I am so glad I found this clinic. Dr Soot is just fantastic and the rest of the team so friendly and nice. I am a very nervous patient , but from the minute I stepped into the clinic, I felt so welcomed and step by step a little bit more of ease with every time I went to see Dr Soot. I needed to get a new bridge and in COVID times, everything takes a bit longer - but their patience and understanding is just superb. For me that makes or brakes a relationship with my dentist. I am not one to write a review, but I have just come of the phone to one of the most helpful and polite receptionists I have ever spoken to. I am trying to find a new NHS dentist as I am having some pain and have had no luck so far, the receptionist explained that they are private so are not able to see NHS, no problem at all, I can not afford private at the moment. But she went out of her way to give me advice and gave me a few numbers to call. It is very refreshing to deal with kind people especially in times like this. You are a credit to your company.

Excellent treatment at Londent! A friend recommended Dr Shefali Sood for Botox. I first visited Londent for an annual checkup in 2019 after finding them through Better Bankside, and was really impressed with their genuine and helpful service. I had been thinking about getting Invisalign for a while, so when I saw that Londent offered it I decided to discuss it with them. I was a bit concerned about straightening my teeth with an existing veneer, but Dr Sood walked me through all my options and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process, even when lockdown delayed appointments. At the end of my Invisalign treatment, Dr Sood also organised a new veneer and fixed a chip I had in my front tooth, so my smile was completely perfect. I'm so happy with the results and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend the team at Londent!

Id like to kindly thank Dr. Shwaita Sood & nurse for taking good care of me today I had come in for top scale pain thus being an infection in unbearable agony, I left the clinic feeling rescued 😱 and from previous experience with dentists I have always had someone who is quite rough with my teeth and almost feeling as if im in a process line *quick fix & out* - Dr. Shwaita Sood was very warming & conscise with what needed to be done and im on the mend ! Just had root canal treatment and advanced cleaning. All I can say that Ali is definitely a perfectionist and he provides excellent operation with great attention to detail. I will definitely recommend him. I went to two other dentists on the same tooth, all of them struggled to shape the surface to fit the bite but for Ali it took only 30 seconds!! Very minor point, reception should improve on their professional communication skills but they are decent too.

The goal was to close a sizeable gap in my lower front tooth where an adult tooth was missing. My old bridge was removed and the gap closed with invisible braces. I also decided to straighten up my 'social six'. This has all been achieved thanks to Dr Sood who is clearly an expert in what she does - I felt in safe hands. I also had the whiten at home treatment which I used to good effect before my wedding. Highly recommend.

Throw away any fears you may hold about going to the dentist. The practice is light, bright, modern and welcoming. You are greeted by friendly staff at every stage of your visit. Having had years of dental work, braces, crowns and many many filings I was quite nervous to go to a new dentist. Ali is an amazing dentist. I've just moved to this dentist and had an excellent experience. The facilities are first rate, and the clean and polish I had removed stains that previous dentists hadn't been able to. And as I had previously been advised by my last dentist that some cosmetic work would be necessary to get rid of the stains, you can image how delighted I am with the result Dr Ali achieved.

Ali, is thoughtful, skilled and professional. He has made himself available in times of teeth emergencies: In the last 12 months he has expertly managed me through a front tooth extraction (don't ask), denture and finally implant (which is so good no one notices). I never had any real problem with my teeth, so I can only comment as an easy patient. However I found the dentist helpful, kind, patient and I have to say, he always seemed to genuinely care. He didn't try to "up sell" me services or products. I hope I will be able to find someone else as good as him local to where I am now!

I had my 8 front veneers changed after 15 years for a prefect smile on my wedding day and the result was fantastic.After such a positive experience, I couldn't go back to any other dentist! I belong to a generation that didn't benefit from modern dentistry in early adulthood. So still in my Fifties , I have had extensive dental work done. My first visit to londent was some three years ago to have my loose old front crown fixed. Unfortunately I ended up losing that tooth to bad prior dentistry but Ali not only gave it back to me by replacing it with an implant, but also restored my whole smile by doing a combination of cosmetic crown and veneers and whitening works. He also fixed most of my back teeth so I can enjoy my food now. My boyfriend also went through a similar course of treatment and had implant and crown and veneers done . We are both massively pleased with the services received at Londent and very confident recommending it to everyone one.
