I had a fantastic experience at the practice. Dr Tokhi, his nurse and the receptionist were all warm, welcoming and demonstrated the utmost professionalism throughout the visit. Dr Tokhi was kind and very thorough in his assessment and explanation and worked well with his nurse during my appointment. Their efficient team working and friendliness made me feel at ease and well looked after, with my opinions listened to and taken into account when planning my treatment. Highly recommended.

I completed my Invisalign treatment last year with Dr. Ana. The whole process only took about 5-6 months, while another dentist once stated that I would need 18 months! I've just done my Invisalign with Ana; super SWEET and VERY PROFESSIONAL. She would not push you to spend extra as I've experience before. With her experience she suggested something to make my smile better, which other 2 dentists I visited, didn't think of. Time ago, another dentist had reconstructed one of my teeth with composite but, it wasn't a great job. Ana, went the extra mile: did 2 of my front teeth and they're absolutely SEAMLESS. Although outside hours, Ana replied quickly to one of my messages as my husband had an accident on his front tooth. That helped me during the panic to know where to go, when time was an essence as he could have lost his tooth. I can't thank enough this BEAUTIFUL DENTIST and the FRIENDLY TEAM behind her! Btw, the place is pretty nice too. You can browse some magazines and sip a hot drink just before your appointment. I do recommend you to come and check for yourself.

Ana was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and was able to provide in depth bespoke advice where other dentists had fallen short. My Invisalign journey was impeccable and I was kept up to date and well informed every step of the way. I was consulted throughout the process and involved in all decisions made. As someone who has struggled with their teeth from a young age, Ana and the team at Lister house made me feel comfortable and at ease when going to the dentist. I was recommended to Fahima by a colleague and can honestly say it’s the best hygienist appointment I have ever experienced (given I am very fearful of the hygienist). She was gentle, explained everything and my teeth feel gleaming. The procedure was nowhere near as painful as I have had previously and no bleeding. Fatima is an absolute credit to the team and I will definitely be seeing her in the future. Cannot express my thanks enough.

A big thank you to Dr Ken Harper, who performed a miracle today to save my tooth with a complex root canal retreatment, which was previously done 15 years ago but was reinfected. Without Dr Harper, I am sure that the tooth would have been removed. The procedure was performed with high precision under a microscope, and numerous x-rays have been taken to ensure that the roots are properly filled. Dr Harper was calm, gentle and made me feel at ease. He explained to be various stages of the procedure, and answered my question thoroughly ahead of the procedure. I can't thank him enough!

Ken Harper and the very experienced team at Lister house are superb. I used to have a lot of dental pain but no more thanks to their expertise. Fahima Begum, their hygienist has given me back my confidence, I feel I can smile again in photographs. I can highly recommend this excellent practise.

Dr Harper is a fantastic endodontics specialist. I’ve never had a night guard fit so well and all the treatment I’ve done with him aims to be conservative, as to keep as much of my own teeth as possible. He is a perfectionists in the best sense of the word and has a fantastic patience approach, explaining everything.

After another excellent experience again today I just wanted to reiterate all I said below. There really isn't anything that I can or would want to change!! What a fantastic and friendly team! Everyone, receptionists, nurses and dentists work together to ensure that you are put at ease. My dentist Simon Langford and his nurse Valentina are so, so kind and gentle and my treatment has been absolutely first class. I have also had to have an additional treatment with Ken Harper, again so incredibly gentle. I really can't recommend them all highly enough!
