I’ve come to this practice for a long time with my son and more recently with my daughter and for myself. I am very happy with this practice, from reception to the dentists everyone is very nice, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. My experience has been absolutely positive. Dr Patel in particular and her assistant have been amazing and I am so grateful for their care.

The best dental practice I have used by far. I have seen two dentists since I registered - Dr Fries and Dr Odele - and both have been extremely kind, gentle and helpful. I used to suffer from needle phobia, but my current dentist, Dr Odele, is excellent at injections, making the invasive deep cleaning I have had pretty much painless. I only wish I’d known about this practice earlier and I might now be far happier with my teeth.

I've only ever had positive experiences with this practise. My dentist, Carly Billing, was incredibly kind, professional and patient, and offered a stellar service. She did everything possible to make me feel comfortable - just like all the other staff at LDP, such as the receptionists who are so sweet and accommodating. This has been my practice for over 40 years. I find the service good and professional. Dr Fries is very good but unfortunately he was away for my last visit. I know it is covid 19 and we have to follow rules and regulations. But to take away the use of toilet from public use when you have elderly, clients on medication and young children attending the surgery and the explanation is that clients are living locally and covid 19. I think the management need to look at this and come up with a better explanation and to find an alternative to washing or sanitising your hands.

I don't normally leave reviews, but felt the need to after being seen today. Excellent service, dentists I've seen here are always professional and make me feel at ease. Today was exceptional as I was extremely anxious due to an emergency failed extraction at another practise during the pandemic. Dr J Wilson made me feel relaxed & at ease, took his time with the procedure and got my tooth out in no time. Calming music played whilst he talked me through the procedure. Staff were good and thorough however, I do feel like it was more of a business trying to get you to spend via the private route. No standard clean or polish after checkup or treatment and considering that I pay for my treatment I felt short changed by the experience.

I called this dental practice after I have been in pain for a week and all the dental surgeries I contacted in my area (Gravesend) did not want to see me if they can't charge me as a private patient .I drove down to Lewisham and I was seen straight away by Dr Wilson and he explained everything clearly. Unfortunately he couldn't take the tooth out due to the swelling but prescribed antibiotics which seem to be working well.The ladies at the reception were very professional and friendly i couldn't thank them enough. Even in time of covid I was seen which other practices cant do as an NHS patient,My own dental practice couldn't see me even as an emergency . This only shows me that as a Nurse the compassion you show to someone would always have a lasting effect on them and we shouldn't take that for granted .

I have recently registered with this practice based on their reviews online and can definitely say that they live up to the expectations. My email inquiries were answered within 24 hours and the reception staff at the practice were always professional and helpful. The dentist and hygienist took time to listen to me first and provided me relevant advice, including the treatment options and cost. I also like that they give an option to book a check-up or hygienist appointment online and that there is lots of information about what services they provide and how much it costs on their website. The only thing that slightly irked me was I was sent one too many appointment reminders via email, but it's not a big deal.

This has been my regular dentist now for a few years. The reception staff are always nice and polite and the dental team are really great too. I've never had a long wait when it's been time to be seen in line with what my appointment time was. I was extremely happy with the level of service I received by the Dentist at this practice; DR. Aziz and also his Nurse. They made me feel welcome and at ease, and they were also very professional. You could tell that they genuinely cared about me and my treatment, they were also very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained the process of the treatment in great detail. The device I was advised in getting was the “Sleepwell appliance” which would help with my Sleep Apnoea condition. I could see that there were a lot of good reviews for this device, and I was reassured by the Doctor’s explanation of its uses and benefits. So far the device has been working great, it is a very sophisticated piece of equipment and I can already see and feel the difference. If you also suffer from the same condition, I would recommend that you go and make an appointment with DR. Aziz at this Dental practice and get yourself the Sleepwell appliance. Overall, I was very impressed with the skills and professionalism of Dr Aziz- I would 100% recommend his services to my friends and family.

