitely felt like I was in safe hands!

I have been coming here for a few years now and had various treatments from dental cleaning, fillings to implants. Service has always been good from staff who are very friendly. Specifically, Dr Yogesh Patel is the dentist I see regularly and he has always done a superb job. He has always taken time to take me through any problems in my teeth and the possible solution I could opt for. He recently put an implant in for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

It was my first time at Lancaster House Dental Practice. I was referred here by my dentist for tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous due to a lot of pain I had for some time already however I had a very positive experience. Everyone is very helpful, welcoming and friendly from the very beginning. I was looked after by surgeon Khalid Bagegni, Samual Marshal and assistant Angela. They made me feel very comfortable and calm. The extraction was fast and without any pain ( I have 0 pain tolerance!!!). Thank you so much for looking after me so well 🙏 I truly appreciate your help. Your patients are in good hands !!!! Have been attending Lancaster House since I was a child. Am now 53. Visiting today for check up with Dr S Marshall, assisted by Khanssa. From the moment we arrived the friendly staff on reception greeted us. Upon entering the surgery a lovely warm welcome from Dr Marshall and Khanssa. Most apparent now was how involved they invite you to be in the consultation. Dr Marshall had us involved in viewing our X-ray’s and consulted with us on the care of our teeth. He spent time listening to our concerns. We left feeling happy, super informed and looked after. Check up encouraged again for 6mths time which we were happy to book. A really good positive experience. Dr Marshall is an asset to the team! Thank you.

I have always had a problem with anaesthesia for tooth extraction, usually ending up in the local hospital under a GA (last 3 extractions). I was referred to Lancaster House under the care of Mr Khalid Bagegni, who was was very calm & reassuring. He put me at ease immediately, supported by his very efficient dental nurses, Anca & Khanssa. I only felt the jab of the local anaesthetic, then after that it was totally pain free & very quick. Before I knew it he had my tooth out. This was the best extraction I have ever had, so quick & virtually painless. I would recommend his dental services to anybody who has the slightest trepidation over an extraction. I can only describe Mr Bagegni as very highly skilled, an ABSOLUTELY exemplary experience.

I just had my second tooth extraction in Lancaster House wih Dr. Bagegni and nurse Faith, best service and best practice I’ve attended so far. Had lots of anxiety before my first appointment in November 2021, the Doctor and the nurse were so kind and calming, they were chatty and were always keeping me busy in my mind, so I didnt even have time to think about pains and etc. After already 2 appointments for tooth extractions I would like to give big thumbs up for the clinic and the Doctors, I experienced NO pain AT ALL, and for my 2nd appointment I went willingly without second thought and everything was amazing! I have an acute phobia of dentists snd dental treatment due historic poor treatment and lack of care by dentist when I was a child. It was quite barbaric. I haven't been to a dentist for years, only going if I absolutely need to. I was recommended to Lancaster House. Last week I had a filling an extraction and cleaning. I had advice on cleaning and looking after my teeth and gums. I was treated with respect, kindness from the admin staff, the dentist, dental nurse and the dental surgeon. Had a huge wisdom tooth removed today by the brilliant Dr Khalid Bagneni and his lovely assistant Anca. The process was quick performed competently and was fairly painless and I was kept entertained and reassured by both throughout the procedure despite my initial trepidation at having a wisdom tooth removed. Third time with this surgeon working on my teeth and would heartily recommend both him and his assistant for any dental procedures. I would highly recommend Lancaster House Dental Practice I have been to other dentists in the past and they have not been helpful or given good service. The service is always one of a high standard the staff are so friendly. I recently had a hygienist appointment during covid and sadly I do not remember who I had but she was really good and best advised me as to what te pe colour to go for. I would recommend Dr Kalsi who is a fantastic dentist who has helped save my teeth and also educated me more as to what helps with keeping cavities at bay and I absolutely love flossing now too. I usually don’t write reviews, however this time I want to show my appreciation and many thanks to Dr. Yogesh Patel and Dental Nurse Mrs. Alex Preoteasa. I was impressed by their outstanding work practice. Very clean, hygienic, COVID prevention procedures, all the PPE used to protect their staff and clients. Everyone was very friendly, caring, respectful and welcoming, making you feel safe and at ease. I should mention that I was terrified to go to the dentist as I had some traumatic experience in the past with other dental practices so it took me a lot of courage to seek another dentist. At Lancaster House Dental Practice I was explained and shown clearly what tooth problems I had and treatment options with affordable price offered. I was given appointments to suit my availability. My second appointment was for root canal treatment, and I didn’t experience any pain whatsoever. I was given antibiotics for an infection that the doctor discovered. I will be having more correction treatments to previous tooth decay and leaky fillings. I never thought I will say this but I’m looking forward for my treatments and finally a healthy smile :) I strongly recommend Lancaster House Dental Practice to anyone.

Lancaster house dental Practice is a practice with high standards, excellent care and gave me a good patient experience every time I’ve been there . Upon arrival at the practice, I was greeted with very warm smiles at reception, who reassured me that I had nothing to worry about when getting my braces taken off. What a superb Dental practice. I was referred here by dentist to have my wisdom tooth surgically removed. I was seen by Dr John Duker. I was so nervous and anxious but he made me feel so relaxed. Even the dental nurses were friendly and helpful. The removal took only about 10 minutes and considering he had to cut my gum and stitch it up, I felt no pain at all. Mr Duker is a brilliant dentist and I cannot thank him enough for the procedure which went so smoothly. Will definitely visit this dentist again for my yearly check ups. NHS sent me to this Dental Practice to take my wisdom tooth out. I've got both mails through posts and message to remind me about the address and appointment. I arrived 15 minutes earlier, the friendly reception gave me a list of documents to read through and sign. Exactly after I finish, a nurse called my name and lead me to the operation room. Both the nurses and the dentist were friendly and professional. They took my wisdom tooth out within about 10 mins with minimal pain.