I am writing to say ‘’Thank you’’ for providing me an Emergency care on Saturday 20/06/2020 (15:30 hrs) when most Dental clinics were closed due to Covid-19. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles while initally being checked that I have No Covid-19 symptoms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dentist (Ms TK or Tea-kay) was honest and straight forward. She explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. Only negative was waiting way past my appointed time slot. Also, when cleaning teeth, I've had water dripping down my face. The location is very convenient. The waiting time was minimal (I arrived there just in time for my appointment and I only waited for maybe 1 minute?). Even if I had to wait, I do not mind as there are plenty of educational posters in the clinic and magazines as well as TV to keep you occupied. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The dentist, Dr Patel, was very friendly and thorough with the checkup. She made sure I understand my dental health and was very helpful in explaining my queries. He has very good patient skills, he was clear, informative, humerus and communicated very well. He answered ALL my questions as well as practically debunking the myths of dentistry being painful or scary. He obviously loves his job which comes across, and he is very good at it. A very warm and friendly experience. At first point of contact, Kerry at reception went above and beyond to secure me an emergency appointment as I was unable to eat. I was able to see a dentist within 24 hours, my dentist Miss Patel was of absolute quality, professionalism and first class customer service. My teeth was in a bad state but with the correct advise and subsequent treatment within just a few months I am able to eat, drink and smile with confidence. Miss Patel's assistant Miss Lauren was incredibly careful, understanding and transparent... for myself I always have many questions to ask everyone I come into contact with regarding my health, yet as a trainee Miss Lauren answered all my questions with integrity, completeness and empathy. I would like to also mention the reception team Miss Shani and Miss Charmaine who have been very professional, friendly and discrete with my treatment. I honestly had the opportunity to go to a local dentist to my residence but decided to pay an extra £400.00 because of the impression and imagine of Lewisham dental practice. I look forward to seeing the dentist in the next 6-9 months for a routine check up. Excellent dental practice. I cracked my molar about a year ago, needing urgent treatment. Was seen the next day first thing and had a temp the filling put in, then had a an actual filling a few days later. All very good treatment, from the reception staff, to the dentist. Even more so they email you the next appointment which you can then add to your calendar. Would recommend to anyone in the local area.

This is a really lovely practice. I have been a patient here since 1999. My son is now 19 and has also been a patient here all his life. They have always been great with him throughout his different childhood stages. And - at 19 - he is the proud owner of no fillings! The practice is on the second and third floors of the building, however during the time I have been a patient here they had a stairlift fitted. This has ended up being particularly useful for me since I became disabled in 2015. So I ring the bell just inside the door on the ground floor then one of the really pleasant reception staff members promptly comes down the stairs to accompany me up the stairs using the stairlift - and they are always really kind and helpful and normalising. The Lewisham Dental Practice make attending the dentist a very pleasant experience and I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

I was given good information about the treatment I needed and offered a range of options. The pros and cons of each option were explained to me and I was given full information about costs of each. During a routine dental check up my dentist recommended the removal of a wisdom tooth which was showing signs of decay. I was explained the procedure and potential consequences and after agreeing to proceed I was able to arrange a convenient appointment for the removal of the tooth. On my second visit the dentist once again explained the procedure and re-assured me. Thankfully the extraction was swift and as pain free as possible with the dentist showing a very high duty of care. Luckily I have had no adverse reaction afterwards and have nothing but praise for the staff at Lewisham Dental Practice.

My dentist (Dr Hilmi) has a great level of expertise, and he takes the time to explain all the options and exactly what will happen. The other dentists I've seen here are equally professional, and generally everyone is just so helpful. I am more afraid of the dentist than anything else in the world. You could describe it as a phobia. I started attending Lewisham Dental Practice and it has changed my life. The administrative staff are just lovely, and the dentists (I have had treatment from three of them) are brilliant. The standard of dentistry is top notch, and they are fantastic at keeping you calm, even with difficult procedures. Dr Hilmi built up my four front teeth, which had been worn away by over brushing, and I now have beautiful front teeth, which allow me to smile again. And they were not ridiculously expensive. If you have any fear of going to the dentist, then this is the place for you.
